They did an amazing job! Everyone there was so polite and pleasant. They went above and beyond to help me out. Even came to my home to help remove the tire! The whole time being very patient. The owner worked w me the entire time ( I was struggling lol). She was very nice and didn’t over charge even after going out of her way to help. I HIGHLY recommend their services they do a little bit of everything there. Y’all go check them out !

Dynamite service, I only used this business for all of my auto and tire repairs . Their level of auto knowledge is astonishing . I have always been skeptically toward mechanic shops even the best well known names . I use to believe all of them were greedy for a quick buck and definitely believe they too advantages of women. Well that all change when, I started doing business with R&D Auto . They only charge and fix what broken or need repaired . I have been meaning to leave a review for some time. The owner was absolutely amazing, we had our timings mixed up and she offered to fix it for me even though the mechanics were gone. She started up her machine and had it done in no time, she even picked up on the cause of my tire damaging so easily. Absolutely amazing. I will not go anywhere else for my car.

I wish that I could give this 0 stars!!! Liars and cons!! They steal your parts!!! They take your good parts and replace them with bad! Avoid at all costs. Its not worth it. They have little kids working on your cars while they talk on their phones the whole time.

This was my first time using this place and I won’t be back they did brakes on the front and back of my SUV when I called she said it would be 100.00 if you bring your own brakes and 200 if they got the brakes I went and got the brakes from auto zone it hasn’t even been a month yet and my front brakes are scrubbing and the back ones are squeaking loudly when I took my car back she says we can do it again but she need to go buy better brakes needless to say I took my car to brakes for less which I should have done from the beginning had she told me when I first took my car to them I would have went and purchased a different brand of brakes but instead they took my money so don’t waste your time or money

I moved to Spartanburg in 2016 & started using this business for oil changes & reading codes. Pricing was much lower than expected & service was great. Needed a tire changed shortly after that & bearings packed on my trailer. No problem. I had been quoted $765 to replace a rack & pinion steering assembly by a shop during an emergency visit for quick diagnosis on a Sunday. Took car by R&D on Monday & that problem turned out to be a loose power steering hose on the reservoir that was tightened at no charge. R&D Tires & Auto is perhaps the most honest shop that Ive ever used & I highly recommend them. They do great work also. Theyre also very friendly.

I am leaving this review to let others know the mechanics team and front desk at R & D tire and Auto Repair are a great group of people who I TRULY hope will ALL be repaid in some way shape or form for their quality repair work and customer service. I had used them once before back in March/April 2020 when they were located on Union St. I took my truck in because I had a loud squealing noise coming from under the hood and my steering wheel was hard to turn when making tight turns. Needed power steering belt replaced and one of my pulleys. Oscar, the mechanic on duty was friendly and patient with me even when I mistakenly told him wrong year for my truck which meant the wrong parts were ordered which had already taken an hour to get there. He was polite and very understanding of my mistake, ordered the correct parts for my truck and waited patiently for parts to arrive which took another hour. He did the repairs and there was no more squealing or hard wheel turns!!:) Recently on 6/28/2020 had my truck towed in to their new location on Canaan Church Rd. due to my truck shaking, hesitating, jerking and stalling on me. Rebecca, who works the front desk of the shop, called me on 6/29/20 to tell me my fuel pump needed to be replaced. I gave her the go ahead with repairing it & my truck was ready for pickup on 6/30/20. I had no other way other than Lyft to get to the shop. When I explained this to Rebecca she told me not to worry & offered to come and get me from my home to take me back to their shop to pick up my truck!! About 2 hrs or so later after stopping at my moms which was across town,going back across town to my house,then to take my daughter by her workplace my truck started to jerk,hesitate and stalled again:( I began to worry & called the shop to tell them what was going on with my truck. Rebecca got on the phone with me & once again she told me not to worry and that Dominic one of the other mechanics would come to me where I was located with my vehicle. When Dominic got there he was just like Oscar & Rebecca, polite & assuring me not to worry they would take care of it. He came within no time with his tow truck and got my truck loaded on!! He drove me,my mom & my two daughters to my house. Once again as he was driving us all to my house he kept reassuring me not to worry, they would take care of it & Dominic towed my truck back to their shop. Dominic told me it was something going on with my distributor as well which was causing my truck to jerk and stall out. They replaced my distributor that same day! Dominic brought my truck to me at my home after this repair!!:) Ive had no problems with my car since then:) They charged me nothing more for the tow or distributor repair!:):):) Such a great team of people. Still not sure if I thanked them enough!!!!!! So I wanted to leave this review for their whole team to know that my family and I are FOREVER GRATEFUL:) They are fair and honest which is very hard to come by these days. Being a single mom with limited income I know this for a FACT! I HIGHLY recommend their services. Im not one to write online reviews for a product or service and have only done so only a hand full of times in my life, so that says alot, and Im pushing 40:)

Ive been bringing my car here since I got it a year ago.. everything from suspension to oil changes, these guys do good work and have reasonable prices..theyre always honest and wont try to overcharge you. The younger men there are also pretty skilled too. ive never had to wait too long except when having tie rods replaced and I was even given a ride home from the owner, cant get any better than that right? so anytime you need a quick repair followed by a friendly professional atmosphere go to R&D..you never have to worry about anyone getting a nasty attitude or being rude with you either 💯

Dominic and his employees are awesome they had to fix rotors and calibers and brakes on my car they got it done and are reasonably priced. I recommended them to my sister and my niece they brought their car to them expresses their concerns they took care of them got the part and in 4 hours the work was done. I also sent my daughter there because the place she took it to another shop who took advantage of her and when she had problems i sent her to them they got it figured out and got her right. I would recommend R&D tires and Auto shop to everyone . The customer service is great which is what i love they dont charge an arm and and a leg like other places. My sis said Dominic and his employees were great and shes bringingall her cars to him i myself will not take my car to anyone else they are great people

Extremely honest and inexpensive. I thought I had a nail in my tire, came here for a used tire, they had one in stock. The owner took the tire off, only to find it was a tiny tack that had not gone through. They didnt need to tell me that and could have gone ahead and sold me a tire, but they were honest and at no charge put my original tire back on. They are an honest family owned business that deserves to be supported.

Realized I had a nail stuck in my tire this morning and stopped by based on a recommendation from a friend. They had it patched and ready to go within 15 minutes. Will definitely be using them from now on!

This shop is awesome! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car and the guy fixed it in 10 minutes. He was very patient and kind. My boyfriend took the car a few months to get a front driver tire. They gave me a winter tire and stripped my lug nut and now I have to pay to get it replaced. Smh NEVER AGAIN ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD !I went to get an oil change today and they realized the lug nut was stripped so I didn’t wait a few months because I wanted to. I didn’t know until they told me. You should have more competent people

Domick is very professional, honest and hard working. I had my car towed in told him what I thought to be the problem and he told me he would check it out gave me pricing for basic check up and called with feedback in less than 1/2 hour all I needed was a new battery. I even did an oil change and I replace 2 tires . I would definitely recommend this auto center to any one. Thank you for your great service.

After the last year and a half ive been going to a local mechanic and repeatedly finding new things wrong a few days later, things not even done properly or at all. My coworker RAVED about Dominic and his shop. Definitely proven right . The staff and owners are super nice and helpful. I had a blow out when I left work. I changed to the spare and immediately took to Google to find the nearest place that sold tires. I called and they had what I needed and told me I could come right over. They immediately started working. I bought 2 instead of one to replace both front tires. In the process of replacing my tires on the rims, there machine broke. Im screwed right? Actually, No! I was quickly informed and told not to worry, that they were going to run my tires down to there other shop and fix them. The owner apologized and said it would take a little longer. I thought, ok Im sure I will be here an hour or two. While waiting they offered me drinks and continued to apologize. Every single employee there apologized to me. I told them not to worry I understand things can happen, especially since I too had just had a wrench thrown into my plans by a blown out tire. I was only there for about a total of 35 mins. That is rare even when everything goes well at other places. They were quick into action and solved the problem before i had time to even think about it. I am grateful for the work they did and for there honesty and quick thinking. I will definitely do business with them again!

Just left the tire shop and receive the tire for $30. They did not tell me that they were going to charge me 10 extra dollars to balance it. The tire was going to be slapped on the car with no balance, and everybody knows you have to balance a tire. Im never going back
