Went in and bought LVP great service and will be back for more updates in my home

Will not be returning to this store. I dont know if because I am a woman they automatically think I dont know things but they were very unprofessional. As soon as I walked in they didnt even greet me. I asked for information on some things because Im remodeling my kitchen and they just pointed instead of leading me there. A sales person should be making sure you dont need anything asking questions especially if they want to make a sale instead there was about 5 or 6 employees just standing around. Im very disappointed and will surely not be returning.

Went in to buy backslash tiles, had a good selection and we found what we want. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

In store associates do not seem very helpful especially when a need arises that suggests going the extra step to provide great customer service. With that said they district level management seemed very customer service oriented,with a genuine desire to take care of the customers needs. They have a nice selection especially on cabinets with high end cabinets available.

Always helpful, and with good pricing. The manager David has helped me on several projects.

I am so thankful for the hometown feel I get here. So kind. Explain things to you and overall, better prices.

Great place for remodeling items

I usually dont post a review until all work has been done. But they have been so kind and helpful. If you are getting cabinets, Mark has been very knowledgeable and didnt just steer me to the expensive items.

Sales associate very helpful abd was able to get several different samples of flooring.

Doing a total remodel, asked for help with about 5 employees standing around, no one came to us. Seems as though they did not want our business. Ive shopped here quite a bit and it has never been this way. Whats going on?

Staff is very helpful and alot of things to choose from

So you cant place orders over the phone and pay for them with a card before they place the order... smh horrable service specially when people would have to drive an hour to do the same thing in person as they could do over the phone this wastes so much time and puts unneeded strain on contractors... With that being said they do have good prices on stuff...

Some swell guy tapped his wrist and told me I had 2 minutes to get out of the store as I browsed with my wife. I dont usually get bent out of shape about how Im spoken to, but this guy was unbelievably rude. Wont be coming back.
