So, the way the manager walked up and started a non-shoe-related conversation, I was for real trying to remember where I knew him from. Then, someone else walks in, he hit them with the same finesse. Dude is brilliant!

Did not have what I was looking for.

Not actually a problem with the store but Footaction in general! I ordered shoes online on DEC 23rd and I received a confirmation email but then on Dec27th I received another email saying my shoes were out of stock and my order was cancelled. Footaction said I would receive my money back in 3-5 business days. I have called them 3 times each time the call wait time roughly 30 minutes and I still haven’t received my refund. They finally told me yesterday yes it will be processed on the Jan 11th but guess what nothing. This is downright ridiculous why would they take money if they haven’t shipped anything out in the first place and then to take so long to refund the money. I will never order online again!!!!
