I cant recommend this shop enough. The people at Crossroads are some of the best that you will ever meet. They will take their time to diagnose the issue and get the repair right the first time. The mechanics have a desire to learn and will go above and beyond to research whatever issue you are having and fix it correctly. I will go here for all of my regular services and when any issues arise, and I recommend that you do too.

We were traveling from Florida to North Carolina and lost all electrical in our truck. We made it to an exit and I checked Google to find a repair facility. The first one I called couldnt help us till tomorrow. Next I called Crossroads and spoke to Anthony who was very polite, professional and more than anything, helpful. We were one mile away from the shop and Frank came with a battery booster and we were able to drive to the repair shop. I know my way around under the hood and really appreciate how these gentlemen do the work. They worked on it like it was going to be inspected by Henry Ford himself. We were back on the road in less than an hour. That was a battery and alternator swap. Their charges were way more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.Also I feel to be a pretty good judge of character and Anthony and Frank would be high on my list to invite to a holiday dinner.

Love this place, they do very good work on my car and the stand by what they do. Nice clean environment friendly christen people. So if you desire good service this is tge place.

These guys are awesome. They are honest and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is right. They will never over charge. I was quoted a price that I thought was good, they called me to say the manual stated it was a one hour job but it wouldnt take that long so he could not charge me that price!!! I would have never known!! They truly are Awesome. I am always recommending them!!

Great people checked our car for over heating...Found a blown head gasket....They told us they didnt do that kind of work.. So they didnt charge us anything for putting it on the machine which is usually a $75 charge
