This store is absolutely wonderful!It is always clean and well organized.The staff are phenomenal!!!They are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional!It is always a pleasant shopping experience!Kudos especially to Kayla, Jen and Spencer! They are the very best!My heart sank when I went to the store today and learned it is permanently closing! A great personal and local loss!

Today I came across the most Helpful and Sweetest Rep her name is Ms.Kayla shes in the Printing and Copying section! Something that I was stressing myself out with, Ms.Kayla did in a few moments! Even when I messed up and called her, she once again fixed it in seconds! Thanks Office Max and Ms.Kayla for this awesome and speedy service!

I drove 20 mins to fin out they closed an hr early when I could have went to many other stores . Every time I call or look up says they close at a certain time, to find out they close an hr early is frustrating . Especially considering my drive, guess that’s why they are going out of business

The graphic design manager was absolutely horrible. He basically told me that he was the best yet, he told me he could not help me. He was very rude and I will no longer come to this location or the Canton store.

Love this location. Noel is always so friendly and helpful with my printing needs. Jenny was a big help too. I love coming here to get stuff printed.

There was nothing extraordinary about my visit. As I have done before, I was given a price match on the purchase of a micro SD card. Best Buy was about 10 miles one way, so OfficeMaxs price match policy saved me a bit of gas and several minutes of travel time.

The staff were pleasant and helpful once they noticed that we needed help. They had a very good variety of scanner/printers and the staff were knowledgeable enough to help us make a decision. Best part was that they were not pushy when explaining the products.

Coupons are not worth it. Read the fine print. What you use the most doesnt count. I will definitely start looking at them closer.

I always come to officemax for my printing and copying needs. I can email them what I need printed with instructions on black and white or color copies, the quantity, etc and when I arrive it is ready for pick up. The staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and helpful. I love the service they provide.

My experience was specifically with the print shop. I called and asked about having a poster printed. I was told that if I wanted it mounted that it would be best to drop the file off the day before. So I did. I told the girl what I needed and by what time the next day. I said I would need it by 2:00pm, as the party was at 3:00pm. She said she would print it that night, time permitting.I called the next day at 11:00am to check progress, as my husband was out and if it was done, he could stop and pick it up. I was told that they had not started it yet, but it would be done by 2:00pm.By 2:20 I still had not received a call, so I called again. I was told that it still had not even been printed! They were confused at the instructions left by the girl who wrote down the order. So instead of calling me to verify, they just didnt do it. After clarifying the instruction, I was told that it would be done by 2:50pm at the latest.I asked if there was a way to have the order discounted since it was an hour late, the girl working the counter said of course, but neither her, nor her co-worker (manager?) could figure out how to apply the discount. After several minutes I told them to nevermind, as I was already late and didnt have time to wait any longer. So I paid full price for a late product. The whole issue could have been avoided had someone just called to clarify the instructions sooner. I will no longer be using this location for any printing needs.

I got the copies I needed and the mailing envelopes and was on my way in a few minutes. The price was very good.

Easy to find stuff and staff is very helpful. Good deals also.

Have been shopping at Max for years, but there are changes I havent cared for since being taken over by Office Depot ---- most of which is having to use a credit card to pay for copies. Ridiculous!

This store has violated copyright laws and I’ll be contacting corporate. They also have terrible slow services every time I visit.

Items are hard to find. Nobody is available on the floor to assist or even ask a simple question.

OfficeMax is a great place to get office supplies at reasonable prices . the staff is very helpful and Ryan was awesome.

Most of what i was looking for was missing from the shelves. Asked an employee about a particular product and where it could found and she was uncertain the store even carried it, then misdirected me to a wrong area, had to walk up and down isles to find it myself.

Had what I was looking for & everyone was nice & helpful. Little bit pricey.
