Absolutely disgusted with the experience i had at this rent a center. Had a couch delivered this past saturday and the movers destroyed my walls the 2 of my door frames and scuffed my hard wood floors in a house i just recently bought. The 2 movers refused to admit they needed another hand and damaged my home in the process on top of tearing the back of my couch up. Called to talk to management and have yet to recieve a call back.

Marcus and Van are very good at their jobs. And always welling to help out their customers.They have help my family many times for what ever products I was looking at and ended up getting 99% of the time.

Worst customer service ever been enrolled in auto pay we have had numerous issues of the 8 dollar insurance being taking out but not the payment instead of working with people because its.their fault on their end their system isnt working properly and have tried fixing it numerous times they come out and threaten to take your stuff bc.of one payment ill.never again use them and will stick to aarons.

I love my couch but customer service is terrible. We enrolled in auto pay so every 5th week is suppose to be free but everytime our 5th week comes around the payment is still taken out. I would usually call to remind them of our 5th week but then I was told they would put it in the computer so I didnt have to call, and when the free week came around it was still taken out and caused my bank to overdraft on multiple occasions. And we had to pay a fee!!! Im paying off my couch in the next couple of weeks and we will never get anything there again.5 star is the way to go!

Bad StoreI went to get a washer and dryer. It was a old one and they wanted to sell at new price. I changed my mind. Now i cant get my money refunded back. keep telling me to call back. trashy store

I have been paying on a washer and dryer. The dryer works great. The washers had been working fine then started messing up called rac they came and got it kept it 2 weeks maybe little longer idr now but it came back worked fine for about the first load and started messing up. They hadnt fixed it. And its still messing up. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 if your gonna use rac I suggest using the gaffney rac they have great customer service and willing to work with you and make sure if theres a problem they get it fixed fairly quick Spartanburg just sucks

Rude. Rude rude and. Has no care for u just won’t your money. Will call u over and over. If u are just one day late Stay a way from them u can buy it and pay cash for what u can pay them

Worst customer service ever! It took 2 hours for employee to draw up my paperwork for a sofa I had previously called about because he was the only employee available and obviously the lady who walked in after my husband and I was far more important. I was quoted one rice and then other fees applied 1 week later. On delivery day the delivery team was late and I didnt receive a phone call so I called them, the guy went ahead and took a lunch break (at the time my couch was supposed to be delivered resulting in being 2 hours late with no phone call) not to mention they ripped up paint on porch, gashed my railing, and dropped the Sofa cushions first on the ground. My brand new sectional had grass and gravel all over it! We have now had couch for approximately 2 weeks and they have my payments messed up!

Very expensive and does not go by there own rules. They will over charge you. They make deals sound sweet but after you open an agreement with them everything changes.

They are rude. We couldnt afford the $25 last week for our laptop so we asked them to take it back until my husband got paid today... Well they called me 3 times at work because we havent had time to come in. I called the lady martha back and she was extremely rude about my not being able to pay because my husband is at work.... We both were not planning on working a double today... He gets paid in cash so over the phone option is out of the question... Also we always pay Saturdays. Anyways i just got a phone call from my mom and step father about them showing up at 9 pm tonight banging on the door repeatedly until my step father who works third shift got up and answered and the guy was asking who he was and what was going on with the payments... They are extremely rude. I will be sending the laptop back as of tomorrow morning when my husband gets out of work.... This is not the only problem i have had with them. We would pay them on fridays and by tuesday or wednesday they would be calling us telling us we were late on our payments... I dont see how that is professional at all... They ended up taking our tv in november due to my husband being out of work. Well the next week when we payed them to get it back they tried giving us another tv KNEW about it yet said nothing until i called... Mind u our tv was brand new out of the box and they gave us a used dirty tv. Our first tv it took them 5 trips to bring the correct remote.. Our playstation 4 they gave us a busted controller and proceeded to take 5 days to even bring us a working controller... Im honestly sick of being harrassed by these people and will be switching to a new company asap.

Worst place ever to rent from. My daughter rents from them and bc she was a couple days late on her payment they threaten to go to her job. This is ridiculous she has always been on time with her payments and you cant wait two days when she has off. She works 2 jobs. Get over yourself and have aome respect. We had a securtiy camera installed and it was facing our front porch and the pushed it up so they couldnt be seen. I am waiting for them to do it one more time and police will be called. You dont touch property theat dont belong to you

Great people great customer service

The sales rep was rude and pushy. The used furniture was busted and in horrible shape. It looked more like it should be in the dumpster.. and WAY overpriced.
