We are very pleased with our kitchen and bathroom quartz counter tops from Natural Stone in Spearfish. Sarah found me the perfect backsplash too. Had a minor hiccup - made for a great story! - but it was handled professionally and with humor. Joel made a custom transition piece for the bathroom floor that it is one of my favorite things in the whole project! Its the little things. The tile installer was also top notch. Sarah & Joel did the granite for my kitchen in 2006, excellent job! We just completed our new home and I am so happy that they were able to cut & install our granite and Caesarstone. When looking for tile, quartz and granite Sarah was fairly easy to work with. There were several times that emails were not answered and new email threads were started avoiding the questions. Our stone was supposed to arrive beginning of May and then it was June. Then when we asked to see the stone in June it was clearly not there yet. Sarah tried to cover up whatever was going on and was not transparent with us. We did eventually get our stone installed a week later than planned and it did look very nice. I am pleased the way the quartz turned out and the granite in the bathrooms with the back splash looked really good with the way they kept the veins running up the wall.We also ordered tile and grout through them. We had all sorts of issues with that. The tile arrived, but the accessories were missing. Took several days to track down the shelves. The grout never showed up and so the builder went to Hills Interiors to get grout.Final counter tops look great, but the lack of transparency of what is going on in the back end and why there were delays is very concerning. It stinks how much of a jam it put us in with the delays of getting the shower accessories as well.----------------EDIT: In response to the owners reply below:We ordered the tiles and accessories back in May and the accessories took over a week in a half to track down after we initiated that they were not delivered.The granite was in stock in Dallas so there is no way there was a back order on something that was in stock. We ordered that 2 months before it was needed to arrive.

Sarah is so patient and is super supportive of the whole process. She is quick to email and is very responsive!
