Love, love love Best Buy! Always helpful floor associates, however never enough of them. Very helpful management when returns fall in a gray area of coverage. Always trying to keep customers happy.
Buying a new phone but need lots of help with understanding. Techs were all so busy and projected that to us as if we were taking up their time and they wanted to be elsewhere. We are senior citizens and need some explanations but sure didnt get the feeling they wanted to spend time with us so we will buy our second phone elsewhere.
I do not know much about laptops. So I was quite pleased when I found a store employee by the name of Jeff. He was very knowledgeable about the electronics. He answered all my questions about the laptop I was looking for and even managed to find a model that I liked a lot more for $200 cheaper. I rate this 5 stars for the amazing customer service, prices, and deals Best Buy has to offer. If you need an electronic device this is the place to go.
Before a sale on opened boxes at best buy went on, I recently looked at open boxed items before the sale and noticed that the prices were higher than advertised previously. With the new sale and percent off they were higher than the previous price days before the sale. Its very sad to see a company you believed on be so dishonest and try to take advantage of its costumers!!!! And you why people are turning to amazon?
For the most part best buy Kool. There isnt much to really compare it too. Some employees are knowledgeable others are not. Some barely know where the toilet is. 🚻
The salesman listened for what I was looking for, asked questions and showed me a perfect match. The best of the best at this price range. This is my 2nd laptop purchased from Best Buy and I will definitely use them again
Always great service and was looking for a better router with built in wifi to upgrade. But with the help of an employee that had some great computer knowledge. Found out the one I have actually have is better for what I need.
Love the Geek Squad! Always get good practical advice to get the most out of my computer. They recognize that you are waiting and do the best to satisfy the needs of each customer. This visit one of the techs we and got a third to get through the wait line quicker. Best help in town!
Been in different Best Buys around the area, this is the smallest, but they are very accommodating. Pleasant intersections and we were only asked twice if we needed help. Sometimes it can be 6-7 times, a bit much.
Go in to get an amp and sub install and they tell me they don’t have the parts or people to do the install but they can get me set up for an install at another location in a couple days. They ring me up and confirm my schedule time and send me on my way. Scheduled time comes around at new location and they tell me the other store didn’t actually schedule me and ordered the wrong parts needed for my install. This puts me back another 10 days and an additional $200 for the parts they failed to inform me about. Horrible experience, will do a proper review of the install at the new store once it’s all done and I won’t be coming back to this north town location because of this fiasco.

The salespeople are always amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Oftentimes theyre also incredibly personable and make the experience quite fun as well. As in the case of Beau at the north Spokane location.They have a great selection of items and fair prices, too. I dont know if Im always getting the best deal but I know I always leave the store feeling like I made the right purchase for me. Since their salespeople dont work on commission I know theyre not just trying to make a sale off of me. Ive always found them to be people who are genuinely interested in the products in their department. It feels like Im getting the quality service and enthusiasm of one who earns commission without the manipulation. Trust is a rare blessing.Also, their colors are that of my high school. Not that it matters but I enjoy it. Go Mead Panthers!

I came here looking for a new cell phone and Nehemiah was super knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up getting a really great phone on the last day of its sale. I hadnt upgraded my phone in about 5 years, so there was tons of stuff to transfer over, but Nehemiah made sure to get it all to my new phone for me and even worked through his lunch break.So if you go there make sure to give him a high five and bring him a cookies n cream shake to make his day!!

Went here fully prepared to buy a freezer and after asking for help we waited about 10 minutes before asking one more person to help who said someone was on their way. When I walked around the corner, there was two salesmen just chatting. After that I left, decided I should drop $700 elsewhere.
Always my go to for all my electronics. Place is always clean and usually always friendly staff. I think a Best Buy in Airway Heights, WA would do really well since the North and Valley stores are a bit of a drive away.

Not sure if it is because of shortage, but place is not well stocked and most of the crew is not helpful. This 2 stars is because only 2 guys from the crew were very very helpful and knowledgeable, those 2 guys (I did not got their names :s) know what they were doing.
The customer service rep that I got was pretty rude and condescending and I personally do not recommend this store and all I ever go back to that particular location. I dont care to have somebody look down their nose at me or pretend like my laptop is a knock off that they just never heard of it or cant deal with. I was kind of surprised really I walked out of there without buying where I went there for in the first place but I did end up getting it somewhere else.

Has always been me and my dads go to spot for all of our electronic needs. But over time the inventory in store has just been worse and worse, we can barley find a normal simple phone charger anymore. Service is always good. But that doesnt matter if they have almost nothing anymore. Like simple small stuff even dollar stores have at this point.

So this is by far the worst Best Buy in Spokane. I have been here numerous times and have gotten the same terrible service. This past Sunday was no exception. There was approximately 10 employees and maybe 20 customers in the store. Three employees were ate the front podium watching a YouTube video on a cell phone when I walked in. And four others were over by the computer area talking about there prior night partying and the girls they slept with. One guy was in the mobile phone department apparently sleeping. The one guy who was walking around the store not once but twice told me he couldnt help me because he didnt work in the networking department. Finally the only cashier was standing at her register picking her nose and wiping it on the counter. Congratulations best buy you have lost a faithful customer and I will not be returning to this or any other of your stores in this area again. Amazon has the same prices and better service even if I have to wait two days for it to arrive.
I chose the fastest shipping in order to get my items the fastest and they did not show up the day they were going to. My order was then cancelled and now I have to wait for my refund which puts me back even further. I will be taking my business else where because I am now going to end up getting my camera a week or two later than I would have if I chose some place else in the first place! Spending as much money as I am I would have expected better outcomes with Best Buy.

Came in today to exchange a camera I didn’t use for a different one. I just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service today from Savannah. Super sweet and accommodating. Also the manager on duty (I can’t remember her name) was understanding. Plus my new camera is being shipped directly to me which was an added bonus. Thank you both for an easy transaction!!

I left my phone charger in another state and needed to buy a replacement. While the selection was sparse, I did find what I needed. The associate I spoke to helped me determine if I had the correct items and I walked out with exactly what I meeded.
I had very bad experiences with Best Buy from the past because I have been discriminated against just because I looked poor. Best Buy is pretty pricey compared to other online stores. We bought from Best Buy this time because one of the item is on sale. We tried to do a curbside pickup, their website told me it will take about 5 minutes but it ended up taking over 20 minutes to get my item. Just to compare service from other stores curbside pickup, Best Buys service is pretty slow. Thank you for the worker who brought us the item, he is pretty nice.

Okay, the customer service in store is good! But if a product doesnt work, or charge is not correct, corporate customer service was very poor, almost impossible to reach real person in reasonable amount of time. In store 4+ office customer service was 1-.

I used the curbside pickup for my order. I arrived and waited 20 minutes. No one came. I called customer service and was told it was a computer problem. Four days later the item that I had purchased went on sale. Best Buy wouldnt give me the difference in price. Whatever happened to great customer service?

We were there to get my nana a new phone. And then we got the idea to get my grandpa a new phone but the guy didnt even acknowledge it until he had already rang up my Nanas phone. Chris was very uncooperative as we told him we would figure out how to move the stuff over from the old phone to the new one but just ignored us.
Was told i couldnt buy an item priced and stacked on the shelfs; not to mention handed to me by and employee, until the 18th of July. Proceeded to have to argue with 3 of the staff until i got a manager to add the item to the computer. I will never be taking my business here again. False advertisement at its finest. Attempting to price up customers to buy more expensive items.
I have always found helpful people here with knowledge or where to find the answers I have. In addition the products have always been top grade for the money I pay. I just had an issue with a 65 inch TV that I had bought a warranty for and they as well as Geek Squad made the process very easy for me. I have bought allot from them and will buy more I am sure.
Curbside service great. Only sat for 3 minutes before picking up at curb. Staff friendly and was able to fit the TV in my back seat. Followed all COVID protocols.

I know they do their best! I had a lot of issues scheduling and then checking in for my geek squad appointment. Mainly, lack of staff to manage the counter? A lot of time waiting around for the “correct” employee to help me. I bet things have changed with covid. My experience was over a year ago.I recommend calling the store when scheduling geek squad. Make sure you speak to a tech at that location, don’t just rely on geek squad website to get appointments scheduled!
The customer service is a bit sketchy depending on who you are. I really liked Jeff very friendly very helpful. Didnt try to push me into buying the most expensive but rather shared info on all types that i was looking for.
Went in on 3 different occasions to buy 2 iMacs, waited for over 30 minutes each time without being acknowledged or able to get someone’s attention one single time, even though multiple employees walked by and saw us, but continued to walk past... I like Best Buy but the customer service at this locations is just terrible.

They had a bunch of employee call outs. They kept sending us around the store to look for someone else to help us find what we were looking for. The employees were kind and they tried their best.
It is very inconvenient that they dont accept calls. So I would check for things in stock online before going in. Some of the shelves seem bare. While there is minimal staff because of COVID they are still very helpful.

Jake, who works in the Verizon department, did an exceptional job helping us find our new modem and router. We walked in frustrated, because we had previously purchased a defective modem. At the end we walked out very happy and more knowledgeable about what we were buying. He did an amazing job explaining how it all worked in simpler terms. Jake was the best customer service representative Ive ever had help me. He made being a customer easy.
Maaah....they bareley even sell any dvds almost no music cds...went there to get cell phone charging cord 21$ for six foot cord only.....used to be 5.99$ 1 year ago....RIP OFF!.....if you are rich and dont mind unusually high prices go here....
I cant speak for the entire range of products and services in this store, but I have nothing but positive things to say about Mike in the mobile installation section. He installed a remote starter in our vehicle, and did so in an amazingly professional and knowledgeable way. The installation went perfectly, as promised and on time.I would use Mikes expertise again on a heartbeat.

The website said that they had a product and I was there to buy it but when I got there they didnt have the product so their website and the store do not communicate watch yourselves perhaps a phone call never less kind of a downer experience

I literally am never asked how I am doing. If I need help. Or if I have questions. Bought a TV and searched high and low for help. I went to checkout and asked her for help with the TV and she sent me to the back after radioing. Passed by 3 employees none of which said a word and I just carried the TV for myself. My hands were full and I pulled my car up to the front and they held the TV at the front. No one offered to help me carry it or load it into my car as 3 employees stood by the door and watched. Not the first time Ive had bad service. They usually profile people bad here.
Have no problems with best buy..May not be the best buy but the return policy they stick by it.. No need for box manual.. I even forgot to grab some of cables that came with my product. They took it back..I told them it worked fine just wasnt up to my expectations.. It was done! ✔

The associate was a little gruff... Knew his stuff but was probably better with computets than people.
I was conned into signing up for the Geek squad services. The laptop I purchased did not need transfer of information it transferred by itself when I signed in. The old one I was able to reset myself. These people had me out there 4 different times to perform these services and did not do one of them. I cancelled the 1 year commitment 4 days after I signed for it I asked for my money back 200.00 is a lot for a single women in these times. They cancelled but never gave me my money back. This was at the Newport Hwy. in Spokane. Dont deal with them especially if you are a female that is not techy. They took complete advantage of me.
To start off I contacted 2 salesmen to try to access airpods to buy. They said they couldn’t help me, but would radio someone to meet me at the airpod area. I’ve waited for 30 minutes or more. And finally saw one more salesmen and did the same thing. I went back and waited in the area, all excited to see a salesmen coming. But wouldn’t help me because he decided he was going to help someone who just walked through the door. And when I politely asked him if he could help us, he said no. He would not and walked away with the customer who wasn’t first in line, the first place. To make things worse, Best Buy at the time was not busy with a bunch of customers. Not a happy customer.
Little expensive for some items and hard to get help at this location compared to other best buy been too. Definitely need hire to security saw a someone walk out with a go pro and found someone had two packages in box stealing two giant JBL speakers.
