We visited the Trek store 3 times asking questions about the Townie bikes. Each time someone spent whatever time it took to answer questions and give us info. There was no feeling of being rushed, and enjoyed the conversation about bikes in general. We purchased a Townie bike for my wife and have only had it 2 days but my wife seems to really like it.

John at the Spartanburg location was fantastic. He was knowledgeable of the bikes you sell, honest and patient with all of the questions I asked, and kind to my family when we came to take delivery of the bike. Trek Bikes have never let me down. Ive been riding Trek Bikes since the early 90s and now every member of my family and most members of my extended family are Trek owners.

Excellent from the first step into the store! Greeted upon entry by John, who remembered speaking with me on the phone. Bike was ready. Information was provided and questions were answered. Friendly atmosphere. John assisted with loading upon exit. A good experience all the way around, and I am pleased with the new bike.

Bought a Roscoe 7 from them! Quickly set it up as tubeless, checked me out, and off I went! No pushy sales tactics, but also genuinely cared about any extras I may have needed for safety or comfort! I’m super happy with the bike as well, as it was dialed in perfectly. I’m super happy with my purchase and the service I got. It’s a shame I came from a ways away(Wilmington, NC!) or else I would be bringing the bike back regularly for maintenance. The guys were friendly and didn’t make you feel like you were stupid - something I find happens at some bike shops. Bikes are like foreign cars to some of us! Thanks again fellas. Cheers!

The guys at the store were great. Called a few days before hand they had what I wanted and for a deposit held the bike till I could make the drive (2 hours away) and pick it up. They made sure the bike fit and I had what I needed before I left. Great store great service.

Walked in store with a bicycle wheel that was warped and needed adjustment and was expecting to pick up next day. They took my wheel and had it adjusted back in alignment in just a few minutes. That was fast ! I will go back for my bike needs.

I bought a few bikes from this location. The staff is super helpful especially Cisco. They aways give honest advice and are very accommodating. I bought a couple bikes and asked them to hold them for me for a couple weeks and they did it without hesitation. They also always answer or return calls. All team members are riders. They all have long experience in this sport. The store carries bikes for all level riders. Trek and Bontrager are two very reliable brands. Engineering behind each product is deep so their products are long lasting.The team always listens and provide great solutions that fits my needs.

This is a great shop. They know their bikes. But they are also just good guys, ready to help you find what you need and eager to talk about riding.

This is the best place we’ve found to buy a bicycle and have service done. We live about 30 miles away and it is a great convenience to make an appointment for repairs and maintenance knowing it will be done as promised and we will be able to pick the bike up in a few hours. These guys are great. My wife and I now ride the Electra Townie Go! electric bicycles. It is reassuring to know they have the skills and equipment to fix these bikes if we ever have a problem. Really nice people to do business with.

I just purchased a new mountain bike from this store and you could not ask for better service. The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of my specific needs in regards to what bicycle I needed. The bike mechanics were quick and efficient too. However I was nervous about getting it tuned up.I was afraid of being overcharged for unnecessary parts, etc., mainly because I know bike shops sell pricey stuff.He checked it out, made a simple adjustment and sent me on my way . Absolutely awesome place to do business... I have never been in there before but needed a small obscure Park dot-dot-dot and guess what they had it and didnt look at me like I was crazy. the smallest things can make the biggest difference is their staff was incredibly nice and professional and the price was great. Any bike stuff and I will be back there for sure.

I came to look at a used bike someone had traded in at the shop. Bradley spent a good hour and a half adjusting the seat, handlebars, etc as well as answering questions and making recommendations. I have been very pleased with the bike and hope to bring my other bike down soon to have my fit adjusted on it. I was highly impressed with my experience and even though the store is a good hour from my house, it is well worth the trip to be able to receive service from techs who are both knowledgeable and helpful!

I had been looking for a nice casual mountain bike capable of handling some more difficult trails but also just a nice ride around the streets. Went with the marlin 5 and the guys at the Spartanburg location were very helpful and knowledgeable on everything. I also visited the geeenville SC location before this one and the guy seemed like he didn’t want to help unless I was going for the $1800 bike he kept suggesting. Spartanburg location is the way to go !

I was having a problem of my chain falling off the lower chain ring, inside sometimes outside other times. Sometimes more than once a ride. They located the problem as a manufacturing defect. They sent the bike back to Trek who repaired. Trek paid all the cost. No problems since.

They repaired a wheel for me. The repair was done on time, true to their quote, and with outstanding service. They gave me advice that was suited for my type of riding, without trying to upsell me. Given their demeanor, you would have thought I had just purchased a bike, rather than paid for a minor repair. I get the feeling that they enjoy what they do, and I wish them continued success.

My wife and I were caught in a bind prior to leaving on our vacation Saturday. We had previously purchased the Saris Freedom EX 2 from Saris but the shipping was delayed and wasn’t going to be delivered in time for our trip. I called the Greenville Trek store on Friday (the day before our trip) and Mike found the Saris Freedom EX 2 Bike Rack in the Spartanburg Trek store. Mike called the Spartanburg Trek Store and advised them that my wife would be coming to pick it up. Not only did they hold the bike rack for us but when my wife went to pick it up, Bradley in the Spartanburg Trek Store had already put the bike rack together. Upon arrival, Bradley installed the bike rack on my wife’s car. This is the epitomy of customer service and this is hard to find in this day and time. I would highly recommend both Trek Stores in upstate SC to everyone I know for their biking needs. My wife and I said it was fate that the our original purchase wasn’t going to be shipped in time so that Mile, Bradley and their crews could help us out. Thank you Bradley and Mike for your awesome customer service and help! We will definitely go to your stores first for our future bike endeavors in the future.
