Needed a mattress for my 9 yr old. Came into the store 10 min before closing. Yes we all hate those people. Kolby was friendly and welcoming even tho I’m sure he wanted to get home to his pregnant wife on a Friday. Well he still wanted us to check out different types and styles taking his time. We stopped in to replace a old worn out mattress. Daniel was very helpful in explaining multiple options. He let us try out each of the beds and after he was done explaining the options let us spend as long as we wanted trying out. He provided some good insight into the benefits of some of the mattresses and how they could help us with our particular sleeping styles.He was not pushy and let us decide what worked best for us. When we decided to go finish our shopping before deciding what we wanted to do he was not pushy to close the sale right away. When we came back later he was quick and efficient about getting what we wanted ordered and ready to go.He provided great service. We look forward to getting our new mattress here in a few weeks.

We havent bought a mattress for ourselves in a long time. So when we went shopping we stopped at Mattress Firm in Spanish Fork first because it was closest to our home. What I wanted to find was a person at a store that was knowledgeable, could answer all of my questions, and educate me about what was available.Jill was all of that. She asked great questions and then showed us all of the different options and the whole time wasnt pressure or try to guide us to the mattress she wanted to sell. She worked really hard to find the mattress that was right for us.We got her quote and then went to another store to compare. What we realized was that not only had she helped us find what we wanted, but she was the salesperson that we wanted to buy from. We went back and purchased from her. Great experience and great customer support. I will definitely be recommending her and her store to friends and family.

The worker was probably the nicest guy I have ever met. I went to the Spanish Fork one with my girlfriend and he helped us find a great mattress and explained everything very good and was just so great to us. He for sure deserves a raise of some sort. Great experience!

Jill was very informative and professional, she helped us find the perfect bed for my lower back pain and we were very impressed by her. My husband and I went to the store two different times to try out beds and feel confident about our purchase.The only thing I would change is letting the customer know what options they have for delivery. At first we were told that the delivery would be over $100 and the delivery people would set up the bed and frame for us however we knew about a deal that was free to have them deliver the mattress/frame to our doorstep. If we had not done some research on the delivery before we went we would have been paying for a service that we did not want. I wish that had been more clear by the staff during our checkout process at the store.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to many nights of wonderful sleep! Very good service, I went to the Spanish Fork store and Aaron was very patient showing me all the different options until Ive found the one I needed.

I understand a restocking fee, but when the contract says that it wont exceed $500 then I expect that it doesnt exceed that amount. I returned a $10,000 mattress that I was sold on, loved it in the store, felt great but in reality the mattress I received was no where near as comfortable. After giving it a few weeks we decided to return it. I was shocked when they told me that since I purchased the split king that the return fee was $1000 because technically it is 2 mattresses. I call BS! It was sold to me as a king and for all intents and purposes it is essentially one mattress! Come on Mattress Firm, youre a billion dollar company and you are going to treat your customers this way? I would have exchanged it for a different mattress but their whole return process left a bad taste in my mouth and I dont want to have anything more to do with you!

We just had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE at Mattress Firm in Spanish fork, UT. We were greeted when we first walked in the door. Even though he was helping another person we were greeted and said he would be right with us.Aaron Johnson was the sales associate there. Very knowledgeable friendly engaging . He asked the questions about what kind of mattress we need and what what we were looking for and answered questions. I made a great discovery in finding the Mattress Firm store in Spanish Fork. A nice Clean store with a nice layout, and wonderful customer service. The beds they have now are amazing. Recently have been on the lookout for a new pillow. Its been an exhaustive search with constant guessing if a said pillow will be comfortable and Ive tried EVERY pillow from the Big Box store cheap ones to Amazon shopping mid range to premium pricing that local manufacturers sell, none of them have been what I was looking for. So, instead of wasting more time and not sleeping, I walked into Mattress Firm to see if theyd have test pillows before purchasing.Luckily Trent was able to show me like 10 or so to try out on a bed that was similar to my own. That way I wouldnt have a hard time with finding the right pillow, only to then go home to a different mattress and having my purchase be for nothing. Eventually settled on the perfect one!Really appreciate the help I received, no pushy sales tactics, just helped me to find the best option!

To start, Trenton Coleman is a great sells person and honestly overall a great person. He was very helpful and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped me and did what he can to fit a mattress to my needs. He also understood that I wasn’t trying to spend a crazy amount of money and did what he could to keep my pockets from burning up. Ordered a mattress on January 6th, we received an email that the order would arrive on January 16th. We did not receive our order today, nor did we receive any email telling us the order was delayed. Instead they listed the order as delivered and never showed up. When we contacted support to find out where our bed was, we were told that it was not in stock, and we would have to now wait until February 5th.
