Ordered a replacement bottom case for my wifes Toshiba laptop. The part I received was broken in the same exact place that the existing case was broken in.Customer service responded promptly and sent out a second bottom case. Received the replacement quickly and it did not have any issues.

Ordered an iPhone and shipped pretty quickly via USPS.USPS returned to sender which took two weeks, by which time I could not receive a replacement (I had left the US).I asked for a refund instead.Tried to charge a $50 restocking fee.Disputed via Paypal and decided in my favor.Phone number usually doesnt reach a person, but when it does, theyre useless.Mostly USPS fault, but they wanted me to foot the bill for their bad choice.

I bought an iPhone 5c from them and the day after I recieved it, it completely shut off. I went through every possible restart method, having assumed it was my fault. Upon researching this company I have found multiple people have had the same problem.Iim extremely upset and I will NEVER use this company ever again. If there were a rating less than one star, it still wouldnt be enough.

The $400 mother board I purchased stopped working after 13 months. I asked if I could buy another for a discount, seller offered NO help. I regret ever doing business with them.

As of October 4, 2016 - company is under US District Court order to suspend all operations, all employees have been terminated, and assets seized. They took $265 from me, provided a false tracking number and never shipped merchandise out.

Dont buy from these crooks. They sent me a defective phone, then held the return for 1 month before sending back the same defective phone, and repeatedly lied about sending a replacement. Buyer beware!

We will never order a part from this vendor ever again, the business is unpredictable and a secretary who has no clue what is going on over there and very sarcastic. I placed an order on eBay and accidentally canceled it, I call them an asked that if they would ignore the cancelation and ship the Laptop LCD screen and was reassured by nancy that since on her system my order had a tracking number that it would ship ( I asked if she would make notes or inform the shipping department again I was reassured). I checked my email today and seen that the cancelation was accepted, I called and spoke with nancy today and reminded her of the situation and she said yea eBay canceled it every one who uses eBay knows it needs human interaction for any input, I told her that and her reply was okay. All in all they lost New Haven CTs number 1 repair Center as a customer due to their unpredictability

I buy many laptop parts because I run a computer repair business, and try to never use LaptopAid unless the part is not available anywhere else. This last time they sent the wrong part and CLOSED SHOP before the return actually got to them. Ebay/Paypal will be returning the money.

Bought two iPhone 5s from these guys, both have problems. One has dead letters for texting and the other one completly died after just 6 weeks.Never again buy from laptop aid !They sell junk

Our item was never shipped -LaptopAid removed from seller listing on eBay -DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. eBay/PayPal refunded my payment not the seller. They are apparently OUT OF BUSINESS

Unfortunately, this company sells spare parts in bad condition or defective. now I see no positive comments, I lost my money, plus taxes and international shipping ... I am very disappointed. not recommend
