I came in for a service and tire rotation. Went in the tech was on it right away. Done in about 45 minutes. H&N are really good people to deal with.

Very efficient - car goes in at time the appointment is and very little waiting for it to be done. If there is a problem as brakes are wearing, tires, etc., they tell me and let me know if it is something that should be taken care of soon or if it can wait until......depending on the issue. Very satisfied.

UPDATE: Dropping another star due to the tone-deaf social media reply. I indicated in my original review that I had already reached out to Brian, the manger, about my visit. Brian did a far better job listening than the H&N social media team.--Wasted 4+ hours of my day yesterday driving over to look at a car that was not accurately represented by the sales person on the phone. Myles and I talked on the phone, and he sent me many pictures of the vehicle ahead of time, including at my request closeups of some larger scratches. The scratches he pointed out seemed like something I could live with so I hopped in my car and drove 1.5 hours to H&N with the intent to purchase the vehicle. However when I arrived and inspected the vehicle I found an extensive amount of rock chips in the vehicle paint. Dozens and dozens of rock chips all over the front, sides, and roof of the vehicle. Easily 100-200 rock chips down to the metal across the vehicle. The vehicle looked great from 10 feet back but from 2 feet away it looked like someone had shot it multiple times with a shotgun. Every body panel (other than the trunk/bumper) had paint chips down to the metal. I came away really disappointed and frustrated that the sales person made no mention of rock chips when the damage was SO extensive. Spoke with Brian the manager about the situation and he was apologetic, which was appreciated, but it still doesnt give me my time back or a vehicle to buy.

Everything was flawless: got in 10 minutes ahead of appointment time, took 30 minutes less time, people were great (friendly and helped with water, restroom, etc.) and the cost was very reasonable.

Best mechanic ever will only take my vehicles to James at H and N. Hes the only one we have ever trusted with our vehicles and always will be

My car was in for an oil change and new wipers. The car was clean after they were done and they informed me that I needed a new cabin filter which I did need once they showed it to me. It is nice to get a car cleaned.

Service and parts department are top notch along with the rest of the dealership. Somebody stole the keys to my truck from so I had to get it re-keyed. I drove two hours to the one dealership I can always count on to take care of me. They are honest and take excellent care of their customers. We brought our Impala in after experiencing (twice) a slow leak in the passenger front tire.It took the guys less than a half hour to find the culprit ... a rusty piece of metal. Maybe a really old nail? So thankful to not have to worry about another alert!

I was having surgery at Spencer hospital, we live about 25 miles from them and H & N is in the same town that I was having surgery at, and I only had one day notification as far as time of surgery. H & N service person worked us in and made it work so that our truck was back at hospital before my surgery was done. Thank you H & N.

We were visiting Spencer and developed a problem with our truck. My husband took it to H & N and they were absolutely outstanding. Everyone there was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Im sure they had other things scheduled, but our truck was taken right in and fixed. Thankfully all the work was under warranty, but this place was fabulous!

We have been doing business with H&N for the past 6 years. Chuck Rabel really listened to what we wanted and found the perfect vehicle for our family. Our experience surpassed our expectations in the Sales and with Karen Adams in the Finance Department, including the amazing service department! I inquired a service for my car on the Chevy app and got a text very promptly with a time that fit my busy schedule, they came to me and got my car, and returned it quickly and were so appreciative of my buisness. 5 star company from the minute you buy a car to servicing it to trading it in.

Edwards Buick in Storm Lake kinda screwed up my perception of Buick dealerships (horrible service, quality, shady mechanics tactics), so I was hesitant to even go to another Buick lot.But these people in Spencer, they restored my faith in the Buick label. Great service, very helpfull staff, AWESOME mechanics (they actually fixed my vehicle where Edwards kept saying it was fixed, and sending me out to get stuck on the highway.)I am very comfortable claiming that H&N Buick is the best Buick dealership in Northwest Iowa. If you dont believe me, go to Edwards Buick once.....just once. Thats all it should take to see the difference between best and worst.

If you want to help a dealership pay for a fancy building this isnt your place, but if you want great treatment, low pressure, honesty, and a deal on a great used vehicle this is your place.Update: That was my 5 star review from 2 years ago but my 2 year history with the service department has been negative 5 stars so if i could leave a 0 star review i would. Dont ask them to do anything but drain the oil and refill it.... they wont have time. Dont ask them to honor the bumper to bumper extended warranty you spent thousands on... your part will be excluded. It has been a negative experience every time. Today was the last visit. Kemna?
