2 years in, I still do not love my windows. We replaced all the main floor windows. The sales guy teased that since it was winter, they would take out all the windows and then put them all back in, not 1 at a time. He joked, but thats what they did. Almost a whole day with no windows before new ones installed.The new windows do not open even close to the amount others did. There is also a MUCH larger plastic and metal frame around each one so for example if I had two feet of glass showing before, I lost about three inches on each side. Making glass about six inches less wide and less viewing area. I feel like they are bulky. Even with spacer tabs removed, they dont open to allow air in as far as you would think as well.Sadly, every time I use my windows, it bugs me. I wasnt happy with the service the and I am still not. Ive replaced windows in another house with a different company and they did much better. Hopefully now two years later, you guys have improved because these bulky things are not worth it.

These sales men are disrespectful. I have a no solicitation sign plain as can be on the front of my door. There is no missing it. They didn’t come by once but 3 times. I have a video doorbell and they leave a message of them saying wiener and laughing. I don’t find that amusing especially when you have small children in your home. I will purposely not use this business in the future for this reason alone. Have some respect.

My windows are much more difficult to fully close/lock than they should be, and when I call Window World to ask for help/directions, their response is condescending and not helpful. Im writing this review at 5:00 AM, because my window is not fully closed and locked, and I dont know how this should be done. Ive contacted the company multiple times and this concern has still not been satistfactorily resolved. I will not use Window World again for my window needs.

The price was right, the salesman was great and the install team did a great job!!There was a small bit of caulking that was missed. But a quick call to the office and caulking was added the next Monday!

I enjoy the product. I think the sliding door is extremely great quality. Our heating bill has already gone down in price!!

We had Blake and his crew out 12 years ago. They are the best upgrade to the house we ever did. We had a big window removed and a sliding door put in. They are very professional, quick, and a great price. In fact its almost the only thing were miss about that house. Thanks again.

The company itself is a good company. However, this was our second experience with the company and it was very disappointing. We orginally contacted the company to purchase French doors, the sales person Jared, talked us into a sliding glass door. We had previously purchased windows for our entire house from this company and had a great experience that time, and told the sales person we wanted the door to match our windows. In good faith we signed the contract not knowing he had put the door he preferred vs. The door we requested. after the door was installed it was back and forth with the office and the sales person Jared, in one conversation with him he stated this is the door I like to put in. Needless to say the office staff tired their best to be a go between, there was no happy resolution for our poor experience and while we have a good quality product it is not the one we requested and thought we were getting. Double and triple check your contract and make sure you are educated on the product so you dont end up with something a sales person thinks is best vs. What you requested.

Good quality window at a reasonable price. They did a good install. The only reason that I dont give 5 stars is that I felt that they did not explain my options as well as I would have liked. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

(This review comes one year after my experience) I have no qualms with the salesman and the installation team, but the company itself -- or rather the manufacturer of their windows -- screwed up a number of times either in measuring or creating the half-moon fin needed to install my window. I waited weeks and weeks, and then again for weeks. Finally, I waited another week. I do believe that I did get a discount on the installation (hence my lack of scorn for them.) Lesson learned: Buy a special window from this company at your own risk!The second problem was the stucco subcontractor. Although friendly and skilled, they were messy, messy, messy -- leaving cut stucco, globs of dried stucco, and chicken wire in my flower bed. The worst, though, was that they would never come and pick up their scaffolding after the job, in spite of a dozen calls and texts from me. They just left it piled by the side of my house, along with a whole 8-pack of 3x6 styrofoam popout sheets. What gives? I guess they did. I am now going to sell their stuff on KSL, since they dont seem to care about it.Your mileage may vary.

Went in to get a bid on windows for our addition project. One employee offered us a price list so we could get an idea of cost - good. Another employee stepped out of office and abruptly told us we couldnt have the price list and gave us a ball park figure per window - not good. If they are unwilling to be transparent about pricing then they will not be getting our business!

Terrible customer service. I asked about getting a new sliding glass door, they told me they didnt have time for a small job like that then turned and walked back to the office area...
