Okay I did at first give this place 5 stars. But that was before they lied to me. I went and ordered a ring around dec 20th and was told for resizing it would only take a week to 2. I stressed I am moving states soon so it would need to come soon. They said no worries you will get it. It is now several weeks later. My est time for it to come back was the 11th Jan 2021. Its now the 17th and still shows it hasnt been worked on yet its just sitting there. I have to move in just a few short days and may have to try and get my money back somehow. Either by contacting higher management or going in store. They dont have the ring, I dont have the ring, it is beyond the est time they gave me and frankly I kinda want the money back now so we can go to another jeweler. Upon looking online I noticed all the bad reviews from people and them not getti g there ring back when stated from resizing. Some said it took months. Be careful they tell you it will be fast but let me assure it is not. They seemed so believable.

The Jewelry Consultant who waited on me was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I took several pieces of jewelry in for repair. I look forward to picking them up and shopping for some earrings and a bracelet.

Beautiful jewelry but Im not impressed with customer service, communication, or the ones that do repairs. So far horrible experience, I guess we will see how it turns out whenever I get to pick my ring up. Im so nervous. 🥲🥲

Zales Outlet has always treated me good. I have adored the Vera Wang Love rings for a very long time. Ive shopped for them at Zales. Customer service at the Zales outlet & in mall store is great. Ive been a customer of theirs for years.I know that there are many bad reviews about Zales. I havent experienced any problems with them. All any one customer can do is keep themselves knowledgeable about diamonds and ask as many questions needed.
