Ive been with them for many many years NEVER have i had a problem with them and i know other people who are with them they have not had any problems with them ive had probems with my house oxygen machine had for years finally give out you can call them even if closed and talk with the after hour operater even if in middle of night and will bring you a whole other machine every single time they are there for you!!!!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸโคThank You !!! They got me my machine. I went into the office to pay off the remainder of my balance but they have continued to charge me. Now I have to fight to get that resolved.Buy your initial machine here to get started, but dont buy any additional supplies here. Get them off of Amazon. Youll get. Better service and pay less.

This company seems not to care that their actions or lack of actions affect their patients health and well being. Run away as if your life depends on it because it probably does! They are the worst company ever. I called my doctors office to follow up regarding an order and they said that Lincare was given it at the beginning of November. They said that they talked to them and that the person verified they had the order. They said that they were going to push the order through since it has been awhile. The doctors office said I could call if I wanted an updated time frame or to follow up. I waited a week with no communication. I called and the person I talked to claimed my doctors office never called. The funny thing is she told me the same exact thing that the doctors office said that they were told. The woman even said under her breath when she looked up my information that they had the order since the beginning of November. It has been yet another week and the person she said would contact me and push it through still hasnโ€™t made any attempt to contact me. This place is a joke and I now refuse to give them any of my business. I am so upset that this company can care less about my health. This should have been simple and not complicated. Please if you have the option take your business to another company as well.

Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences with this company. I was just told by my doctor that I need a nebulizer and my insurance provided this company. Luckily, I always read reviews before selecting new providers. Thank God I did, because I did not see one single good experience with this company. Marking it off my list with a big NOPE and going on to the next name on the list.

My wifeโ€™s PA ordered oxygen for her over a week ago. We have tried calling and have gotten a runaround. Staying on hold till the phone disconnects! Calling back getting no response.

These people are horrible. Ive been waiting over a month for a CPAP. First it was, we are waiting for your insurance companys approval. I have Medicare and Blue Cross. Then it was, everything is in order, we just have to get the manager to sign off. Today, Torey said I have to get my managers approval once he gets off the phone. Ill call you back before I go home. Of course no call back. Tomorrow I will call the doctors office to see what they can do.

Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. I had initially waited the 2 weeks since visiting my doc for the referral. Never heard from them, so I called. They said they had no record on my info and had to have the doc office resend. I waited an additional 2 weeks before contacting them, then had to wait a month to be seen. The initial visit they had haphazardly set me up with the incorrect nasal mask size, which caused severe leaking. I asked for a different size and they said they would order the next size up and that it would be delivered in 10 business days. I waited and never received. I f/u w the office and they said it was never ordered, but she would personally order it for me and have it expedited since they had made the mistake. I waited and still hadnt seen anything, so I called about 2 weeks later. They still hadnt ordered anything. I was fed up, so I had scheduled an appointment to try a full face mask, but they didnt have anything for a week or so. On the day of my appointment, I was told that they would have to cancel bc they were short staffed and had to make out of the office calls. They did schedule my appointment for the following Monday. When I was seen by some random person in the office, they gave me the new full face mask and the new adaptor for my hose. I felt like the pressure was lacking and wasnt receiving any benefit from the mask. Fast forward a month later when I went to my pulmonary doc and brought my machine, masks, hose, etc. She concluded that they had given me the wrong attachment piece and I was experiencing severe leaking. Months of headaches and they didnt even apologize for their mistakes. I returned the CPAP machine and purchased one flat out, so I would not have to deal w their incompetence. They are the only company in the area, so they have a monopoly over the market. Do yourself a favor and explore online options, as this company and employees could care less about you and only want your money.

One of the people helping me with my new c-pap did not wear a mask and talked about how she worked 1/2 time in a hospital (during COVID-19) and half way through our appointment she was like, oops I forgot to put on my mask, and looked at the gloves as well (she had been handing things back and forth to me to sign). The person who greeted me and spoke with me first wore a mask, but others in the office did not. Having a medical facility so lax on this during this time really bothered me.

Took forever to get my equipment to me, I had to make a few calls over several weeks to make it happen. Charged me for equipment I did not receive, and after being on hold for 45 min I was disconnected. Now I cant get through to them at all.

We have been trying to get a Hoyer lift to assist me with caring for my husband. The request was sent to LinCare. At first they ignored the request, my doctors office reached out to them again and gave them more information and my phone number if they had any questions they could talk to either of us. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I called and they claimed they didnt have enough information to know what we needed - but they never called to find out. They told me they would call the insurance company and get it going. Again I heard nothing. I called weeks later and found out it was approved by my husbands insurance and was on order. More than a month later I call as I had not heard anything and was told they didnt have one and that I would need to look elsewhere to see if I could get one. Thats just great!!! No phone call to let me know. Now we start again. We have been trying to get this lift for almost 3 years and we still dont have one. Guess someone will make it happen when I start calling 911 every time my husband falls as I am getting to where I cant lift him.

Horrible, horrible service. Nobody at this office knows what they are doing. My insurance approved my CPAP order over a month ago and faxed it to them. Called lincare and they said they still havent received the order. My doc faxed it to them, I hand delivered it and tried to speak to them but no help at all. My health is worsening and Im at the end of my rope.

Chaotic internal systems lead to a 2 month delay in getting my BiPap machine. Casey was the tech who instructed me on the machine and she was superb. Explained things well and answered all questions completely.It is 12/24/19 and I am still waiting on an itemized receipt that was promised to me on 11/19/19. Insurance company explination of benefits has $62.12 as my co-insurance but I was told that the charge for the machine and supplies was $192. I was subsequently told I was overcharged. I requested a check and was told that they could only issue a credit. Their national billing department is difficult to reach (4-9 minute holds). I shall never do business with this company. I urge you to do the same.

Have been trying to get a hold of the company since Covid 19 started me working from home. I called the corporate office and they donโ€™t answer. I have emailed them and they donโ€™t reply. I have to now take time off of work and hopefully they are open to accept their supplies back I donโ€™t want.

You can die waiting for your machine. I was told they were too busy and then I was told it would be delivered at 5 pm. Guess what? No machine. I would not recommend this company if you plan to stay alive.

Sent machine back to lincare for repairs, was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it back. No loaner, I guess thats why there rating is 1.7. poor customer service. Having a difficult time sleeping without the machine.
