The bottle return was down. So, I let them know, and they said someone is suppose to be fixing it now. I waited 15 minutes and still no one came. I told them again, and they said the same thing. I waited and still no one came. I needed to do some shopping before work. I left the store frustrated and now have to go to another store. I felt like I was bothering the employees when I was asking for help. I will not go back to this store. I recommend another store if you like CVS.
They changed their minds every months on there so called rules can’t get it straight so leaves it confusing on what is the right way. It’s the new pharmacist is the worst
The hours are completely wrong. Such an inconvenience of not having the proper information.

Great place to shop - always has what I want in stock; store is clean, organized; plenty of cashier help. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service!!! Store manager and manager in training went out of their way to laugh (and included other customers into the conversation ...who also LAUGHED) at me for trying to exchange an item for my son (who is autistic) Do not shop here! Very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional.. and discriminatory. I am shocked that people treat other human beings this way when their job is CUSTOMER SERVICE.WOW.
