One of my transport vehicles caught a nail in the tire. I had the driver take it by Mavis. They had her in and out fast! Other shops are overcrowded and often take hours.. Being in transportation its important to keep my vehicles running. Its nice being able to go to the team at Mavis whenever we have issues.

Unbelievable service! I had to call and make a last-minute appointment to get my tire patched. I called two places closer (because of my tire slowly going down) and they couldnt do anything until the next day or two. Mavis Tires did a full inspection just to check for me and my safety, and quickly helped me! I will definitely be going back and recommending. Thank you so much.

I’ve gone to mavis tires for new breaks, tire replacements and repairs. Staff is kind and very helpful. They are great about inspecting vehicles as well to make sure all sensors are functioning and all fluid levels are good. Highly recommend for all tire and break needs.

This morning I had a flat tire, so I pulled into Mavis without an appointment. They welcomed me, checked the tire, found a nail, plugged it, and then THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME! Imagine my surprise. Theyre great, and Ill definitely go back.

Awesome group of people. We blew a tire on our horse trailer in 90+ degree heat and horses in the back…of course at almost 5pm on a Sat night! No one we called could help or had our tires in stock. I called 15 minutes before closing and Sabian, the manager (and Army vet), told me to “come on with the horses still in the back “ and they quickly and professionally replaced not only the one bad tire but all 4 tires…after closing! If I could give 10 stars I would. Sabian deserves a raise and a promotion for his dedication to this business!!

They explained everything that was wrong and gave me a price to fix it. They did not try to upsell me unnecessarily. My brakes just needed cleaning and adjusting and my car needed an alignment. My battery was bad, and when I told them its under warranty, they didnt try to sell me a battery. I would recommend them. They seem honest and professional.

My husband visited Mavis today because he was in desperate need of some repairs for his truck. They not only fixed everything that was needed, he also had the work done at a reasonable price. We even went back and got work done on our car as well! The service was fast! The staff was super friendly. I highly recommended them. They are in a very convenient location as well!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. A lot of times, as a female, I feel I’m told that things need to be replaced and I just have to trust that they do. I end up feeling taken advantage of after leaving a place. This is NOT true with this place. I was explained how and why things needed to be replaced in terms I understood. I was even shown comparisons of new parts verses my car parts and why they needed to be replaced. I was explained how the used part affected my car and what would happen if I didn’t replace it soon. The even gave me a ride home so I could work from home till my husband got home and was able to take me back to pick up my car. Mavis took great care of my car. I tried to get tires elsewhere, but the other place noticed I was having suspension issues. They couldnt fix it. Mavis got me in and fixed same day so I could drive for my work trip the next day. Great service.

Fantastic customer service from Hector and his whole staff, plus comfortable waiting area and kind techs. After not being able to find the correct size tires with another auto shop, I swung by Mavis without an appointment and within 30 minutes I was in and out with a repaired flat and balanced tires. I came in 45 minutes before closing with a slow leak in 1 of my tires, Sabian told me to wait around and the would work me in. It took them about 5 minutes to work me in they checked my tires quickly and found no problem. Sabian told me no charge, keep checking my tires if they get low again bring it back, I would highly recommend Mavis on their customer service alone.

First off let me say this establishment is super CLEAN!! This was my first time visiting a Mavis and the service was above and beyond my expectations. It all started with a phone call to see when they close b/c I needed my tire checked b/c the pressure kept going down for the last 2 days. The gentleman (Sabian) that answered the phone was so professional. He told me the service that you all provided for my issue and when I asked him when do they take the last customer he said you can come at 5:59 and we will still assist you. I knew then that they were all about the CUSTOMER. When I arrived they took my car back and found the issue. (A NAIL) Well it gets better.....Kevin was a rockstar he thought he wouldnt be able to patch my tire due to the way the nail entered, but he was able to make it happen. I didnt want to purchase ONE tire especially since the tires are only a month old. So, if you are ever in Sparkle City and in need of services for your vehicle please go see Mavis they will make it happen. A big shout out to Sabian and Kevin I hope corporate realize that you both are great assets to the company!!

Hector and his crew are amazing, were in from Texas for a wedding and had some brake issues. Not only did they fix it they delivered the car to Chesnee so we could finish wedding preparations. 100% recommend, fast, friendly, and professional.

Great place. Took my car in on Sunday and was taken care of by Sabian. He was very courteous and explained things in a manner I understood. The mechanics were great as well. I was shown the problem and it was taken care and was fixed at a price lower than quoted. Will return in the future if I ever need to.

I want to commend Sabian who is the store manager for being customer centric and honestly just a pleasure to speak with. He knew the products and services inside out; but again more important to that, was his character and customer service. The techs were all respectful ave diligently working as well...I could tell right away why this shop was so busy- great Techs, and great management offering great service.

My stepdaughter’s car broke down with a front wheel problem Saturday morning at the Starbucks next door. I walked over to see if it was something they could work on. Shaun was on the spot and walked over to diagnose the problem. We had it towed over there and they did a great job in getting it fixed as soon as possible! Service and prices were great, and they actually followed up several times to make sure everything was good! Will definitely use and recommend them again!(March 17, 2021) And they come through again! Had a slow leak in 1 of my truck tires, and they were able to work me in, and had it finished in 30 minutes! These will be my tire guys!

I was turned down at five places before the labor weekend however not at Mavis tires and brakes.The staff is friendly, quick, and honest.

Called ahead to see if they had a specific tire. upon arrival they did not have said tire in stock. sent an employee to get the tires and then proceeded to put the incorrect tires on the vehicle. not even the same brand or type of tire.

I would recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes to anybody. Took my Rogue in to get an alignment check and they told me within 10 minutes what it showed. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Very friendly, I would give 10 stars if I could..

I was so impressed with the Managment team at Mavis! They had amazing customer service, walked me out to the shop area to show me exactly what needed to be done and why but they also didn’t force everything to get done at once. After meineke messed up my alignment worse than what I brought to them I had my dad bring my car here. They got him in immediately for the alignment. Sean was very helpful and made the whole experience very easy, he even provided a detailed print out of my alignment before and after. I would definitely recommend Mavis over any other place for an alignment

They took the time to show me and explain that the front strut suspension was almost completely snapped off my car. Had I not seen them this am - my day could have turned out very differently. My tire pressure was low. I pulled in and was immediately helped. Not only did he add air to all of my tires, but also cleared my warning light. All at no charge. Great place!!

I was most definitely impressed by the amount of honesty everybody in this shop gave me. I am so glad to have found this place. They took me out to my car and showed me exactly what was wrong not many shops around here do that at all. That saying “treat others the way you want to be treated” is definitely what I received from them.

Recently I had an issue with my brakes. I had new brake pads installed by someone else, but the rotors needed to be replaced as well. I brought my car to Mavis where they replaced the rotors and left the brakes since they were new. After a couple day the brakes were still making noise so I returned to Mavis where they replaced the brakes and rotors again. Product defects. Great people to work with and will return again.

Great service and awesome place!

I have never left a bad review before, but I genuinely did not have a pleasant experience. Their customer service is excellent and Im sure its to hide the scam. I had to have their mechanics recheck 1 problem in front of me to prove what was wrong. Then I get quoted insane prices for things I am not asking for. I need an oil change and new valve stems for all 4 tires. Then they show me a leak in the oil pan, ok change the gasket. I waited for almost 4 hours and nothing got done until I told them I needed to get my kids soon. Then its done in 30 minutes. While I was waiting, I heard them tell 4 different customers that they needed new tierods just like they told me which apparently would cost $915. Strange that they told me theyd attach the quote to show my husband but didnt give it to me. Then I get charged around $160 for a oil pan gasket on top of a hose replacement I wasnt told about. I would have thrown a fit if I was paying attention and wasnt in a rush. Its really sad that this kind of thing is still happening. And I can only imagine how many people are getting ripped off . Dont be fooled by their great customer service.

I recently went and got 4 new tires and an alignment and the guys were real professional and they did it super quick. Definitely will go back if I ever need anything in the future.

They will rip you off!! The manager told us a price that everything will cost. When he called back after all the work was done an told us the final price it was HUNDREDS more than what he said .no where near the price he told us..He took a hundred off and it still was not close to the price ! When we tried to talk with him and voice how we were upset he told us we could leave the store. When we asked to see our parts to make sure they did the work they said they already disposed of them and couldnt retreave them.Very bad business practices here and I would think twice before you take you vechile here!

I am so glad I stopped here! The employees are professional and communicate well. I took my car to a local Hyundai dealer service department that told me I needed new brakes. I took my car here because it was closer, and I had problems with the dealer in the past.Sure enough, the technician at the Hyundai dealer was wrong.. VERY wrong. They are quite honest here. They didn’t charge me for the inspection as a courtesy. One more thing is they recommended shocks for then next visit. I offered to have them do it immediately to give them business and they actually told me to wait because it didn’t make sense. They could have took me for a ride but didn’t.It is incredibly hard to find an honest auto place which is why I took it to the dealer initially and continued going despite concerns I has. Needless to say Mavis will get my business in the future.

Stopped by Mavis because my car was making an unusual noise one afternoon. Mavis fixed it within 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me. The people could not have been nicer and the service could not have been better. I won’t be going to anywhere other than Mavis from now on!
