I had a gift basket delivered out of state. The guy told me that he didn’t know what box to use for such a large package. Then he told me that I would have to package it because it contained food items, and FedEx doesn’t package anything with food items; but he would talk me through it. First of all, he placed the gift back face down in the basket. The basket weighed 39.95lbs. He told me to only use bubble wrap. After packing the gift basket faced down with bubble wrap, he stood the box up, sealed it, labeled it fragile & this side up. He charged me $170.00 for fedex ground services. The package arrived on time to Alabama, but wasn’t placed with the this side up. Everything in the basket had come through the cellophane wrapping paper. I was horrified when my client called and told me this. His mother’s gift basket was ruined. In this business, presentation is everything, and to receive your package like this is unacceptable; especially, after paying $170.00 for shipping. If I could give a zero, I would. I usually use UPS, but FedEx is a little faster than UPS. Now I know. For quality service, use UPS!!! For representatives with experience packing large gift baskets, go to UPS. FedEx should refund my money. I had to offer my client his money ($325.00).Overall experience.....terrible!!!
Normally I get excellent service. But today I needed help with something and an Employee by the name Victoria was very rude and short with me ...meanwhile another associate helped me quickly nicely and with ease My suggestion is that Victoria needs work on her patience skills or find another job
Perfect place to handle business from school supplies to printing documents.. Most of all there is an employee named Doug, not only is he tall and handsome but very helpful and empathetic.. He made my experience there more than amazing and showed he cared with immaculate customer service quality.. Thank you so much Doug and I will only take care of my shipping and document affairs there!! ;)
This is my second bad experience with the Spartanburg store. The first was shipping an overnight document to Atlanta. It arrived a week later due to weather advisory from the ice storms. The front desk person did not mention anything about weather delays. In fact they offered and sold me, expedited guaranteed early AM delivery. Had to contact the FedEx headquarter customer service department in Memphis, to finally get a refund one month later. Second bad experience was a recent international package overseas. Be cautioned, even though you must complete declaration forms for everything in your package the FedEx store before shipping, the front desk people know nothing about customs requirements for individual countries. Once again a higher price was offered and sold, for quicker delivery. My package never cleared customs upon arrival at its destination. It was returned to me 2 weeks later. The telephone customer service rep says FedEx bears no responsibility for anything not clearing customs. $175 wasted and so far no response from customer service headquarters in Memphis. Beware that due to COVID, FedEx states on their website and phone tree, delays are beyond their control; refunds or credits will not be honored during the epidemic. The sales people and clerks at the FedEx stores will NOT tell you this. My advice is to use UPS for parcels and USPS for documents.
Always such a please coming to this location. They are so helpful and patient. I’ve met Doug at 2 locations and he is always very pleasant to deal with. Mathew has a great attitude and is very patient with all that I bring him, always. Highly recommend this location for printing and shipping needs. The store is never really too

My company uses a print-on-demand service from FedEx Office. I order online, and the materials are delivered to my office the next business day. On multiple occasions, Ive needed materials even faster, and this office has always accommodated me by getting the materials ready and allowing me to pick up at their location to meet my deadline. Quick to handle your shipping needs. The workers here are great at their job and can handle anything you throw at them. Ive gone several times and never been disappointed.

I was told that I had to pay to repack my package that I am returning, but it is the same box that FedEx delivered it to me in. I went down the street to UPS had it sent off with no problems.
