This is the finest cal ranch store I have been to. They have the largest selection of outdoor tools! The prices are better then a Home Depot or a Lowe’s and the quality of their products is superior.

This is a great store to get basically everything you need for your ranches. A large variety of high quality products and a friendly staff, plus tons of locally made treats. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because of their fun selection-it is pretty small, so that’s disappointing. Other than that, I love this store.

Have everything under the sun for wrangling then horsies and branding them cows. Come in the spring and they have baby chicks and ducks. Anything you need for your ranch you’ll find it here. The outdoor selection I great too

If I could give less than a 1 star I would, this store is so disrespectful and I’m never greeted. Tonight I called at 8:58pm saying I was 5 min away and all I needed was kitten milk for my kitten that just lost her mom and they said no we close at nine. I’ve been to plenty of stores that will stay open for these things! I will definitely not be shopping there again!

This store is great! The staff are super friendly! We spent some time here browsing around and they have a little bit of everything here... from camping supplies, ammo, pet supplies, toys, boots and clothes... this place really has a TON of stuff. I was impressed with the pricing and selection. My daughter remarked after we got home... I really loved that store! We will be back!

Always a favorite store, for all things farmer or rural. We always like to come here, for livestock, farming, hunting, and it supplies.When my brother and I wanted to make a zipline, we found most all the equipment we needed for the project here, at a good price! Couldnt have done it without CAL!

Every time I come here, I end up waiting 30 minutes before someone decides to help me with propane. Even after walking inside and asking every time.

My mom and my siblings and I went to cal ranch to see if they had any screen doors to not let the bugs or mascitos inside our house we couldn’t find any nobody would help us! So we went to the checkout line to see if they would help us. So I showed them a picture from Walmart as an example and they started to laugh! “ um sorry we don’t have any! Hahah! Looks like they have it in Walmart”! And then they said we were weird and pathetic! That really hurt my feelings! And I’m only 11! Never go to cal ranch 😫😣😢😤😡

Love coming here for the prices and the selection. The staff is amazingly helpful and try their best to make sure you have everything you need. Definitely coming back here as often as possible.

I showed up early this morning to get several items at Cal Ranch. When I went in the Assistant Manager was too busy talking to another employee about her pet to move out of my way so I could get a cart. He didnt say Hi or greet me. I finally got a cart and asked one of the cashiers that wasnt doing anything where to find the chain. She directed me and told me she would send someone over to help me. I saw several items I wanted to get on my way to the chain but didnt stop as I didnt want keep a clerk waiting. I got to the chain and waited for a very long time no one ever came to help me. The wall of items I needed to go with my chain was 1/2 empty so I got frustrated with no help and headed for the door. The same cashier that directed me saw me walk toward the door and to put my cart away, saw me with nothing and she was still doing nothing couldnt be bothered to ask me if I got the help I needed. Since no one in this store can be bothered to help the only customer in the store when they all appeared to be doing NOTHING I decided I would buy NOTHING I can spend my money elsewhere. I generally spend in the 100s of dollars when I go in but other retailers will treat me better.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service very unkind or helpful in anyway by assistant manager. I was completely ignored while standing at the gun counter even the people next to me said this gentleman is next and he still ignored me and then got mouthy afterwards he’s the kind of person you wouldn’t employee if you want Cal Ranch

Ehhhh the milk and eggs for breakfast tomorrow I have an I will be there when we were talking to you about 25 the bread the milk to the left and I have to be in the office today so I will never be able the bread for dinner tonight or tomorrow

Told my boyfriend he was signing up for a membership-type card and it was a credit card.... which isnt a huge deal... but then they wouldnt let us return the stuff we bought with the card unless we had the physical card, and they only gave him a piece of paper to begin with. Plus, the manager was rude about it. I feel bad for the employees that work under her. So now we have a $200 gift card that we wont use. Great.

No longer my store. Dont post a mask mandate on the door and then let half the shoppers run around without. Teach your employees how to wear a mask. Its not a fashion statement.

Great store with good quality items. Fair pricing. They need to hire a couple of cashiers. I almost left without buying my items because the lines were super long and I was in a hurry. It didnt help that the cashiers that were there working were more worried about chit chatting than the number of people in their line.Other than that issue, Id say its a great place to shop.

I have to give Kudos to C-A-L Ranch. I bought a product there that didn’t work as it should after a while. They swapped it out for a new one without hesitation. They thanked me for letting them take care of me. Good old customer service is still alive if you know where to look. I will continue to shop at C-A-L Ranch for many years to come.

I use them allot but there always seems to be something that I need and its out of stock and Im still frustrated with the relocation of ammo to other new store openings and just getting a response of oh well theres nothing we can do I never got a good Awnser from anyone about that. thank goodness its now in stock more but way to many frustrating times to get the good review I think this fits for now. but I will say that have some great people working there.

Ran out of propane for my grill. Went in close to closing time to get it refilled. The manager filled my tank for me and I was in and out quickly. This is a great store. Friendly and convenient.

Picked up some new western style/cowboy style shirts for my father and son. They had a decent selection for options but limited sizing options per style making it very difficult to get matching shirts. The only matched pair of shirts they had looked great but didnt have one in my size so we could only get the two.

The selection in C-A-L Ranch Stores was rather nice. Theres just a little bit of everything in this store.Went in to the store and I was immediately lost. I asked a friendly cashier where the item I was looking for would be. She mentioned that it might be over in sporting goods. I stupidly chose to wander around and found my item in the exact opposite side of the store. I suppose losing focus and wandering saved me today because the cashiers were amazed that they sold the item at all.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. They always help me pull heavy feed bags from the shelf & even load it into my truck. They have everything in one place that we need to keep our farm working & our animals happy & healthy! Clean store & there is always someone to help if you cant find what youre looking for.

Huge farm, ranch, and yard care selection, candy, birch beer, clothes, and pet adoption on Saturdays:Im not a farmer or rancher, but this place has a very good selection for stuff like that. Fencing, electrical fence supplies, all kinds of animal feed, tools, pet supplies, huge selection of pet food, large volume bags / jugs of weed control and lawn care stuff. Western clothing, work clothes.But mostly I go in there for the birch beer (a fantastic non-alcoholic soft drink similar to root beer) and for my kids to see the dogs the local shelters bring for adoptions on Saturdays. Sometimes Ive bought yard tools like a thatch rake or shovel, or pet supplies.

This store has just about all of your outdoor, and construction clothing and tool needs. From classy cowboy style shirts, to your everyday Joe outfitted wear, the store complies to the wants and needs of every style of work done inside, or out. With an even wide variety of tools to get the job done, C-A-L Ranch is a good store.The only down part, the employees didint seem to care about their jobs too much, and either didnt pay much attention to the customers, including my friend and I when we asked questions or checked out.

This store had almost everything I was looking for. This is a combination home and garden center, hunting and fishing store, hardware store, clothing store, pet store. They have an amazing variety and quality of products.My one star off is for the difficulty finding somethings and the narrow aisles. Otherwise, great store.

It a amazing western store. It has a great dog selection and you should check it out. A decent solution of guns, but not the best. The fishing supply is lacking and I wish there were more. The farm supplies had almost anything you need. Great store overall.

The staff is generally friendly and willing to help. Pricing is decent. The folks at the gun counter always seem knowledgeable and helpful.They definitely stock everything needed for most farm animals as well as items for the manly man who knows how to work. And the womenly women who can work just as hard. :)

I like this store. They have a good selection and nice variety of everything from household items, clothing of all kinds, farming supplies & tack, tools, and everything in between. My biggest complaint with them is that they are at the high end of pricing on almost everything. Occasionally youll find a great deal on something, but you should be prepared to pay top dollar for most things.

Great customer service, and western wear Id like to see a better instore work boot selection because their website has many more options but when picking work boots for jobs like concrete it helps to hold them and check them out in person to see how well they are sealed up and the quality of the materials.

I stood in line for 20 minutes at the gun counter before leaving, the lady who was working it kept going back to the same people after they had been helped already. Fairly decent selection, I would have loved to spend money if I was able to be assisted.

Good place for feed and other pet and livestock needs and a decent little general hardware store too. Not always the cheapest option but they do have some good sells.

Good source for country living. Decent prices on feed. Dont always have the vaccines needed for livestock.

Great selection of products useful for gardeners, pet owners, and horse owners. Also just a fun store to wander through. Last time we were there they had a clinic set up to do canine vaccines. They have work boots, feed for all kinds of farm animals and in the spring they have chicks!!

It really seems like the prices here for most items are marked up 15 to 30% from what Ive seen in other stores and online. Kind of a bummer. Their employees were super helpful though.

Originally, we called the Lehi location to look for an item, unfortunately it was out of stock. They assured us that the Spanish Fork location had the item, and after calling Spanish fork and confirming that this item was indeed in stock, we took the 40 min trip to pick it up, only to find out that it was really not in stock. I dont know what system they are using to keep track of their inventory, but it needs a serious upgrade. Cal-Ranch Please dont waste peoples time.

Dont try to buy a firearm from these people. After I got out of research they sent me to their West Jordan location to because they had the pistol I wanted in stock. Once I get up there no one knew how to work the system to get my pass info then after 30min when we finally got it figured out after all the paperwork, they told me they couldnt sell it to me because someone in Spanish fork screwed up. Theyll never have my business again.

Great selection of supplies for farm/home/ranch/equipment needs. They often have the best price around for hydraulic fluid; a large stock of boots, winter wear, etc.; and loads of other items people might need, including firearms, traps, feed, snacks, yard equipment, garden supplies, etc., etc., etc.This is a great store, but Im cheap so besides footwear, I pretty much only buy clothes here if theyre on sale or I cant get them elsewhere for some reason.

The staff are helpful and courteous. If you cannot find something, they will help you. Friendly and smiling faces greet you and offer help or check you out.

I love CAL Ranch and their inventory. The store has a large selection and I can almost always find what I need. I have not been very impressed with the staff, they are very slow to get people checked out and generally not friendly or willing to help.

Staff is always willing to help and the ladies at the front are always fun to talk with. Thanks for a great store in our community for so many years and years to come.

An amazing variety of supplies for any western style. And the food items are out of this world.

Never had a super great experience here... Theyre always out of stock in what Im looking for, theyre pretty expensive and the employees are never super friendly.. I know some people in my family love buying their shirts when theyre on sale but normal priced items are just a little pricey.

You can buy just about anything at this store. We were there for boots, which they have a large selection of, but they carry so much more than just that.

This store is close to home and convenient. The problem is, I go there thinking Ill find the hardware that I need, only to see an empty spot on the shelf where the item would be. Especially in the lawn sprinkler / plumbing section. Ive just learned to save my time and go somehow else the first time.The have good prices on firearms and kudos for being second amendment friendly. The ammo selection is ok and prices are competitive.They have some reloading supplies but it isnt a big selection.They gave a good fishing and camping supply section.Always watch for clearance items. They have amazing prices when they put something on clearance prices.I have no experience with the clothing or farm stuff of this store.

No help in the aisles or on the floor initially. But once I went back up front and asked for specific help for electric fences a person immediately showed up obviously lacking the knowledge of this area. Yet to his credit he called for the expert. Overall I was satisfied.

I can ALWAYS quickly find what Im looking for at CAL Ranch because their store layout just makes sense. Sometimes the prices are a bit high, but Ive never been disappointed with the quality.

Compared to the one in American Fork, this one is stellar. Most of the staff is pleasant and helpful, but there is/was an older lady that always seemed pissy. I havent seen here the last few times Ive been though, so maybe she isnt there any longer. I have purchased several firearms here and the gun counter has less attitude than Ive found elsewhere, and their prices are generally a bit lower too. They have a good selection of Stihl power equipment. It is a well stocked farm and ranch store.

Frequently has good sales and has a good selection of anything you would expect to find in a western/ranch store. Their customer service is also pretty good.

Great place if you need car parts, home decor, and live baby chickens and dont feel like going to multiple stores.

The Diamond dog food is overpriced. Tractor Supply sells the 20 lb bag for 9 dollars cheaper!As of June 26, the retail price for a 20lb bag of Diamond Naturals Large Breed Puppy Formula was 32.99. I found the same bag of dog food for 23.99 at Tractor Supply Company.The 40lb bag was more competitively priced, but Tractor Supply still had a lower price. At C-A-L, it was listed for 39.99 while it was listed at 37.99 at TSC.When I spoke to a C-A-L sales lady about the difference in price, I was treated flippantly as if the price difference really did not matter. I would prefer to shop at C-A-L as it is closer to my home, but after seeing this price difference. I wonder how many other products are overpriced. I will now drive past C-A-L to Tractor Supply where my hard earned money can go a little further.

One of the largest selection of Cowboy hats and boots. I bought some Roper shoes and had to return them a few days latter. The return was very easy quick with no problems.Would go back again.

Now I could call CAL Ranch home. Way better than Tractor Supply.
