My wife bought a Jeep from them and everything was going great they were going to give it a tune up and get the new plates and fill it up with gas, car salesmen said it should be ready in a few days maybe a week or 2, almost a month later we found out they lied to us and the car was in the gurage with the check engine light on! Something kinda important, and continued to tell my wife on the phone your lucky we even fixed it most would just rest the light and sell you the car, finally we got the call the jeep was all set and when we got there the car wasnt even cleaned inside there were crumbs in the back floor and we didnt even have are plates in it was temp plates didnt even tell us when they would be in still, Im not happy with there service at all I wish we backed out of this deal and I will never send anyone to this place ever

Ive had my bike serviced here a couple of times, and I highly recommend this shop! The service guys are great and took great care of my bike. If you are looking to purchase a bike, Sean is a great guy to go to. All in all, a fantastic place that can help you with all of your motorcycle needs!

Barnstorm is a great family owned shop. Still considered the little guys but they are branching out fast. Full service from one of designs, restorations, to all out ground up builds and regular maintenance. A fully dedicated fabrication and machine shop. Theyve expanded their clothing line and sell bikes of all types as well as jeeps. There really no way to give you a good insight into the business and meet the team. You wont be disappointed. They are the Only place for me.

I had service work done on my Heritage Softail and was very satisfied with it. All types and years of bikes are welcomed, no one ever turned down for service trade ins. Ill preface this by saying I do most of my own work on my bikes, but when I do need help or guidance, Barnstorm always has the best service, most reasonable prices and best customer service. I order almost all my parts through them, get advise on aftermarket parts, and some of the more pesky carburetor services done here and Im always impressed with how accommodating they are. Not only is the building beautiful and the inventory varied and robust, but every single employee is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any and all (of my million and half) questions.This shop has so much to offer in one place! Aside from selling and doing maintenance/repair work on many different makes of motorcycles they are also ready and willing to make each motorcycle they sell fit the customer to his or her exact standards and needs. I find it rare to come across a shop that has so many different makes under one roof, and to have the employees enthusiastic about all of them. These guys are not Harley guys or Indian guys. They are motorcycle guys! Its nice to not have one make of motorcycle pushed in your face in favor of another. They simply love bikes, and want you to have a bike that fits you right, and one that you will love to ride.When it comes to needing custom work, Jake, the owner, is extremely talented and willing to take on any project thrown at him and if he cant do it he will not hesitate to point a customer to someone who can. Between him and the rest of his team, each and every custom project that I have seen come out of this shop has been executed to the highest standards. Disappointed, sold me a $1k frame w/o a vin number on it, almost got me arrested by the State Patrol. Very fortunate that the investigation stopped with me. They said theyd help find and compensate me when I told them, guess what?....CRICKETS!

Been doing business since they started. I had them do my evo top end before a trip I took out to the midwest. Picked the bike up 3000 miles later, back home with no problems. WORST experience of my life buying from here. This is going to be a long review but I hope someone reads this before they go throw what I went through. I was texting salesman jon about buying a bike. Filled out a credit app online because they are 1.5 hours from me, got approved, took the ride down to sign the paperwork and do what I had to do, he told me they had to send the paper work to the bank. Understandable, told me the bike would be ready by Wednesday (did paperwork Saturday) Wednesday comes around dont hear from them, Thursday still nothing, i call Friday they tell me they need the owners signature who is in Daytona for bike week, so all week I was lied too and the hold up was because they needed the owners signature who is in Daytona? So now Monday comes around and the owner is back in town, signs the paper work then tells me that I cant pick up the bike till I register it and get a copy of the title app. Tell me I have 2 options, I drive down get the paperwork drive back home register it then drive back down and get the bike, or... he next day ships the paper work. I ask if theres anyway they can bring the paper work down to me and then Ill come back and get the bike to avoid making two trips, he the. Tells me Im short staffed idk if I can send someone to do that LOL after they send someone off to bike wee for a whole week they cant have someone drive the paper work down to me... it was like pulling teeth to get this bike and by far the worst experience Ive ever had. After all the hassle and effort I went through they did absolutely nothing to make it better and make me a happy customer. Will never recommend this company to ANYONE strongly advise you find another dealership to buy from. Hope this helps someone from going through the troubleI did.
