Terrible customer service.. went in ordered a phone was told a date it would be in. When I called two days after phone was due in the lady was very rude (Kim) and told me “if they haven’t called me then it wasn’t here”, didn’t bother to check for me. I called again 10 days after it was due in and it was never ordered!!

The customer service was top-notch. Fortunately I didn’t have to wait long as I was the only person in the store, Which is always a plus. The only complaint I have is that they did not have a case that I liked for my iPhone XR. They had one case that would fit my phone, and I didn’t care for it. I’ll be buying that online.

Everyone at Verison in Spearfish were great to work with. They got me a phone that all others said they couldnt get me and while the transfer process between phones was long, Codys snark was fun to work with and made the wait less of a drain. Thanks for a great experience.

Never can get in and out in less than an hour and they never have more then 1 person working out of all the times Ive been there. They never call anyone in to help and they just wait for you to give up and leave. If they didnt have the phone I wanted, I would have most definitely gone somewhere else.

Over all they got to me fast but the customer service was horrible the employee know as Kim just didnt seem like she wanted to be there or help in the slightest was grilled on question about my phone and the people that are on the family plan was told they couldnt help me because I was authorized to make changes on the account then she proceeded to tell me private information about the account with me being authorized to make changes in a very mocking way got up to leave and was told that I was eligible for an upgrade (I started the conversation saying I was there for an upgrade) asked if I could pay for it if I called the person that controls the family plan was told no and that they again couldnt help me. I wont be going backEveryone just go to rapid its worth the drive

So I picked a phone that I was told would be $10 a month for the device payment. When the phone was brought out I was shown another phone that the rep. insured was also $10 a month. I chose that phone then when I looked over the paperwork after I got home I noticed I would be paying $26 a month. I called the store and was advised the phone I chose was not the one that was $10 a month but I could come back and exchange it. Worse part is is I really like the one I chose. Felt like I was scammed into a higher priced phone! Definitely wont go back!! Will go to Rapid the next time I need anything!!

Worst Experience Ever! This was our first upgrade to new phones and first time for a tablet. Since they were basic phones we werent given a choice and told they would be $5 month line access fees. We were also given the Verizon Ellipsis 8 tablet and told it would be plenty for our needs and would only be a $10 month line access fee. Was quoted by the kid there (Lamb) that our total bill for a 2GB plan, payments, and line access fees would be around $90. However, when we got our bill, which just happened to come out AFTER the 30 day return period for phones and tablets we saw to our shock that it was actually over $140. Turns out the line access fees were $10 per basic phone and $20 for the tablet. Complained to the store and were blown off and basically laughed at. Wanted to return the tablet but couldnt because it was over 30 days and given absolutely no recourse or apologies. Complained to regional manager after no headway with local manager and give the run around and a one month discount. Complained to Verizon and also only give a one month discount. Ended up having to drop data plan to 1GB just to keep the price around $117 month. Absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had. This store has the goal of making empty promises, tricking you into getting something you dont need, and getting you to sign on the dotted line so that you are hooked. If you go, get a WRITTEN quote on the price because you will not know the actual price and will not receive your first bill until after the 30 day return period is over and after that you are stuck. This experience made us feel taken advantage of and we will only do business online from now on where we can see the actual, final costs before we sign. Be on your guard if you go here.

My husband bought a prepaid service SIM card & set up service with Verizon through this business last Monday, he also bought a glass screen protector for my new phone & the woman at the store installed it. We had issues with both purchases. When my husband called Verizon Wireless the next day he found out that the woman had entered the PIN number that he gave her wrong, & he had to go through a time-consuming process to change it to what he wanted it to be. The screen protector was not installed properly & it had a huge bubble in it. When he pointed it out to her right after shed put it on, she said that it would work its way out after 24 hours. It did not. We could not go back into the store the next day because we had to leave town. By the following week (Monday) the bubble was still there. My husband went back in & spoke with a male employee who immediately saw the bubble. When he brought it to the attention of the woman who had installed the screen protector she curtly said to him, You can try to squeegee it out. He tried, but it did not budge. Their solution was to either break the screen protector & put a claim in to the company that makes them (which my husband felt was dishonest) or put a liquid shield on it, which they charged us for. It was about five dollars less than the screen protector had been, so my husband got a few dollars back for all of that headache & trouble & poor service. We do not plan to return.

Went in to get my daughter a prepaid phone or to see what they offered. Was helped by Tory Langer who was very helpful. Told me about a watch for my child. I had to talk to my parents about it because Im still on their plan so I couldnt buy it that day. Then this woman decided to step in and proceeded to say hes on commission and now hes not going to get paid cuz youre buying it at a different store. She was so rude and disrespectful to me Ive never been treated like that ever in my life and I hope she gets fired. I do not recommend coming to the store if you just have questions. I will never return to the store ever again.

My wife and I bought 2 note 9 phones, we were given rebates off phones. After everything was said and done in October 2018 and now March 2019, no rebates. Come to find out, we were given invalid rebates. That was the reason we did get phones. We would have bought cheaper not as nice phones. Spearfish office dropped the ball as well as ensignal. I dont recommend spearfish Verizon. They are a joke.

You allowed another lady and I to stand and wait 45 minutes then refused to help us, citing the hours on the door! Then wanted to argue about it! Complete disregard for your customers. They dont inform their customers of upfront fees tell after the phone has been activated! then told them to change it back because I was not going to pay all of these hidden fees the decide to ship me a phone WITHOUT authorization.
