I went to Bolton James because they came highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad I did! I went to get to new tires and new rims put on my Jeep and am so happy with the way everything turned out! Both Andrew and Hayden were so professional, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating through every interaction that I had with them. Picking out tires and rims was very intimidating to me because I dont know a lot about either but they took the time to go through several options with me and explain everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting. I would absolutely come back to Bolton James if I needed any other work done and recommend them to everyone in the area!

I took one of our vehicles there yesterday thinking we needed a new tire. They were able to repair the tire instead. Most places would have just sold me a new tire even if I didnt need it. My husband and I really appreciate their integrity.

I had an aftermarket used car insurance and they took my GMC ACADIA and diagnosed it needing a power steering pump and power rack. They contacted the insurance company with a quote the quote was approved then they begin the work. The work was completed several days earlier than expected which was fantastic. I went to pick up the vehicle and as I went to leave I had sensor issues and immediate stopped and parked the car. I went inside and told him what was wrong left the car there and went home. Within the next three hours the bugs were worked out and my car was delivered to my residence. Not everything can go right all the time Bolton James has never done me wrong this time I had an issue it was corrected immediately efficiently and with extreme professionalism. I could not ask anymore honesty or compassion I have a company that they have provided me. I will proudly and confidently continue to use them for any and all of my service needs. It is hard to find a fair honest mechanic that treats its customers properly the way you would expect them to treat you. When I spoke to them on the phone and in person I never once felt like a paycheck but as a friend I highly recommend them and have the upmost confidence in their abilities to service my vehicles take care of my needs and to make me feel safe and confident on the road a big thank you to the entire Bolton James family.

I own an auto repair shop but I don’t do tires or alignments took my personal truck here to balance some mud tires after another shop couldn’t get it right these guys took extra time and effort to get it right and charged no extra. These guys are great. I have a 35 year old sports car that needs a bit more attention than most late model cars. I bought two tires from Bolton-James recently and was given excellent advice on brand, rotation, etc. plus a competitive price. About six weeks later, one of the tires was flat - and then I found out the spare rim was out of true and hence, not drive-able. I had the car towed to Bolton-James and they replaced the stem (at no charge) and suggested I find an after-market rim for the spare which would be less expensive than one they would be able to order. The gentleman working on my car took time to explain the condition of the rim, and my options on either truing or replacing the rim. When I came to pick up the car (after regular hours - and they waited for me) I was told there was no charge, I kind of stared at them in disbelief. They responded with Merry Christmas.I had heard how good Bolton-James was, but had used other stores in the past. With these past two service visits, these guys have earned my business. I not only will return, I will tell my friends they need to take their tire business here. I love supporting local business, and these guys make it easy to do so. Outstanding!!

I would like to say thank you to Jonathan and Hayden. I brought my Tundra there after a lift was put on my truck. Hayden knows his stuff. Help me get the right rims and the offset I wanted. These folks is all about quality!!! They want it to drive and ride better than it did before you get there. I did have some issues on my tires but they was used and Jonathan was able to get it right the old school way. Just want to say thank you all. The guys in shop are very sharp!! If you have need of tires of any kind, call the professionals at Bolton James and you will be impressed with their honesty and integrity. Their team is knowledgeable and courteous.I recently purchased a new trailer from a distributor in Greenville. After doing so I realized there was a problem with the tires that came Installed on it. I called Bolton James in search of recommendations to correct my out of round tires. They suggested the Maxxis brand to me and said it was what they personally used on all of their motorcycle racing trailers.On my way up to their shop I ran over a large knob with a 2 inch bolt sticking out of it with my truck. I was sure my tire was done for. Luckily the position and size of the bolt allowed for the technician at Bolton James to repair the tire instead of replace it!I was in and out very quickly, but during my time there I spoke with the owner Jonathan about the wide range of tires they provide. He said they sell and install tires for all sorts of on and off road applications such as lawn mowers, ATVs, skid steer loaders and more.They drastically improved the quality of my brand new trailer!

Went here to get alignment done on my Sprinter and they found a problem with my inner tie rod. I replaced the part, and came back. So Mike did a really good job with the alignment. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

I have dealt with Bolton James for many years with NO problems. They are always on time and very friendly and courteous. They also beat the box store prices for tires on my Tundras.

Bolton-James does tire truing. Yes! Thank goodness somebody does. They trued the tires on my Chevrolet van at a reasonable price and the improvement was noticeable. In fact, not all four tires needed truing, they found, so they trued only the ones that were out of round. Now Im bringing another of our vehicles to Bolton-James for tire truing later this week.

I needed my tire patched because it found a nail. These guys were super fast, even though they were very busy. The price was fair and everyone was very friendly. I wont be going anywhere else for tire services.

There are very few people that God makes specifically for something.At Bolton James, God collected the greatest, most experienced alignment crew I have ever had a pleasure to deal with.Anyone can do tires. But the fake, incompetent, unqualified and plain stupid have tendency to cost me more than money. They cost me my peace of mind.All of my cars had work done there. Some had difficult things to be done and some were so screwed by others that it was a rescue mission by the time I pulled in to BJ.Even if i lived fifty miles from them, I would find the time to drive there. It is worth it.

I live in Ga and ordered a set of tires from Bolton James . While working in spartanberg a couple weeks ago a employee at carquest referred me them and gave me the number. I called and spoke with a lady who was so nice and knowledgeable and thats something you dont find just anywhere. Plus the tires are over a hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere around where I live. My husband will pick the tires up tomorrow when he leaves spartenberg. And Ill be a happy woman

Incompetent staff that doesnt hold true to appointments, then lies about the time frame after being confronted about it. A 3pm appointment with same day turn around is exactly what that implies... not to drop the car off and have it ready some time the next day. Also, fix-a-flat doesnt bother tpms, your employees dont comprehend they need to be driven 3 miles to clear the warning light..
