It was an excellent visit. I was helped with discovering an issue with my phone, that was fixed when I got home. Which wouldnt have been if I hadnt gone in. Will come back soon to buy a new phone.

Unreasonable attitude from blonde representative at this store who did not fix my problem which seemed to be an iPhone mishap and one that I did not cause. My daughter (the main member) spent 25 minutes while on vacation, talking to a customer service representative to set me up so I could meet his demands. But he said today that I was still not on the account, and therefore, I was not going ti get the voicemail issue resolved! (Out of nowhere I get a message that says “Visual Voicemail is unavailable”) and consequently I have missed several important messages from non-contact individuals and institutions. Extremely frustrating for us and his unnecessary rudeness.UPDATE:Returned to store today and another Rep fixed my problem in less than 30 seconds. It confirmed my belief that the first Rep didn’t know HOW to fix it and that’s why he made all those unecessary demands!

My husband came down there this morning and the tech that helped him was Rude and No help what so ever!! There are ppl in this world that have a hard time with understanding these phones! I wish i knew his name cuz i would so put it on this review!! If you dont like your job Im sure there are lots of ppl that would love to have it!! There is no reason for being Rude...after all who do you think is paying your wages?? We have been with At&t for over 20 years...this isnt even the first time we had problems!!
Honestly I normally have great service here but this time the salesman was rude to the lady in front of us. When he couldnt help us with a simple activation, instead of asking someone else to help he told us he couldnt do and we would have to find the original box so he could scan the same number he was entering.

After being with Verizon for 10+ years the switch to ATT has been fantastic. Not only because the cellular service is more consistent (it is - I tested / verified major Verizon reliability issues before switching) but because the staff at the Spearfish ATT store are simply fantastic to deal with... Ive been in repeatedly due to a bogus blacklisted phone issue (Sprints fault) and each of the 6 different ATT reps has been knowledgeable / helpful every time. This is by far the best customer service experience Ive had in 25 years of mobile/cellular service.

“Chad” was impatient and unwilling to answer questions. His attitude will keep us from ever going back.We were ungrading phones for my in-laws who were not previous smart phone users.They went in for bill clarifications, he belittled my mother in law inquiring about software updates. He was unable to explain the bill either.Both left defeated and frustrated about the hidden fees that were everywhere. Luckily, father in law went back in 10 minutes later, waited, and spoke with someone with actual customer service skills and knowledge named Luke. I’m glad he was able to help him a little and wish we would have had him in the first place.
I enjoy this place. They are always helpful and quick.
Everytime we go in there and do one thing, say add a line or what ever it is we need to do. they sale us a great deal on new phones, oh you guys can get the buy one get one free deal for $100 so wait tell pay day, go in to get our great deal and they say oh youll need a $500 dollor deposit, add a line and put a down payment down on the new phones, so guess what at&t i am now in the market for a new carrier!!
