Ive been going here for years and it wasnt until this last trip that I realized how much I get ripped off. I got charged for two screen protectors when I only needed one and they werent even the right one for my phone I had to go out and buy one that would cover it. The case he sold me was broken and I had to use it until a better one came along. Then he said I could buy a wireless charger for the Samsung A51 5G and when I got home to use it didnt even work. Not going back to this location ever again

If I could give No stars I Would. Total Ripoffs and the guy w the Tattoos is Sooooo Rude. Smh they just missed out on a lot of $

Terrible customer service. Prices are high and they do not follow through with prepaid services. I paid $20 for a screen protector for my s8. I was told they would call within a week once they arrived. Two weeks later Im still waiting. I spend a good amount of money yearly on phones and accessories. I can tell you which store i will not be buying anything from in the future. Based on this store and another local store i am seriously considering switching services.

I forget the guys name who helped me out but I think he was Latino. Anyway he was very kind, greeted me and my friend when we entered. I wanted to port my phone number from Sprint and he helped me do that and walked me thru what all I had to do to make it a success and it was a success. With me being a sprint customer he offered me a free phone but I wasnt interested. The space was clean, no clutter and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Would recommend this particular location.

This store makes me feel at home, daryl is a nice guy. my family drives from melvindale to come to his southgate location.

A married couple of shysters, fast talkers & very sneaky! I swear they make their own rules up. The customer is always wrong & stupid! They dont let u talk & u leave unhappy after u have switched due to deals and/or promises not kept!

Loved this store, and went there for couple years, until recently i bought a new phone... The fast charger i got with my new stylo 3 fried overnight. Not stores fault, but was shady when i went to ask about it next day, and was more than happy to give me a new charger, threw it bag, and i didnt look cause i trusted and dealt with for years... I got home and found an old dirty 0.5 amp samsung charger in my bag that was no where near new, nor powerful enough to charge my smart watch even... Screwed me. Ill never go back

I left sprint years ago. Ive been dealing with this metro pcs for years. My mother went to another pcs store. And paid more money for a phone then she was suppose too. Manager at southgate metro pcs called that store and made them give my mother, the money she was over charged. Good honest store. All you can ask for!
