Although they couldnt provide what I was looking for in store, sales associate Santiago at the Spanish Springs store took the time to tell me what to look for on the Office Depot website. Thank you Santiago for taking a moment to assist me!

Serena is a great worker! Theres a big difference still shopping online vs shopping in stores. One thing you dont get online is the great customer service. Serena helped me with a confusion I had with a product and effortlessly cleared it up.

I am so grateful to Payton, Anthony and Charis that I am going to do an actual YouTube video to explain my idiocy and their patience. It has to do with a desk I SHOULD have hired someone to put together for me and didnt. The desk is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, the price was great - but it was ME that was the problem. Note: Accountants/Musicians/IT ladies should NOT assume they can put together a desk. Bad assessment.

Call center is in South America. They tried. to get me to pay twice for a computer I ordered on the web. I dont trust them as they couldnt find my order and I was unable to log into my sccount

I came in to Store 2628 on Disc. I needed to print one email. Thats it. Both Denise and Kat had me wait over 20mins (plus others in line) while they sat chatting. When I finally spoke up Kat told me to use the self serve and pointed to some directions. POOR, RUDE, TERRIBLE service. I went to FedEx down the street was helped in seconds and they didnt even charge me.

I use this OD almost exclusively and here’s why, they are always friendly, helpful and price match. It’s clean and organized. Thanks!!

Id give this store a negative 0 because the service we got she did t know wht she was talking about. We bought a desktop and were suppose to get an 8g the box said 8g but when it installed it didnt match..... she was rude and didnt know wht she was tslking about!!!!!!!! If u go there for desktop dont!!!!!!!!

Constantly in here and deeply understaffed in the print department. When the jobs get completed the work is fine, the regular m-f print specialist is helpful and positive but cant do everything herself. Just a suggestion, maybe the supervisors that continually walk around doing nothing can help her out. Taking business elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. I recently went in for an extended warranty replacement of a Bluetooth headset, and was delighted with the competency of their shift manager. The replacement transaction took less than five minutes. Great location, and plenty of free parking.

I have had two of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. After the first, I decided not to utilize office depot again, yet, against my better judgement, here we are. This time, I ordered a small print job in preparation for an important presentation I have tomorrow. When I placed my order, it said it would be ready by 7pm. When I went to pick my order up, I was informed that, not only had it not been started, they would not do it until morning (the store opens after my presentation will be over). My order consisted of 3 PDF documents that would have taken 10 min to print at the most. If you have any other options, avoid this place!

I ordered 5 bound “manuals” for my office. I could have made them myself but I thought I would give Office Depot a try since it would save me time, thus, saving me money. Well, two trips and over an hour of waiting in between the “mess up” then another 45 min for them to fix it again, did not save me time. It cost me 1.75 hours of billable time. Never again!!!!

The person at the printing counter, Britny, was extremely helpful and make our experience even better, we will definitely be going there again!!

Will selectively do price matching - refused to consider Amazon. Speaking with the manager was equivalent to talking to an ash tray - more second hand smoke than a Virginia St casino

The Store Manager lacks customer service & ability. I wanted to return some items that were purchased on their website, mostly cause it took 3 times of reordering the same items to actually get them. By that time, I had ordered them a separate time. So I had more of them then needed. Since they are an online only product, the manager could not do it. She was not polite about it either. I mentioned that it was odd that the Northtowne location was capable of doing it, she didnt even bother to respond. I swung by there while running an errand to save time, she irritated me enough to write a review after starting the return process online.

I purchased a cash box at the Office Depot on Northtowne in Sparks. I thought I had gotten what I needed so I threw away the receipt. Found out that I needed a steel box and the one that I bought was not. When I went to get a steel box I asked about the return policy without a receipt. She was going to do it but when she called for a manager override the manager refused to do it. No reason, just refused.

Great local office supply store. I havent had any problems with them. The employees are friendly and ask if you need help.

Dropped my office project off at 9am Tuesday morning said I would pick it up Thursday morning. When I went to go pick it up they had not even started my project. They said they just forgot to do it. Do not go to this store.

Stocking is iffy, employees try to help but dont expect tech savvy staff. Would go lower if just based on customer service, but I usually make it out with about 80% of what I need
