Please do not use this place if you can, especially in January. Dont use the app because it doesnt connect with the store. Dont call because they will tell you its ready and you will arrive and it will not have even been started. Plan to stand in line for 30 min to get to the counter and have a 15 min discussion to put your request in and then wait 2 hours for your prescription to be ready. Thats the only way to get your medications. My daughter and I require medications to breathe. I waited over a week for mine and currently trying to get my daughters medications for 3 days now.

The pharmacy has a few issues such as stock and refill timing but they are extremely busy so that makes sense. Ask for Wayne, he is inhumanly efficient and great (think Judah from Bojack Horseman). The staff are very kind people have gone out of their way to help me.

Dr. Bonnie & Dr. Christine provide the most professional and friendly customer service of any pharmacy I have ever been to.

Absolutely enraging. I’ve never written online reviews for pharmacies in the past but I just had to due to the awful experiences I’ve had at the spearfish wallmart pharmacy, which includes LOSING my mailed prescription. They never fill prescription on time, they are rude and NOT ONCE have they had my medication in stock the handful of times I’ve tried to fill. To top it all off my doctor attempted to mail in one of my prescriptions and after waiting AN ENTIRE MONTH I contacted my doctor to send one elsewhere (try Walgreens😁). I don’t want to make accusations but my controlled script just went missing... maybe someone stole it, please consider that before filling here.

Very hard to deal with fed up with Walmart pharmacy

If not for Wayne. They would get 1 star. This is the third time Ive had meds called in and jad to wait 30 minutes for them. I waited 2 hrs before coming ea h time to ensure I can just walk in and grab them but no. Had to wait 30 minites each time. Whats the purpose of having them called in if it makes it no faster? Your system is backwards.

This is our go to Walmart for buying groceries. They are better stocked and less packed than the Rapid City stores. They just dont have too many checkers most of the time. This is fine for us not to fight the crowd in Rapid.

After a week. They still didnt have my correct prescription and never called to tell me that it wasnt in. I found out after standing in line for 45 minutes. Switching pharmacies for sure.

Service is very slow. Customers waiting and only 1 person up front. Was told a half hour and am still waiting over an hour now.

Called the day before for refill. Was told it would be done by 9 am next mornin. Got there at 9:30 and they hadnt even strated yet. Told me it would be at least 30 min. I left. Poor excuse for a pharmacy!

I used the app for my refill, I went to pick them up, they couldnt find me. Then when they do they dont bother to tell me they no longer can get it until I go to pick them up, they was to transfer my meds to Walgreen and then call me back never did call, and when I show up again I was told oh sorry I went on break and forgot to call you. I am done with Wal-Mart pharmacy
