Nowhere on google or their website does it say they’re closed for the ENTIRE summer plus they don’t tell you when they’ll be open again!! Only by going to their front door does one find that information out. Very bad business.. being the only place in town you’d think the smart thing would be to stay open. Don’t even bother wasting your gas if you think you need this service. I’m all for using local businesses but your better off driving the half hour to the lakes if you need a repair

Small town honesty.I described my iphone charging issue (it wouldnt) and agreed to a Charge port repair for around $75. They told me that it would take an hour.I came back later to a $5 charge because my plug was just real dirty.What a nice surprise on so many levels; Ill be coming back here for sure.

I would never return here. I brought in my Samsung galaxy S8 and it worked just fine. The only problem was the chip in the screen. When they tried to return it to my the screen wasnt even sealed and the man tried to convince me there were so many things wrong with it. I had it for a day and brought it back because whatever he did completely destroyed my phone so in return he took the screen off and gave me back my phone that I now can never use again. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Its corrupt and wrong. What they do is for them and they are robbing people of their hard earned money. Needless to say I had to buy an entirely new phone. And no they did not reimburse me for the phone that is destroyed.

These folks are great! Totally efficient, fast, friendly, Knowledgeable and very frank and honest about what can and cannot be repaired. We have had two devices repaired there and are totally satisfied with their work and how quickly they did it.

I moved back here after living in San Jose, CA and I never had such great service as I have had here. Not just good service, but the work they have done has been outstanding both in quality and turn around time. I cant believe my little home town would have a computer repair shop that would outshine those in the Bay Area!!

Listed as OPEN online but sign on front door just says On Summer Holiday. For the weekend? For all summer? No clue.

Highly recommend them. They don’t oversell - my first visit they suggested I consider getting a new phone from my carrier since repair charge was going to be around $175. I appreciated the honesty.I came later a 2nd time for a battery replacement for my iPhone6. It took them 30m as opposed to a 10 hour fiasco at the Apple store in Des Moines (that I aborted)

They were really helpful and honest, I refused to buy almost the same kit at a different rc store but at drone made easy he took the time to explain to me why that was the way too go, probably saved me a lot of money by selling me what I needed not what I wanted. Customer for life

Great service. Lost our computer in a fire with all our accounting info on it.I took the computer to three stores around Sioux Falls; none could recover any data from the burnt mess.Came to Spirit lake (somebody had recommended them to me) and in 24 hours, we had all our data back.Needless to say, I was impressed enough to leave this message. My mother and I came in because she forgot her password and was locked out of her phone. I came with her because my mother speaks very poor English. To my surprise they spoke Spanish, fixed her password and even carried our stuff out to the car when she came back alone to pick it up. $50 well spent.

I have a problem sending emails. The problem was very complex. The technician spent half an hour trying to understand the what happened but I live far away and didnt have time to wait. The man did not charge me anything and explained to me how to fix the issue myself; when I have time. Good country-town service.

HORRIBLE experience. Took my laptop there, told me it would be done the next day. Not only was it 3 days late, they didnt do a SINGLE thing that I wanted done in the first place. They ended up doing data recovery on my computer, charging me $200, and then calling to say if I still wanted my computer fixed. I went to pick it up and told him I wasnt happy, and he proceeded to take my computer back out of my hands and held it hostage and said I could pick it up when Im calmed down. I ended up just paying it and walking out. I would highly NOT recommend this place. They are crooks. I wouldnt let them fix my etch a sketch! BAD BAD BAD!

Weve had an iPad, Iphone and computer repaired here and have been very happy with the service and prices every time.

Great service. Dropped off two smartphones and an old Mac, which people had told me were un-fixable. These people managed to fix all of them the same day!

I dropped off working phone that was not charging. With a newly replaced LCD and front glass. Got back a non working phone in two pieces. Almost three weeks to get to talk to manager. Sounds like their not going to fix it so Im out $350 and I have no phone. Never again.

Tried calling on the phone, sat on the ringer for 5 minutes at 1:25 pm, I dont know what their doing in there but thats just absolutely terrible. Id rate half star if I could.

They fixed my phone but one of my buttons didnt work asked them to fixed it, but they wanted another 75$ to fix that as well.

Smashed my new Iphone and took it to them to fix. 1 hour and $50 later, my phone looked brand new
