The workers here are seriously unprofessional.I was sent here to send an item back to Amazon. Per Amazons instructions, I dropped off the item without packaging here.It only got back to Amazon after two weeks time. I didnt know what was going on, so I went back to the store furnished with my receipt in order to get some information about my return. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally rude; aggressively stating that we send out everything in the store! and that we dont scan everything in transit. She refused to look up the status of my package on her end of things, despite having the receipt for my package upon entering the store.I left after this because I figured I would just take it up with Amazon. Amazon processed the order after another week and docked me $25 because the item arrived damaged. I literally just took it out of the box and put it back in, so whatever damage was sustained was done through UPS.So, not only was the staff rude, they also didnt scan the item when they sent it off for packaging and damaged it during its transit. Avoid this store like the plague, if you can.
I have a mail box at this location. The 3 are all awesome to work with. They have always been kind and helpful. Gather my packages quickly. I live where I cannot receive packages so they are a wonderful setup for my situation. I hate to shop so online shopping is my way of taking care of that. And they take great care of me! Keep up the great work! I would have given them 100 stars!
I would give zero stars if i could. Worst service ever. Made me purchase a whole roll of tape because one tiny box didnt have enough to stay closed. Gave me attitude right from the start and refused to give me my tracking information!!! Im so dissapointed because they used to be so good here and so helpful and the last few times that service has gone down the drain.
Do not use this store. I have had numerous bad experiences.Staff are rude and I feel like my business is not appreciated.I’d WALK to the Duncan location with no shoes in the blazing heat before going back to this one.
The employees here are extremely professional & very efficient. Anyone who says otherwise is simply lying. I drop packages at various UPS & FEDEX spots everyday due to my line of work, and this UPS location is the best of them all.
Don’t use this store. Will sale you a product but will not help you if it is damaged and they will tell a lie when you file a complaint!

I have never had such a problem with a delivery service in my entire life. The problems range from them not delivering packages on time or just flat out lying about attempting to deliver the packages. Now they say sometime is wrong with my address that I’ve lived at for four years now. I’m completely done with ups and hate that my mail even goes through them!

Went here to drop off a package and I was extremely disappointed to see that both people helping customers were doing so without a mask and were only a couple feet from them. Customer service starts and finishes with caring if you kill your customers or not. Ill never visit this location again. Everyone wears a mask at the Boiling Springs location.

So they are an amazon drop off location and literally, EVERY time I go in, they always try to upsell me on something. ‘Oh people have been looking at the boxes and stealing items out of them, we have an a larger one to cover it for only, x amount of dollars more’. No, just ship it as is please. One time I left my label and they were like if you don’t have a label it costs an additional, $2.25 cents to e-mail for us to print (1 sheet of paper) or you can use a computer but there’s a minimum amount the have to charge your card. I am just going to start going to Kohl’s instead or having ups pick it up from my front porch.
I stopped in to mail a couple of large size letters and specifically stated that I wanted to send them first class. When I was given the total, it seemed rather expensive to me but I paid and went on my way. Then I look at my receipt and I see that I was charged for tracking which I did not request. Not nice to add on unnecessary additional charges! I usually go to the Duncan store and I will definitely do that going forward.

I am so disappointed by the owners of this store. They continue to be reckless during this pandemic. No one in the store wears a mask and they encourage people to come in and pack the small room. When asked why they were not taking any safety measures, the reply, with smirk, was Its not required. I let them know that I felt less safe in their store than anywhere Id been in 6 months. I suggest we boycott this business!
Im very well taken care of every time I go into this particular UPS store...Alexis is the best on the computer she has made me several different flyers and programs for my events....VERY GOOD QUALITY PRICE AND TURN AROUND TIME!!! ALSO MRS LAURA AND MR BRAD ARE AWESOME!!! YOU COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO GET ALL YOUR UPS NEEDS MAIL ETC TAKEN CARE OF!!!

I only visit the UPS Store to return items Ive purchased on Amazon. I live in Columbia so I always return to Garners Ferry UPS Store and all I do is bring the item, have it scanned, and then they give me a receipt of items being sent back (I never pay for anything). At this UPS Store, I did the exact same thing but got charged to send items back. So just an fyi, if youre going to be returning items that are FREE RETURNS from Amazon, dont come here. Youll end up having to pay some price. Also, Ive read reviews about the cashier, Laura, and yes she does have an attitude!!

I recently had some pictures printed here to give as gifts. I wasn’t even aware that this was a service they provided until a friend told me. So I was able to get my pics printed, framed, and shipped to family out of state just like that! Easy peasy! The staff is most helpful and knowledgeable! I will be using their services again!

Worst customer service. Tried to make me pay $20 for the exact same thing my close friend paid $6 for. Ridiculous and not helpful at all.
Don’t ever Ever go here!! Not only do they have horrible customer service, but they are only a franchise and aren’t actually directly affliiated with ups, which I did not know. They seriously over charge for shipping!! I went there to ship a package for Christmas and was charged $67 for one box! That was the cheapest option and it was to arrive in 6 days, the most expensive option apparently being $300 for 3 day shipping. What??!!!! So after I got home I reviewed the receipt and realized the actual weight of the package was 8 lbs but I was billed for a 49 lb package!!! Then they charged for each individual present inside the package as well! I immediately went back to the store to get some answers and her response to me was “no it shouldn’t cost that much but we are a franchise so we can charge whatever we want”. So I then asked for my package back so that I can ship it another way and she told me it had already left...without even checking!! And I had just been there to drop it off!!! These people are taking money out of people’s pockets for their own benefit and giving the actual UPS a bad name!!!!
Love these guys. I had an emergency project to create, print and mail. The staff was extremely cooperative. They understood my needs and completed the mailing on time and beautiful!! Best customer service ever!!
Very nice woman that helped me. I came in to return AT&T equipment and she gave me advice on how to deal with AT&T’s notorious habit of claiming customers don’t send their equipment back.

Really? a $2.00 processing fee to tape a shipping label on a box and to put it on a UPS truck? i have a shipping label done and just dropping it off at the UPS store.. how hard is that? never again....total rip off

Every time I go to this location, they charge me to print my labels, which is no big deal, but then also charge me ridiculous fees to drop off a return to amazon which is supposed to be a free label... the other ups store so go to do not do this. Also, the owners wife is not friendly. Every time I go in to this location, I have to deal with her rude condescending attitude. I won’t be giving any more of my money to this location. I’ve had it. Glad I am not the only one who thinks this.
Rude staff that is unfriendly and unwilling to help customers. If you honestly hate your job so much go find a new one otherwise don’t sigh and whine your way through every customer interaction.

If I could give 0 stars for this location it would be more fitting. The lady who works at this location (I think Laura?) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She talks back to customers, she responds insultingly and has a terrible attitude during every encounter I have had with her. Even if you are completely nice to her and speak with manners she responds very ugly. She has no patience and interrupts you while talking. It makes every experience at this location completely uncomfortable. She lacks all manners during each encounter. This locations customer service is completely distasteful because of her miserable attitude.

Recently visited this location for a amazon return package drop off. I was met with hostility and unhelpful attitude for failure to provide correct paperwork for the drop off. I left in stunned shock and will not return any time soon unless customer service improves.
Shipped my package overnight to LA without any problems and was the cheapest company to do so with a guarantee. They were very helpful with the making sure the package was correctly made to withstand the trip.

Perhaps UPS is more directed toward serving businesses because to simply ship out a package is outrageously overpriced. I wet here because USPS is closed on Saturday and I wanted to get a package out. After paying what I know is twice the price of USPS, I will wait until Monday next time and use USPS.
BAD SERVICE! They never tell you how much until it’s too late! They are very rude especially the one with the glasses. They aren’t upfront about the pricing of stuff before the actually give it to you.

Charged me 2.25 for printing an RMA label and had to listen to Rush Limbaugh while it happened. All around unpleasant experience.
The experience was quick and easy, but the lady who helped me seemed slightly rude and was trying to rush me even though I was the only customer there.

The schedule says that they close at 2pm on a Saturday. When I came by it was only 1:28pm and they’re already closed. Terrible. Memorial Day is on a Monday. This shouldn’t affect Saturday.
