I dont usually post reviews but I was very pleased after being referred to E.M. Auto. Eli was very helpful and was able to diagnose the problem quick and affordably. He was able to diagnose, order parts, and fix all within the same day. After the job was done, I received quotes on another project and it was a good price as well. I would have never found the place by driving by but word of mouth must be keeping him busy. I highly recommend them for quality work at a good price. He even text me later in the week to ensure things went well and I was happy! 5 stars!

Best prices I’ve found in the area! They communicated well throughout the process and they even checked in with me the week after to make sure my car was driving nice and all my needs had been meet. I will definitely be coming to them for any future repairs.

I have been coming to this shop for awhile now. The guys that do mechanic work are very very knowledgeable. I can describe to them what my car is doing wrong over the phone and they can nail it to aT... the problem, although yes, they prefer you bring in, but this is how experienced they are. Very trustworthy, dependable, reasonable priced.

I had a very serious issue with my 2008 Volvo that mighy have resulted in it being scrapped. But Eli and his crew were able to identify and solve the issues at a reasonable rate and backed by a firm warranty on their work. Further, Eli checks up on clients afterwards to make sure the work is holding. I have not heard of any other mechanics doing this. Working with EM Auto has bought my vehicle several more years of life and I strongly recommend them for anyone that needs a major repair done on an imported vehicle.

This is the second time I have used EM Auto! The first time was for an engine replacement which they did an amazing job on. Recently, my air was acting up and I was able to have my car back and fixed within 24 hours! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any of my auto needs!

Prices were very reasonable, their schedule was flexible, and Eli was very thorough in making sure that everything that needed to be done was done right. When all was said and done, the van drove like new and I stayed within my budget. I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs.

I couldnt have asked for better service! Cracked radiator two days before Christmas and Im in a panic. They calmed me down, looked at it and told me in a way I could understand everything that needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost. E.M. Auto was recommended to us and boy are we glad they were. We needed the manifold gaskets replaced to resolve an exhaust leak as well as some work to our exhaust pipes on my sons truck. They communicated to us accurately what the timing was to get to our vehicle and when they thought it would be completed. It was completed on the day advised and the cost was more than reasonable. We are very pleased with them and recommend you use them, we know we will when we need future repairs or work! These guys were very honest and professional, that’s hard to find anymore

After receiving a very high estimate from a dealership, I came to E. M. Auto for an estimate. Eli was polite, professional and accommodating to my schedule. I dropped the car off to be looked at and Eli called a short time later to tell me what he found, the necessary repairs and what it would cost. He made sure I was ok with everything before he proceeded, which I greatly appreciated. I wouldnt let anyone else work on a vehicle I own. I have known Elias for many years and never have I met someone who takes more pride and quality in their work. From an oil change to engine swaps no one else will pay the attention to detail the way this shop does.

Went to E.M. Auto 4 months ago(3/30/20) for repairs after other shops could not get my truck running properly. Not only did they correct the problems, but they also checked in on me(7/27/20) to make sure my truck was still running fine. Now thats what I consider great customer service!

Eli was great because the part to repair my Mercedes was very expensive but he took the time to make some calls about the part saving me $700. He even sent me a follow up text to make sure everything was okay. I took my car in the next week for service and again he was able to save me some money. Thank God for an honest mechanic.

E M Auto is by far the best. Eli was honest, thorough, and reasonably priced. He did a head gasket job on my 04 4Runner that most shops would not even do because of how big of a job it is. He made sure that everything was working correctly and replaced anything that needed it. When asked questions, him and his brother both took their time to explain everything to me in great detail. They truly care about their customers. I am extremely thankful to have found them and will be using them from this point forward!
