Hello! I want to give - 5 stars! I had experience buying a lawn mower from them. And I found one John deer. He was still in a mini container. I asked the seller if I could buy this lawn tractor 🚜. The seller told me that yes you can buy, but you can pick up only on another day, I agreed and paid for the lawn tractor 🚜 more than $2000. I was given a resit where the day and time was indicated when I would be able to pick up my lawn tractor 🚜. I came that day to pick up my riding lawn mower, but I was just told, oh were sorry, but your tractor has already been bought and we delivered it. I showed them my resit that I bought it a couple of days ago and came that day to pick it up, but the sellers again told me that we were sorry, but your lawn tractor 🚜 already bought and it was made delivery, we will return to you just your money. Just sold one tractor to 2 people. They got the money back and that was it. But they did not take into account that I lived far away and went to them 2 times spent my gasoline, my time. Just made a lie. Just said were sorry.

Waited at the paint dept. Way too long...one person on a saturday just dosnt cut it! Its lowes from now on!!

The mens bathroom was very bad. Couldnt even go do my business in the stall cause someone before was not able to make it to the toilet in none of the stalls. One of them had a #2 on the floor. But staff was very helpful.

Quick in and out the only problem was the workers standing in the way of self check out having a conversation and wouldnt move until they were asked to

Something changed, this place was one of the last places Id go for supplies but now they are my first stop. Helpful knowledgeable store employees is a refreshing change.

So far we are on 3rd year in Spartanburg SC, and this is my favorite hardware store between all in county! It seems like they always have what I need in stock + an equipment rental in store also. Plenty of employees to ask if Im looking for something. Thats is my experience 5+!!!

I went in and out of all the associates that I passed by in the store. The lady who works in customer service acknowledge me when I entered and said Hello. The only one. No associates in the areas of the store I visited. Doors..no one. Flooring, no one. Outdoor equipment. No one, Appliances, no one. I didnt purchase one thing and walked out.😕🙄😔

Loved that its pet friendly and took my dog along and it was enjoyable

Called in for a rental on a lawn mower and it was ready full of gas and ready to go... Awesome job... been a long time since HOME DEPOT did me or my family good.I will start visiting them again.

Good selection of tools, hardware, home goods, construction supplies etc. My experience with the help in this store has been less than favorable.

Its a standard HD. The outdoor department is lacking for a southern HD though.

Im a Lowes regular, lately Ive been a bit disappointed in their selection & product availability as well as diversity. So, I went to Home Depot today and I am very pleased with the selection & prices on the wood as well as their paint selection, brands offered as well as supplies. They also had the tools Ive been looking for and the customer service was top notch. I highly recommend trying Home Depot!

This time here I rented the extendo gas powered limb trimmer.Its the MacGuyver tool of limb trimmers!The chain was nice and sharp! Made quick (and clean) work of my task.The rental comes with saw oil and a gallon of gas. Nice!Staff was friendly and VERY helpful!!

Purchased planting supplies. Found everything at reasonable cost. They help me load my truck. Good customer service to go with good prices.

I needed some to build a wheelchair ramp and thanks to home Depot I found 2 metal ramps made for loading and unloading lawnmowers. I downloaded app in store and checked price and work great and I can lay them down and take them up without damaging my porch!

Very nice lady named Mary helped me out. she didnt mind taking her time answering the questions I had about a pool fence. I know it was a pain in the you know. Thank you mary she works in the garden center very wise woman!

Be sure to check items before you leave and ensure you are not purchasing a used item at full price. 2 times I have found used items being sold as new. 1st I found a toolbox in stock that I wanted went to the store to get it and there was clear damage on the front of the toolbox the inside of the toolbox was dirty and there was an item missing but yet it’s on the shelf listed as new full price. I also purchased a shop vac from there and ended up not opening up the box right away since a friend had brought theirs to help me with a project. I finally opened up the box for another project and lo and behold it’s dirty the filter is dirty and it’s missing parts. The local store says I can’t return it because it’s past the days allowed and that I can find parts on Amazon nope can’t find the parts on Amazon!! So from now on I’m gonna be opening up every box in the store and if I find anything dirty I’m gonna bring it to customer service and I’m gonna make sure everybody I know knows to watch out for used items on the shelf posing as new!

Check your receipt after renting tools, they will tell you it cost so much but charge you more and they will give you some bogus reason. When I enquired about it, I was literally told by an employee that I was pretty much being robbed and they couldnt do anything about it. If I hadnt argued for a prolonged period of time with the manager, I wouldve not received a refund.

Tried to over charge almost 5 dollars. Instead of going and getting the number for the item that was on clearance when they couldnt find what paving stone it was and picked the one thwy thought was closest.

Floor people is great customer service not great they need a better training starting with Andrew the supervisor (he told me he was the supervisor over the phone) when i send my crew to get some materials in the system text to confirm everything we go there most of the time they dont know what are we talking about

Smooth in and out, usually do Lowes but they didnt have a certain item in stock Ive been needing and Home Depot happened to have it.

Save yourself the trouble and go to lowes.

Website stated an appliance part was in stock here. Go to appliance section and lady says home depot has never sold parts for appliances. Showed her the website and she goes “well we dont so go somewhere else” steer away from here and go to lowes.

No one is ever wearing a mask like their rules say. Customer service was very good though.

Great selection of home improvement materials, tools and supplies. The staff is always helpful. The store is neat and orderly, which makes finding items much easier.

The crew that brought my refrigerator in and set it up did a great job. The coordination and communication for my delivery time was awful. A refrigerator delivery requires the old unit to be emptied so that the old unit is ready to be moved out. We kept getting conflicting delivery times so we emptied and refilled our old refrigerator 3 times! So refrigerators should be early deliveries, not end of day deliveries. I dont know if Ill buy from Home Depot again because of this. Again, delivery crew, knew what they were doing and were very professional!

I live near my this HD store location and because of terrible customer service and rude, racial hate issues, I need most of time drive to far away HD locations. I think, store manager Robert Craigs know how rude and unprofessional those people whom he had hired, but he will cover those sale associates and let them keep going with rude, racial hate type of customer service. May be Robert Craigs (sorry if his last name I did spell wrong) is a polite boss but he do not have that drive what store manager has to have to run business on good level. I did experience few times rude, racial hate type of customer service there, at this store and one time I need to call even to police to strait situation out. Each time Robert Craigs only was extra apologized and tried to cover his sale people and did himself customer service.What a shame..This store need a different manager, its for sure.

The Home Depot on the East Side is way better than the one at The Dorman Center. Better all around. At least there, they actually have workers around that are able to help you if you need it. Dorman Center needs way more workers and ones that CAN actually help you.

Generally this location has a better selection than neighboring Lowes. Staff can be difficult to locate at times; despite it being a very large store. Today I went in looking for a refrigerator, only to discover that this store only currently, per floor staff, has 1 refrigerator TOTAL that could actually be picked up today. Staff did not offer to check or indicate if other stores in the area possibly had any in stock. I find, overall, this location can be pretty hit or miss with available stock and quality customer service.

Poor service, nobody to help customers . More people working at Tractor Supply than H.D. and friendlier also .

Also..I recently made payments on my account to get it in better shape so I could have room for future purchases. And when I attempted to make a purchase the$500 I put onto my account wasnt credited. Therefore Im considering not doing business there anymore. Would love to hear from corporate.

We live in Polk County NC and gladly travel the distance to shop here over the local Lowes to us. We have a farm and are constantly purchasing treated wood for building projects. The quality and organization of the lumber department is awesome. Friendly employees and excellent customer service. I give this store 10 stars for a bonus !

I made a big order to be delivered and I didnt get a call that it was on its way and I took my daughter to school when it arrived and I called them about it they then told me it will be here the next day 1st thing in the morning and it didnt show and when I called they told me that it wa scheduled for a week from today I will never give then my money again!!!

They had what I needed, and seem to keep the store in stock with regular items. I wish they carried more in store, shopping online get the best selection.

As always there was know one around to help with what I needed. My wife and I were planning on purchasing granite counter tops and sink all tonight and not one person around to assist. Lowes was about the same story. I left shaking my head and a pocket stuffed full of cash going back home.
