I would not recommend these guys to anyone. We got well be there next week 4 different times. Made my house sit and get weathered for 4-1/2 weeks. Resulted in setting back my project a month. Once they showed up, product was good, but man, terrible communications and honesty issues.

I waited to frame walls to make sure I had right hieght so trusses would match existing roof, guy came out measured we decided on wall height together, trusses showed up 3 1/2 to tall at heel and 18 at peak. I drove 800 miles to set these trusses and now I get to go home and come back when they get them corrected, cost me thousands......

Wasatch truss has always been a caring subcontractor and their employees have only talked of good and fair experiences while working there. Its sad that people want to destroy a business simply because they have nothing better to do. They handled things the best way they possibly could. Shame on KSL for assuming otherwise.

From KSL:On May 4, Utah County officials posted a letter on Facebook saying, “Unfortunately, we need to reference two cases of businesses in Utah County who did not follow COVID-19 best practices… that resulted in 68 positive COVID-19 cases, including 48% of employees being infected at one business.”The letter went on to say, “we found these businesses instructed employees to not follow quarantine guidelines after exposure to a confirmed case at work and required employees with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis to still report to work.”Eight weeks after Utah County officials published a letter pointing at two businesses for failing to meet COVID-19 guidelines, KSL TV has learned the names of the two businesses.The companies are Built Brands LLC, based in American Fork, and Wasatch Truss in Spanish Fork.

I have worked with Wasatch Truss since they opened on more then 40 custom homes. They always work hard to provide very good service and product. I highly recommend

I got the same response as one of the other reviews. The one and only question they asked was if I was a contractor or not. When I said I was a home owner they referred me to a truss manufacturer in Salt Lake. I gather they just dont want to take on the small time jobs.

Iv been framing homes for 7 years and Wasatch is by far the very worst truss company out there. They do the bare minimum amount of work to get your business. We have problems every time a builder decides to use them. They are very difficult to work with rarely get things right the first time and the quality of material they use is very poor. They are the cheapest company out there but you get what you pay for.

Way to risk everyones life for a buck.

Update: trusses arrived. We had issues with sizing. Some are getting re-made.Didn’t get trusses done when they said and then wouldn’t respond to my emails or messages. They seem like they have a shorter leadtime but really don’t.

Terrible products.

Very good place to buy truss
