Excellent customer service.

This store has terrible customer service. I called Monday morning to see if they had a direct vent water heater. The service guy put me on hold for 20 minutes. Then proceed to hang up on me. I called back and was informed that they were busy and would call me back. I gave them my phone number and guess what they never called me back. In conclusion I called Pro Source on Asheville Highway and got great service. Please take your business elsewhere not here.
