Repaied my bicycles. Tuned the gear mechanism so well it works as good if not better than new. Easy to talk to tell them what youre looking for. Good folks.

I spent an afternoon on the phone with ALL the local bike shops I could talk to trying to find the handlebars I needed . That day I left a message as Bike Worx was not open . Eric called me back the next day, and said I think I have what you need ( IN STOCK ! )I drove over an hour to his shop, and, by golly HE HAD WHAT I NEEDED ! He helped me install the adjustable stem, handlebars, grips and transfered my shifter, and hand brake leavers setting everything up for max comfort and safety. Eric, you are a treasure ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ! I will be doing all my bike Business with you, from here on out ! Rest assured, BIKE WORX will take great care of you and your bicycle ! Bike Worx (Eric) is the reason why I’m glad I bought my bike from a bike shop and not Academy, Walmart etc. You know you are taking to a professional who is an expert at his craft and loves it. My son and I both had great experiences. If you are a beginner like I am, Eric is the man you need to talk with to get you started .

I wont be back! I try to support local businesses, but when I dropped my mountain bike off for a new set of brakes that I was upsold, I was quoted a price and told 3-4 days. I called three times over the next TWO WEEKS to see if my bike was done. Nope! No explanation, no new time frame. When I FINALLY got my bike back, I was charged more than 10% above the price quoted, again with no explanation why. I will NEVER be back to support this business again. They obviously dont value customers or return business. Is it too much to ask to call me back or let me know why my 3-4 day job has turned into 14 days? Too much work for Eric, I guess. Regarding Erics response here- he was not busy. I never saw anyone else in there when I went in. Lame excuse for poor service. There is no excuse for failure to communicate repair delays with a customer.

Pretty good bike shop. Ive never heard of some of their bike brands. Associates were pleasant. Wish they carried more brands of mountain bikes.

Eric seems like a great guy. Parts are not available for my sons bike to be repaired properly but he did the best he could and did not charge us a dime.

Eric is an exceptional person, He was kind enough to let me use a bike that was donated by a Church when my main bike derailleur bike chain broke and he did not have the part and had to special order a part. Eric understands my needs as personally I use my mountain bike as my means of transportation only to get around as I take care of my disabled girlfriend of whom I help care for her needs so it really is nice when somebody offers to lend a helping hand when it is needed. Unfortunately I had a mountain bike accident before or near 6 am as I accidentally mistaken a dirt ditch for a sidewalk it was extremely dark this morning as the traffic forced me to use the sidewalk.Anyways I cannot say enough great things about Eric and his work being a lone bicycle mechanic his work is top notch. The last time I visited Eric was over 1.5 years ago and I have not had a flat tire since and I still have not so yes Eric does fantastic work and I use my mountain bike routinely. Anybody that is looking for their bicycle needs or bicycle repair work you can have peace of mind knowing your in good hands with Eric.On a final funny note the bicycle he lended me reminds me of a old 70s style car as it has the old school style of breaks using it on the peddles instead of hand breaks. At first I was wondering how do I even use the breaks only to later figure it out later. Thanks again Eric for being there for me when I needed you God Bless and be well friend.~Ronnie

I love my bike, you should see what the Guys at Bike Worx have done with my bike! I have worn out every single part of my bike except the frame. My bike is running perfectly, thanks guys!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in thinking Id be spending at least $10 for a part. He explained how to repair the bike for less than a $1.
