First time going to the store. I was looking around for sometime online for a used Xbox system and some games since Im bored to death fixing up a house. Anyhow, getting a membership was super easy. It took a couple minutes of my time and my drivers license. I actually got a bunch of discounts being a new member. Barry the store manager was extremely professional and super experienced on everything in the store. Awesome guy, he really knows his stuff. He showed off everything they had (which is a lot of games, consoles,and collector items) and helped tremendously with his product knowledge. Even got a veteran discount. On top of their discounted prices .This place is amazing. If your into gaming check this place out....also Barry thank you for your service. 🙂

I used to shop here but a couple days ago I was greeted with a surprise of membership is required to shop here. When I asked why, they said that its like blockbuster. That makes zero sense for 2 reasons: 1) the membership was for renting (ie borrowing) their merchandise. You in fact did not need a membership to purchase anything in the blockbuster store. I know because I was a frequent customer (and know people that worked at family video) and even when I did eventually get a membership card, they never once asked to see my card when I bought something. 2) blockbuster closed down. Not the best idea to base your marketing strategy on a business that doesnt exist anymore.When i looked up the reviews on this store i saw that I am not alone as of late. People are upset and instead of listening, the manager is replying to these reviews and saying, you are lying and if you dont like it, shop somewhere else. The idea is to gain customers, not lose them. What kind of self entitled privilege do you have of me (a potential customer) buying dvds for a couple bucks at your store? Thats all I wanted. Your gaming stuff is overpriced (which i understand, you have some rare finds and you have to make money) and your dvds are priced fantastic. I always found something good and now I only find a bad attitude? Its disheartening. You can enjoy your business. I wont be shopping there again because apparently, im not even allowed without a membership anyway. This is the only time I ever felt it necessary to give a review like this because people need to know, this business has changed for the worse and I hope they make some changes for the better and actually listen to these feedbacks and drop the attitude, drop the membership, and be the great store that it once was.

The place is amazing..vast selection of retro consoles and games..some games can be pricy but for the most part pretty good prices..the people who work there are pleasant

Horrible experience every time i come in and manager is very rude to customers. based on these reviews he also seems to threaten people and will ban them from the store. incredibly unprofessional and incredibly over priced.

Cool store that seemed to have a lot of interesting games and excellent inventory, but the experience was...not great. We had filled out the membership paperwork and were waiting to turn it in but felt uncomfortable after listening to the person working talk about the pandemic and government--the member agreement clearly states that all visitors must wear a mask, but we were the only ones in the store doing so.We were then chased out into the parking lot by the gentleman who told us we werent allowed to leave with the membership paperwork despite our personal information being on it. He told us he would rip it up for us but couldnt have us leaving with it. I wish I had eaten the paperI now see from other reviews that our experience wasnt all that unique, the manager/owner seems to be the only employee they have and I could see why hed have a hard time retaining staff. Many of the reviews are centered around how rude he was or how uncomfortable to interact with and I totally get it.My best guess is that hes been plagued by bad reviews in the past so he now attempts to threaten people into not ever leaving a negative review.That contract he has people sign to enter his store is riddled with typos, the same kinds of typos that you see in the positive reviews for the store. I wouldnt be shocked if he spends multiple hours a week either paying accounts to talk about how great the deals are or simply making fake accounts to talk highly about the store.

Super Gametime is the absolute best place in Michigan to get games. The selection from old vintage consoles and games to new is literally over welming. You just never know what you will find. Its like going to Disney world for the 1st time but only its everytime!!!!!! And the customer service is beyond amazing!!!!! They make you feel like family. This is definitely home away from home.

Scam shop. They make you fill out paperwork to shop there and in it, they try to say you cant leave a bad review. Doesnt seem shady at all right? It is cash only, which means they lost their merchant ID, clearly for too many chargebacks and ripping people off. I know the owner will now threaten to trespass me, but please do look at the reviews here, they dont lie. They have a lot of product and in the hands of a legit seller would be a fine store. Just came in with my husband and kids and this place is hands down the best video game store Ive ever been to. Fair prices, excellent customer service and everything I want and need. Would most definitely recommend!!

This place is honestly a hidden gem. I recently started shopping here for all my video game needs and it’s been nothing but pleasant. The staff creates such a friendly atmosphere that makes me want to keep going back. I would definitely recommend this place it literally has everything!!

Dont waste your time with this place. Set up is nice, and they have a lot, but are EXTREMELY over priced and try to act like theyre being fair. Incomplete games theyre trying to sell for CIB prices. And CIB games theyre trying to sell for sealed. And dont even ask about sealed prices. (And maybe more than those prices!) On top of this, they dont give you the labeled prices already on the game, claiming there is too much in the store to keep up with. Its HIGHLY illegal to suddenly change the prices at time of purchase. Its a business. Make time to update your prices if youre that money hungry. Walmart and Meijer can do it. So can you. Dont give them business. Theyre scalpers.Edit: Forgot to mention, they sell unlabeled reproduction carts for N64. Wouldnt be surprised if they sell other fake stuff too. Amazing Game Store! I was absolutely floored when I walked in. Not only the variety but the quantity of retro and new games is unlike any other place I’ve shopped at!*So I read some of the reviews after posting my initial review which was based off my 1st visit. I’ve since been to the location 3-4x and must say it’s quickly becoming my favorite place to hang out. I currently live in Toledo, OH and yes I make the drive just for this place! I challenge anyone who sees 1 Star reviews to click on the persons profile—you’ll see everything you need to.I was able to snatch a MINT sealed copy of Amazing Spider-Man 2 which is currently off at Video Game Authority being graded. The young lady there gave me an outstanding deal and honestly I was shocked to even see it sitting back on the shelf behind counter.

I’m tired of seeing some of these negative reviews if you really don’t like a store just shop somewhere else’s don’t harass people. All in all a great store they have a galactic selection of almost anything you can think of! I feel the prices are spot on I’d rather pay 150 for a ps2 (which is over 20 years old now)that I know is going to work and have the chance to take it back if somethings wrong over someone’s dusty one their selling for $50 on eBay and has never been refurbished. These amazing people keep our nostalgia alive and working so we can enjoy them for many more years to come and I thank them a lot for that !!

My father and my little brother went to install a video system. And they wanted things they wanted done that couldnt be done, They wanted to view an area they had the wrong camera for, and made all kinds of demands while lowering the deal they made. And in the end and they didnt pay the original deal. They also tried to do it themselves but failed. And kept threatening and saying he was a police officer. Also he cussed my little brother out when he was just looking at games.Update: Im proved my point because I lyingabout their company. So I advise people to stay away because theyre going act like they know better than the customer.

Half the time the store is not open during business hours, overpriced on all items. Disc replay charges less and pays more for trade ins.Edit: After speaking with the manager and being in the business side of the retro world, I changed my opinion. Honestly there is no place around with a better selection and still plenty of deals in the store to be had. Unfortunately all businesses have the problem of being under restrictions currently and having to close for safety is completely understandable. This store in my opinion is still one of the best places. If you are looking for something you will find it. anywhere else does not have a quarter of this stores inventory and the manager is very friendly. Never had a bad experience when speaking with him.

My husband and i chose to NOT sign up for a membership for a place that forces you to sign LEGAL DOCUMENTS stating that after becoming a member you do not have freedom of speech to inform others of any potential bad service. Stop trying to use scare tactics against potential customers. Its not a good look for a person, and definitely not a business.

This is now the second time I’ve come here and they were not open. This time they even changed the hours while I was waiting. I won’t waste my time or money here. Check out these two photos taken within 25 minutes of each other. I waited to see if maybe 3:30 they would open, then they changed it to 4 while I was sitting in the lot waiting for them to open.

Finally got into the store and its amazing. My fiancé and I went in there with our baby and they were very very nice. However when we got home (Clare, MI) I went to play Whiplash for the ps2-which I was excited since I played it as a little girl myself- the disc is NOT in there!! My fiancés game The Getaway has NO disc either!! I was ready to show my children! We have a 3 year old son as well! This is very upsetting and we are getting no answer from the store and that is another 3 hour drive for us there and back. That was $35 for Whiplash and $12.99 for the Getaway. Shop was beautiful and the inventory was insane, but please get ahold of us because we dont think this deserves a 1 star review.

Customer service is rude, games doubled in price, horrible business hours, just shop at Disk Replay, The CLEARLY SUPERIOR STORE.Update- the owner is very childish and would rather threaten or insult people then attempt to understand and accept the criticism he continuously receives. Nice store people are helpful I was just very upset I went into the store recently and wanted a game that was behind a glass case marked 69.99 and wanted to purchase I told the woman about the game cause she was clueless about it then proceed to look it up and say oh I cant sell it for that price its a collectors item and I have to charge you $199 for it and that upset me that she changed the price from what it was marked so I just left they just need to have the right prices on their product.

The man helping us had a great attitude for what he was up against alot of people and not enough workers. Great service many games and game systems and accessories. Definitely recommend.

The store is setup nicely. The prices are expensive. If you are willing to pay 150 to 200% of the current selling prices for games, the store is OK. I would go to other stores in the area over this one in future.

For being a local business the owner certainly doesn’t look out for his local community. He jacks up the prices on everything in store. I recently purchased a PS4 controller in gold. I was in a pinch for a controller and went ahead and purchased it. $65 in store. The controller was beat up and had sticky buttons. It did not come in a box or with a charger. Simply thrown in a grocery bag. I then visited Walmart.com and found the same controller, brand new, for $65. If you don’t believe me, go scope out a few prices on items in his store. Then hop on GameStop, Walmart or Target and you will quickly see that this guy is selling used items for the same price.

I had pretty high hopes, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Drove over an hour to get here, because we were told over the phone that they had Pokemon Platinum. When we got there, and went through the whole membership process (that I do understand. They have collectables, it kinda makes sense), I went to find the game I have spent years looking for. We were told at the desk that handheld games were buy 2 get one free. I thought, awesome. Settled on Platinum, Black, and Black 2. They were repro copies, whatever. My issues started when I was not told that they didnt work on a DSI or DSlite, and they didnt honor the buy 2 get one free. Didnt tell me they werent, just blindsided me with the number. I should have just cancelled the transaction and left right there. But, I digress, We get out to the car, and I was going to play platinum on the way home. But, whats this? They dont work. Que a few hours back in there, looking at the possibility of buying a 3DS to play these games I ALREADY PAID $190 FOR. They wanted an upwards of $500 for a 3DS, and thats kinda ridiculous. Seeing how most of the same models I can find anywhere else for $100-$300. Oh, and did I forget to mention they refuse to do refunds, even when it was their stupid mistake. Just store credit. Ended up returning the games, as they said they had XD Gale of Darkness. Oh, but now that they have told me that, they dont have it.Oh, did I forget to mention the poor soul who came to turn in SEALED DOS GAMES, and was told they couldnt give her anything for them? But when my boyfriend, an avid collector of DOS games offered to take them off her hands, the guy got offended, and told them he was checking in her games, and my man could only BUY THEM OFF OF HIM?? The girl took back her games right then and gave them to my boyfriend, free of charge.Ended up paying $190 for a copy of Breath of the Wild.$190, for a $59 game.Honestly, I feel scammed. I would never pay that much for a game like Breath of the Wild. Only did it because I had so much money in limbo that they refused to give back, and I had no intention on returning, so I had to not let it go to waste.

I get so annoyed when I read bad reviews of this place. I live a distance from the store but I enjoy any chance I get to go the store. Nobody in 50 mile radius can rival the selection this store has. I’ve personally been on a big Wii kick, and they easily had 10 times the stock of their closet competition. Also they have nearly every system set up to test out, where else can you play a Dreamcast in 2021?I have no critique of the store, but boy do I have a critique of these comments:People who make comments about pricing, here is what I get for the pricing: the discs are always in like-new condition. If it is a cartridge game, I won’t have to spend an hour scrubbing it to get the game to work. When I go the corporate competition nearby, nearly half of my games have to be taken back for them to fix the discs. Or the time I had to scrub an N64 game to the point where I thought I was going to bend the pins and the game would be unplayable. Here I can buy with confidence the products will work the first time every time and on and maybe a light dusting of a cartridge, which is to be expected.The biggest overhead a small business has is the labeling of products. And video game prices have escalated greatly in the past few years, especially with the high demand/low supply brought on by most of spending the last year in our houses. Store is in an awkward situation of either go bankrupt re-labeling the extensive and impressive store catalog or simply charge a fair market value at the counter and noting throughout the store prices may change, so someone doesn’t come in and buy underpriced games and sell them across the street, if they wanted, for fair market price. The next time you eat at your favorite local restaurants, please throw a fit when they mark the specials they have (because their supplier cut them a deal on goods) on a whiteboard and not re-print every menu and then re-print the menus once again when the those specials end. It’s nonsensical, they’d rightly ask you to take your business elsewhere.Lastly, I am respected when I walk in the door. The shopkeep greets me when I come in, and I get an extremely professional and detailed checkout so I leave knowing when I drive home, my games work. It’s generally the one dude holding down the day to day operations of a huge store. He does a great job. And I look forward to my next trip out. Have made 6 attempts to go to this store with my work schedule. Try to call to confirm hours and voicemail is full. So I go to the store and wait. Says the store opens at 4 ( which was changed half an hour after original open time of 3 according to website) and no one is there. Waited an hour and a half because of this and still not open. So needless to say they don’t stick to their store hours. It’s disappointing and I have tried to send others there for stuff they needed and same thing. It’s kind of embarrassing to brag about the stuff in the store and you can’t even get in.Update: Finally made it into the store and when speaking with the gentleman at the counter as suggested in the response, all he did was become rude and interruptive as I was trying to talk to him as he is the one whom told me to let him know when I came in. Needless to say, I won’t go back.

Tells customers to come in but greets you with a locked door. Claims that the store is for special out of state account holders only but made an exception to let us average joes inside the store, no mention of having to be an account holder when on the phone. The store has an impressive inventory of games because every title is 2-3 times the real value & have been sitting for years. The prices are insulting to both new collectors & experts. This is where great video games go to die. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

First off, this is not a video game store. This is a collectors shop for retro game collectors above all else. Most prices are marked up from anything on eBay, most likely because of the convenience of buying in store. That alone doesnt justify 1 star, but what does is the unprofessional nature of the guy that runs this place, as well as somewhat questionable ethical choices(like selling a pokemon rom hack without labeling it as such). Ive been in the store a few times, and the dude with the crew cut has always presented himself as standoffish, dismissive, and even rude in some cases. The last straw was when we came in to buy some gameswe had picked out. When we initially asked for help getting them out, he was cashing someone out already who had been in line ahead of us, no problem there. Then someone decided to cut my fiance in line with the weak excuse I have to work in the morning. Nevermind that we couldve used the same exact excuse. In a weak display of integrity, the gentleman decided to help the guy cutting in line despite telling my fiance several times that she was next. All in all, we were in the store for about 45 minutes at this point, and decided to cut our losses because clearly our business was unimportant to him anyway. I recommend everybody steer clear of this ripoff carnival. Anything you can find here I can almost guarantee youll find substantially cheaper anywhere else.

Wonderfully disappointed at the continued mismanagement of New Super Game Time. The store itself caters to a wide variety of clients apparently and holds the best products reserved for exclusive clientele (So the management brags, after long conversations). I have been in and out for a few years and things have not changed at all.They claim big things, more money than other stores (Game Stop and Disc Replay are continuously mentioned) Well maintained consoles, and repair service. 1. They do not offer more money, regardless of quality or rarity as far as I’ve traded and seen. 2. Yes indeed the items for sale along with their consoles are well maintained and sell with a prime sheen. 3. There repair service is long and sometimes does not fix the underline issue so tells me, other customers.The biggest threat to you, the customer is the staff. They range from unhelpful to downright full of themselves. Your rare songbird of assistance and keen conversation you are looking for is not here.The biggest blunder to their reputation I’d say is the complete lack of professional demeanor of the head management in these very Google reviews. Childish and filled with mockery and a load of he said she said. If you are unable to take the criticism of your establishment. Which there is clearly a lot of, you serve only yourself and nothing more. If you claim to be different act as much, if you claim these reviews are from minors and liars, you yourself are no better. You are paranoid and extremely hostile to the point of it being comedy gold, is your ego worth your reputation.None the less, can you obtain games both rare and otherwise. YesWould I recommend it? They are always courteous on the phone, return your calls even when you arent able to leave a message, and take their time with you to ensure youre getting exactly what you need; a high quality retro gaming system plus desired games and accessories. I will definitely shop here again.

BEST STOR IN MY LIFE

I live in southern Ohio and was visiting all the retro video game stores on the way up and I came across New Super Gametime. After waiting 30-40 minutes ( they didn’t open up at the time they said they would, still forgiven we live in crazy times) I was able to go in. The store was very classy and well up kept but when I saw the prices I was floored. I have never seen such ridiculous prices. I also don’t know how you can justify these prices by saying you’re “for the collector” when you slap incredibly damaging stickers on every case. I was also sold a gamecube game in a CD case for 1.5 times the value of the game. What was most jarring however was the employees. I have never been treated more rudely in my life. I asked to open the same case 2 times to get a better look at a game and I was treated to sighs and a Very condescending speech on what version of the game was more expensive and why. After my experience at this store I went to see what others thought and I was appalled by the response to the reviews. Never before have I seen such childish replies to comments by the business owners! It was sad and shallow to see how they handled ridicule. Other stores simply don’t respond and let the store speak for itself, but I imagine you knew that wouldn’t work so you had to claim they were lying and tell them to go shop at flea markets and garage sales to try and save face. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Possibly the WORST business experience I’ve EVER had. Pathetic.

The workers were both very helpful and friendly. They helped me feel not quite a newb and dumb as some other places. They joked and laughed and just were overall very pleasant to talk to and be around

I’ve been coming to this place since it has opened and it’s absolutely amazing. New games, old games, nostalgia of walking in and seeing loads of old consoles and games and amazing staff. The owner has always been great to me and also the staff have always been great and polite. Beat GameStop any day of the week. I will continue to shop here and bring my brothers here. Bought a used 2ds from there last week and it works great for the most part. Couple issues I didnt notice till I got home. Scratch on top screen and circle pad is a bit off. But I applaud the amount of product they have! Cant find a 2ds in store anywhere! Its odd it didnt come with a charger, stylus stick, and it wasnt factory reset. The associate was awesome and very helpful!

Their games are very overpriced. Saw a game for $160 but was found online for $60 in perfect condition. Was told I was “too broke” to shop here. Lol

I came to the store and realized not only overpriced but very rude people especially the one guy with the glasses. I saw games that should’ve been down at least 10 dollars so after I left empty handed I went went to disc replay and got the same game better condition for half the price. Don’t come to new super game time go to disc replay it will save time money and happiness.

Doubt they remember me i used to be a regular... USED to be. Took my ps3 in for repairs and never got it back. I wouldnt have minded the one they replaced it with but i was told they would recover my 250gb hard drive. (My ps3 was modified) and put it in my new one. This was a few years ago, never got a call about my stolen console or hard drive. Its a shame though cus honestly other than this awful experience I really was in love with this game store, their prices are a little high but the products are typically mint. Used to be my one stop shop but after that I just cant justify going there. At least not for console repairs or modification.

Staff is super rude. Gentleman let me come in to look for certain game and when I asked questions he was quick to try to push me out the door telling me that I spent too much time in building when I shouldnt have been let in at all in that you did me a favor

Waste of time better to sell to disc replay. Overpriced and not worth your time at all. Complete Garbage and scams you out of money!

The prices are so high I find it insulting. Ive been collecting games my whole life and yes they have a lot of high quality games, the price they ask for is absurd. Ive heard them say its market value and that simply is not true.

I was amazed by the selection and how great the layout of the place is. For how much they have, everything is easy to find and shows obvious pride in their merchandise. Alex treated me like I was the most important customer hed ever had and made sure I was well taken care of at every turn. Truly great experience and I cant recommend it highly enough.

I got a response that you never sell broken items, yet there are literally dozens of reviews saying you did just that besides just my experience, also your price match is very much falsely advertised, that too has been documented and recorded. it seems you guys are just getting by with convenient lip service and little else. I bought a game there, didnt open it and the next day had my wife bring it back in, she was offered $3 because its in poor condition. so how does that work if you guys so carefully check the product quality BEFORE you sell it?

This store has an interesting selection, but most of it seems really overpriced. Worse than that is the atmosphere, though. There was at least ten different tvs on playing different something at every corner of the store at max volume, and a few areas with flashing lights that made just being inside the store give me a headache. Plus the guy behind the counter was using a really loud air gun, and used it again even after I asked if he could stop. Wouldnt recommend coming here without noise cancelling headphones to experience the store at a tolerable noise level.

Overpriced used games, also Ive never been thrown out of this store, as the owner says. I guess the owner likes to spread lies and cant take criticism about the store. Go check out disk replay, very friendly staff, with great price on games!

Read before buying a membership: Im very disappointed with this place. We paid $50 for a membership to rent games for our son. The first time we rented was the day we signed up and everything seemed great. We were told we could rent ALL of the used games with the membership. We even rented one of the games from the case. Went back to rent again and we were told that the games in the case are rare and cant be rented out. The games in the case are literally the only games we would want to rent. What a complete waste of money. I feel like we got scammed. This place has the potential to be great but unfortunately we will not be renewing our membership when it runs out. Total waste of $50.Also, take a look at the responses to some of the reviews to gather your own opinions.

A waste of time and gas.. Dont sell your games here they will never find a good home because they are so over priced nobody will buy them and if you buy from here you were scammed.. Everthing is 2times or 3 times over priced

A little on the expensive end however the cashier said I could let her know if I found an item for less elsewhere. Nice selection of games from the NES up to modern gen. Overall a decent place to visit.

Best experience, now an ordinary GameStop or little shop. Has everything you can think of and a friendly staff with great prices and deals. They treat you and get you right I recommend to stop by!

Went inside the store to put a PS4 on layaway and everything worked out PERFECT! Great store, great management and great employees! Had a tiny problem but the store manager resolved it right away! From now on Im a loyal and satisfied customer! Trent is also wonderful! Yes their a bit pricey but its well worth it. I support local business in my neighborhood! Thanks again!

Initial reactions of high pricing are extremely offset by the constant buy 2 get 1 on used titles, gift cards with nearly every purchase, and management that is open to haggling and price-matching. Ive only shopped here for two months but am swiftly becoming a very regular customer!

Outrageously overpriced games, and if you arent able to afford them theyll basically tell you that youre too poor to shop there and not come back. Im an avid collector and am telling you that you can find these premium games 2-3 times cheaper literally anywhere else you go. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Very polite, professional crew working, been to this place numerous times, but multiple items at a fair rate. They have it all from authentic retro games and systems and newest releases. The happiest employees I ever seen, they are very determined to satisfy me. Gonna broke if I keep going to this place THEY GOT SOOOO MUCH.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Had my NES system repaired and walked out with a $35.00 bill. Very reasonable. Console works perfect. Lots and lots of game cartridges at great prices also. I recommend this place to anyone with a game system or looking to buy one. Two thumbs up.

Based off my first time being in the store(recommended by a friend) I had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and direct, quite professional. Immediately signed me up for their rewards program and was given their sign up gift card. Will be returning soon. Recommend Supergame time to everyone!

Came there an hour after opening, still no one was there and the lights were off. Had great experience with it before. But cant really review it if i cant get into the store.Also small side note. The parking is wobbly and broken. Might wanna look into that.

Awesome Service very friendly...

One of the “co-managers” sold my girlfriend and I $140 worth of games, a console, 2 guitars and a memory card. She explained the return policy was extended until after the new year due to Christmas. We got home and literally NONE of it worked. We tried to return it with the receipt and she was extremely rude and pointed out at the bottom of the receipt in small print it says no cash returns just store credit. I don’t want store credit, I wanted my money back. So the other manager came out. She continued to argue with me in front of him. I told her how unprofessional it is to argue with a customer, no matter how right you think you are. The co manager said nothing to her. Bottom line; they wouldn’t give me my money back and they said they have no way of reaching the owner. Now I’m stuck with a $140 gift card and a bad taste in my mouth, DO NOT GO THERE.

Went and bought a ps4 controller, came home and used it and the x button only frequently worked. Then went to exchange it and when we got another one he said we weren’t able to exchange it a second time and said he tried all the buttons and they all worked, Unfortunately we came home and the right stick on this controller doesn’t work either. Wasted 60$ on a controller that has stuff wrong with it and been used when I could’ve gotten a new one for 60$ at walmart.

Great place to visit for those planning to collect or already collecting games from the past. Even if they don;t have what you are looking for in store they are more than happy to try and order for you and call when they have it. Prices are more than reasonable even on the hard to find rare games they have.Would gladly visit again whenever i can to find more great deals.

Went here on a weekend, and was impressed with the selection, but the reason they have so much stuff is because they dont want to sell you anything. Youll find everything on eBay or at Disc Replay for a cheaper price. I offered a reasonable price for a game they had (I offered $240 for Metal Warriors on snes, it was tagged for $300), about 20$ more than any eBay price for the same condition, and they took my number and never called me back. The young kid working told me to save up my money if I want it that bad. Ha, got plenty of money little boy, doesnt mean I like getting ripped off! I understand you have a brick and mortar store and rent isnt cheap, but this place is shady. I almost bought it because the sign at the register says Buy 2 get 1 free, but the lady working said it didnt apply to games in their glass cases. What a joke, save your money and go ANYWHERE else! Im sure it would be a pain to return it if something did go wrong. Ive only been here once, and Im glad its only once, Ill never stop here again. If you want a good game store in the area, check out Retro Taku, Destiny Games, Disc Replay etc. but please skip this one.

These guys were fantastic. I traded in a ton of items. They sorted them priced then out. Were very polite the entire time and even though it took awhile [which they told me it would because of being a new store so no complaints] they let me sit and relax. They offered me great deals on the used game and buy 2 get 2 free when you buy ANY system is awesome.

Pretty cool selection of stuff, some prices reasonable, others not so much, but forgivable typically. only problem is being followed by staff and feeling pressured to just buy something and get out. made me feel like I couldnt take my time to make a decision or even just look through everything

Every time I post a review of this place they take it down, so I’ll keep doing it. Collecting video games is a huge passion of mine and stores like this completely ruin that experience. OVERPRICED in every way possible. Their deals are not actually deals. Employees don’t stay more than a week or two because this place doesn’t pay wages. Try working here and see if you get paid. Go to Disc Replay and support a store that actually has fair pricing. Also the “owner” has gone on multiple fake Facebook accounts and has threatened to sue me for these negative reviews.
