I was there on Friday and there was a waiting period of 3 hours so they suggested I come back later. Today I was again and they simply didnt make the slightest question of assisting me, guiding me again to come back another day! Frankly, if you dont have decent service, open an agenda and dont say that the quick lane doesnt need to be scheduled! I live in Spartanburg and will have to go to another county to change my oil! Surely they dont need a client!

I have paid twice already for tire balancing and tire still vibrate. Now they tell me to come in and bring it back so they can redo it. I can only bring it during my lunch hour and Im told... well sorry its first come first serve. I want be back!!!

Good service and not a long wait. Had a full synthetic oil change done.

We did not want our air filter changed, because once they charged for air filter installation kit! All you do is open the air filter cabin and drp a filter. So this time we told them not to change it. We discovered after a while, the mechanic took out our filter. So we drove around without a air filter.

I will be taking my money somewhere else. I take 2 truck there for regular oil maintenance. And have had a bad experience with them. They did not change the oil and rotated tires and was there all day. And lie to me about it that they had done it . Second time they did not rotate tires and lie about it again saying they had. After i showed them that i had marked them before i drop it off. They will tell you that you need your air filter change every time you go. When i had just recently change it with them. The manager is very rude as well.

Slow as all get out. Took more than 8 hours to do an oil change. That was after waiting a week for the appointment. Wanted 60 bucks to adjust the headlights on a 3 month old truck. Better off just paying for the oil change some where else than to try to use the included maintenance from buying the truck.

Great as always, since I started going there the service is 1st class.

Go somewhere else . you gonna be treated better anywhere this people dont care about nothing . That MAN in front he treat people really bad . and you gotta leave your car all day for a alignment ? Seriously. And risky that you Dont get your car done that day . horrible experience!

This review is about service I received on my Ford Escape in November 2019 and is long overdue. My husband and I were told by another shop that we needed a transmission rebuild costing $1500+. We decided to take our vehicle to Ford to have the transmission serviced before dropping that kind of money on a rebuild. The total invoice for service was $166.12 and we drove to New England and back afterwards and as of the date of this review have put another 8,000 miles on the vehicle. Ford Quick Lane 100% fixed this problem for 1/10th of what we were quoted elsewhere. The staff explained everything and were very friendly. The waiting area was great too. I cant speak as to the negative reviews here but we definitely had a completely different experience.

Needed an emergency repair on my Ford while traveling thru Spartanburg. This location made the time for us when the Ford dealer couldnt squeeze us in. Reasonably priced and got us back on the road in no time. Special thanks to Robert for making sure it was done quickly.
