I came in needing to get paint for a project this weekend and Madi was the best! She was extremely helpful finding the paint and sheen and when they didn’t have primer in stock she called multiple stores till we found one with some in stock. We are remodeling our who home and will definitely be back as we keep the project going!
A few weeks ago my wife and I decided to tackle the job of paining the exterior of our home. It seems Sherman Williams is the place to go for good advice and products. We went in and let the staff member know what we needed, we let him know the color of our home and we had vinyl siding. I know that vinyl is very iffy as far as color choices go. The staff member told us any color would be fine so we proceed to go with African grey. Before purchasing the paint I asked him if this would be safe to use on vinyl he said it would be fine. Well one week into it and our siding is pretty much toast. Our siding has began to warp and buckle, safe to say we were not given very good advise, I would say I am very disappointed because after calling the store the staff member that sold me the paint insisted that he would have never recommended that color for vinyl. When he knows he said that would be fine. I will never return to this store to buy paint again.
We had a terrible experience with the paint. We found our color we liked after testing multiple colors and paying for them. Then they told us to buy the gallon size as the color can change slightly from the sample size. We did that and it was fine. Our painter then purchased 5 gallons and painted our whole basement. The color was not the same and had a pink hue to it. After talking to the manager we find out that is was not the same color mix and their machine changed it automatically based on the 5 gallon size. Our painter warned us of this and said he never buys paint from Sherwin Williams due to issues with color consistency... we should have listened to him to get paint elsewhere. When you pay a premium for a paint, you at least expect it to be right. Now we have to pay $900 for the basement to get repainted... the manager did offer to replace the paint for free and a discount on future purchases. A company that makes a blatant mistake like this should be bending over backwards to make sure all costs are covered, so disappointed with the resolution.
Honestly had a terrible experience. I ended up putting everything back that I was about to buy and leaving bc their employees were so not helpful. I go to a professional paint store because I want professional advice not kids who seem to know nothing about anything the store carries.
The Spanish Fork store is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didnt know what paint I needed, and they were very patient with me and helped me figure out what kind I needed.
I always receive the help I need when I visit here. The store is also very well kept and clean.
Dont buy here, go to lowes. You get the top off the line paint at lowes for cheaper then there mid-grade paint here. They will not work with you after you purchase the paint. Only concerned about making more off the average consumer then helping people out. Brodie was not helpful, and once its purchased it is a done deal with no support. Brodie misrepresented policies of the company. Wish I never bought from them, in the future I will send all friends to someone else. Buyer beware. Go to lowes, better prices and service if something goes wrong.
The guy that helped us was nice but seemed to be a new to customer service
Not only do they give great service in store, when my car wouldn’t start, they found battery cables and helped me jump my car! I’ve only had great experiences here.
The service was great. I asked questions and got lots of answers. I like this store.
Dont waste your time going to the Spanish Fork Store. It is well worth your time to drive an extra few minutes to go to the University store in Provo. I have been in Spanish Fork store for help several times. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. I wont say they suck, but others might say that after visiting them.
Was in need of paint and wanted to match what we had in the rest of the house. Brought in a small sample and they were able to match it perfectly.
24 to 48 hours? 3 guys in the store drinking coffee? Cant sale paint that way.
Counter guy helped me find the color I was search for.
Paint match that takes 24 hours? Home depo does it in 5.

Great staff and great product!
I like Sherwin Williams.
