This starbucks is in a convenient location, Ill give them that. Theyre busy, yes, I get it. But this is now the 4th time that Ive asked for a milk substitute and gotten regular milk. Does this place not realize theyre making people sick?? I genuinely cannot drink milk because it upsets my stomach. Getting really tired of them consistently screwing this up and having to pay the price for it.

Is it just me or does everyone go to different Starbucks cafe hoping not to get disappointed? Well, this Starbucks will definitely disappoint you, so I suggest you to get your daily caffeine or pastry somewhere else.

This is the worst Starbucks ever! I’m never coming back again and I’ve given up on this place. What type of employee named Sandra would be so rude and the worst! I can just feel the negative energy and I wasn’t even greeted and acknowledged. And they even made my drink wrong again! They need to close this store down or something cause every visit just kept getting worse. Do they even care anymore?

It was pretty good considering they are short staffed. Especially at such a busy location. Im very thankful they are there :-)

Terrible experience coming inside. Manager who I believe name is Sandy, was cursing and creating a toxic experience for everyone who could hear inside. I usually love coming to this Starbucks, and never have a problem, but it seems to have changed.

Placed an order online. Got into the drive-through. Pulled up to the window my order was perfect.

This is my regular Starbucks Ive been coming here for some time Ive seen its ups and downs, the new manager is lovely and always friendly, the establishment is always clean, for being short staffed i think everyone is doing a great job!!

The greatest girl ever at the drive thru, shes a real gem, has a great memory, hope Starbucks knows how lucky they are to have her, she works morning mostly, prater and sparks blvd ...👍

I Love this Starbucks!!! My husband and I go almost every Morning and we are always greeted with a smile! Taryn and Kam are Amazing and they always remember our drinks, they are quick and efficient, Im never there longer than 10 minutes which is great as we stop there right before heading to work! Thank you for starting our days with a smile and an awesome pick me up😁

Great location, very close to my house. Only downside is that the app doesnt coincide with actual store offerings. Wish it was more up to date.

Ive waited over 30 minutes for three drinks while 20+ cars have been served via drive thru. And when I asked about my drinks, I was told they are getting to it.....at the thirty minute mark.Worst Starbucks experience Ive ever had.

Very disappointed in this location. I work next door and walk over almost every day for breakfast. The cafe is almost always closed and mobile order is never available. This location either needs more employees or employees who are willing to do the actual job they were hired for. They close their cafe because “the drive-thru is busy” but aren’t they supposed to be able to function with BOTH open? Don’t visit unless you’re in the car.

This starbucks is always slow!

Waiting 20+ minutes for a mobile order is ridiculous! And their sign to ask for mobile orders only works if the baristas are available to ask for orders. But when they only stop to call out in person orders and dash off, its pointless and rude.

Whats not to like? Polite and quick. They made one drink wrong and offered it to me free. You never get anything for free these days so I was happy.

Busy and they were taking care of the drive thru when they had customers standing inside waiting took them 15 minutes before I got my 2 drinks and had it been for paying for it already I would have walked out

Terrible. I ordered Caramel macchiato. Usually every place I go to knows I mean iced. These people obviously didnt. When I did get it, you couldnt taste the Caramel at all and they basically filled it to the brim with ice. There wasnt even much to drink.

Both our grande Carmel frap and white mocha drinks majorly lacked flavors. The frap tasted like watered down ice coffee blended it barely tasted like Carmel or coffee. The white mocha only tasted like coffee no hint of the white chocolate at all. Ive never had to order extra pumps and now wish I would of.

This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks in town. On several occasions the staff appears to be too busy socializing to even acknowledge customers or serve the drinks sitting waiting in the mobile area.

Ordered 2 butterscotch lattes from here and they dont taste close to what they should taste like I just had the same drink at a different location yesterday and it was much sweeter and better tasting, Im not sure what went wrong here but I wont be going back

Too expensive! Their pastries and sandwiches are way too expensive! I always bring my own coffee and my own snack when I am with others. Coffee is bitter.

Put in a mobile order at 10:36am, gave a time of 7 minutes. 25 minutes later, have to tell them still waiting for the mobile order. The excuse was that they have to fold it in with cafe orders. They proceeded to serve the entire cafe before getting to my mobile order. Will go out of my way to Greg St and still get my drink faster.

A good atmosphere, clean place and has good drinks and food for the price. Its also right next to a good Panda Express in case you want maybe a coffee with some Chinese food.

What Starbucks isnt solid. Never went to a bad one. The only thing about Starbucks in Reno, not all Starbucks carry the same thing. Casinos are different then stores, then in store, then location. But yummy

Bri, (I believe her name is Bri) met me at the drive through window at 4:40 this morning and was so awesome. She has been the first starbucks barista to ask if my iced coffee looked like it had enough 2%. It did. AND she actually made it with 3 extra pumps of sweetener. You guys, this is so rare to have right off the bat. Im so thankful and it made my morning!

Great customer service. Have been here numerous times. If they make the wrong drink, they are very quick and polite about fixing it. Also, their staff was very prompt and friendly helping and replacing an elderly gentleman who accidentally spilled his drink.

Ive been here several times over the years. Service is so-so. This last visit required prompting to get my food. The oatmeal didnt have blueberries, which required another ask. The final straw was that it had been made with lukewarm water.

This is the only Starbucks on my way to work, so I go here simply because I love Starbucks. However this location seems to have more problems than any other Ive been to, they regularly forget to give my change back and get my order wrong.

Horrible experience. Ordered an iced drink via drive thru. Very slow. When we finally got to the window, girl brought a hot drink. When I told her it was supposed to be a cold drink she asked if I was sure I wanted a cold drink, huge eye roll, then she proceeded to get a cup full of ice and poured a fraction of a drink and have it to me with an annoyed look on her face. Not the first time Ive had a bad experience at this location...

A good, medium sized Starbucks. Very friendly staff. If youre coming with a large group of people youll probably need to sit on the patio in front.

Employees pay more attention to the window then they do to the people coming in. Wasnt greeted. One employees visiting with somebody else at other end of bar while Im waiting to be sreved.

This starbucks is great, it has such a high volume or regulars every single morning, its so wonderful to come in and feel that vibe, and start to meet people, and if anything gets mixed up they are always on top of making it right for me to leave with a smile.
