Everyone I dealt with was personable and willing to help with any issues. They even went above and beyond to repair a couple of issues they had identified on the vehicle during their inspection. Bought a RE Himalayan. The whole team was helpful: Ben answered all my questions and always followed up. Marian walked me through the bureaucratic aspects of the transaction (as I was buying from a different state.)I got to see their beautiful showroom only when I went to pick up the bike; but I suggest you go there even if youre not ready to buy, just to see some pretty machines and talk to some nice folks

Went to AlphaCars in Spencer, Mass to look at a Royal Enfield. After seeing all the Urals in the showroom and speaking to Ben and taking a test ride I was hooked. Daryl gave me a very through pre delivery explanation of every detail regarding the operation and maintenance of the bike. If you are interested in a Ural, dont hesitate to visit them. The showroom with all the exotic cars and motorcycles is worth a visit even if you dont ride.
