Amazing Service !!! My 83 year old mother with lung problems had a mechanical issue with her oxygen equipment while on a train going into high altitude (low oxygen). She had to get off the train to deal with the mechanical problem. Thanks to Brenda and Jennifer at Oxytech, who AFTER WORK HOURS, hand delivered the piece she needed to make her device work!!! Brian was amazing. He helped me get a breathing machine to my father while I was 800 miles away. He went above and beyond, calling me back multiple times to make sure we got my father what he needed.

The people at Oxytech are absolutely wonderful. I was vacationing in Lake Tahoe from Florida and my breathing machine broke. The local Florida company that I got it from was not helpful at all. I found Oxytech online and called them. As a respironics dealer, they were most helpful. My machine was completely dead, but they called my Florida local dealer, got my breathing numbers, and set me up with a loner! They did not charge much for the loner, which I had two months until I could get my new machine. They were wonderful, kind and very helpful people. I would do business with them again. You will not be sorry working with them. I was most thankful that I was able to find someone local who could help out. I was in Lake Tahoe for over 3 weeks and worried I would be without a machine.

I needed a filter for my O2 concentrator -- after being refused by several services around town because I wasnt on their client list ( I own my machine) I found Oxytech. Their prices are fair and no hassle, helpful reps. They have my business from now on.

My bipap machine quit working. I called many companies for assistance and none would help me. I found Oxytech on line and they were so helpful.
