Easy to spend lots of money here. Seems like I walk in for one small item leave with $100 in goodies. Theres truly something for everyone and every project.

The store usually has whatever craft item Im looking for. Things are easy to find if you check the app first, since aisle locations are included. During my last visit I was helped by a great employee with a fun sense of humor. Just sorry I didnt get his name.

We were here looking for frames. They have a decent selection and I feel they are reasonably priced compared to other frames.We also have used them for custom glass cutting, there was a little error in one edge of the glass and they fixed it for us very quickly.

Great customer service! I was helped by a young man named Rain and he was very sociable and made the whole shopping experience more enjoyable! Will definitely stop by to get more beads from them again! They have a great selection and are reasonably priced! :-)

August at the North Spokane store was very helpful and patient as I decided if I wanted to become a Michaels member or not.

I have gotten back to painting again and I have been learning to do pours. Now Im on to trying more different ways to do them. Im loving it and it certainly gives you something to do while we wait around for things to go back to normal.

I went in looking for some Art books because I was trying to get back into drawing. I remember their being really cool stylized art books for different art styles at the store, however I found no such books. Good to know you cant find an art book in an art store but if you need 30 variations of a live laugh love sign Michaels has got you covered. No serious educational material for those looking to improve their skills however you need a pet patrol coloring book theyll have 5 or 10 variations. Very disappointed.

Not a whole lot of Halloween stuff on the seasonal shelves right now, but regular items seem well stocked.Canvas, paint, brushes, pencils, all available.

You have a choice of two good craft stores side be side when you come here. Hobby lobby is right next door. They are pretty close in prices and product availability. It us good to be able to go in and shop either one even with the current restrictions.

Awesome choices...we bought a $5 grab bag ( box). We were amazed at the large number of items in the bod....several skeins of yarn, snow making, 2021 planner, diary, giant Easter egg, and several small things. The grandchildren had a blast.

I love Michaels. Their employees are fabulous and dont tell me what to do, their store is just as depressing under fluorescent light like every other store (except theres yarn), and their prices just dont add up to the pricing of Jo-Anns.... Which I think we all can thank Michaels for. I mean $30 for a throw pillow come on Joann, that pillow better be covered in gold. 😐My only issue is they just dont have enough hooks available. I mean the number nine Hook is almost impossible to ever find. But other than that...youre doing well, Michael. Hats off senor.

Had several pictures framed at the Photo Shop and TIM handled our order. He is FANTASTIC! Our project took some time to figure out the mats and framing choices. TIM was patient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with processing our order. Picked up the finished pictures and we are very pleased with the final results. Thank you TIM for great customer service! Will definitely be back for future framing projects.

I enjoy Michaels as they have a great selection of arts and crafts. Most of the employees are friendly enough. Huge sales right now as they are getting in more stock from virus shutdown. I got this great sign for $11 when its normally like $40

Very few staff on the floor for assistance. Found one who pointed and told me that I could find the item I needed across the store. I know it was lunchtime which may explain few staff. Cashier was friendly.

Theres all sorts of crafty thingies sold to the talented patrons smart enough to go to Michaels. The other places are too opinionated. Or dirty.Ellie was our clerk. She smiled and behaved as though she enjoys her job.

Very organized, I had a hard time finding someone that worked there to help me, however items and isles are clearly marked which made it a little easier to find the items needed. just took longer to go thru the whole store. They have amazing sales tho.

They had just what I needed and gave me a discount on that, then what I didnt need was on sale and turned into a must-have. Very friendly staff.

Ordered on line for store pickup. Was notified in less than 2 hrs the order was ready. Everything in store, for the most part, was 40% off. Ordered unfinished wooden birdhouses. The selection available in store was extensive. Also found acrylic paint kits to paint the birdhouses.

Liked the store, the hours were good. Open until 9pm, love that. I went there for glow in the dark epoxy powder, a quick search revealed they were the only ones in town that had it without having to dig deep and call around. They were out, lol, but had three containers on order and a triple pack of different colors priced out of my range for my project.

Michaels is a craft/hobby store with lots of neat things to buy for your craft. My recent trip was to buy Christmas decorations for our home. There are garlands and flowers (artificial) there to make up displays. They have a childrens section with crafts and projects to stir up their imaginations. Painting/drawing supplies. Picture frames. You name it, I believe they have it. I love their coupons. You can sign up to receive coupons via email or look in the newspaper on Sundays for their flyer. Of course, the pickings change with the seasons. Now they are getting ready for Spring with their flowers and Valentines day with hearts galore. They also have a buy online pick up at store that is available. I go here often for my craft supplies.

Tons of crafting options and art supplies.

Overall, Michaels has a great selection of arts and crafts supplies, knowledgable sales folks, and great parking available. I took a watercolor pencil course on ZOOM. The quality and knowledge of the course instructor for her subject was fabulous. Ive done professional level colored pencil work before, but the watercolor pencil medium was new to me. The course appealed to me both as an experienced artist and beginner in that medium. Would highly recommend trying other demonstrations as well. I think that even beginners would come away with a sense of fun and accomplishment. Their displays are eye catching and fun to puruse. Their arts and craft supplies are for all levels of experience from the beginner to the professional. I have shopped here for arts and crafts kits and supplies for my 3 year old grandniece. A word of caution- for dedicated crafters, shopping at Michaels is like being a kid in a candy store!

Great great sales... U can redo a whole living area in your home inexpensively. Sign up for rewards program . you will get coupons emailed and they work great using on top of sale items.. My bill came up to $190 but using my email coupons they sent me i saved another $65 ..wow..its great here

As much as I support brick and mortar retailers unless you need anything from this store to finish a craft project immediately and cant find the item at your local Walmart most items sold here can be found cheaper from Amazon.

Michaels has anything you could want or need. It isnt as spread out as Hobby Lobby so you can easily find what you need and more. Their store layout is logical, which is refreshing.

Found some nice adult coloring books and pencil sets for my sisters birthday which she loved.

I have been a customer since their opening day and in that time I can not remember a single time that they have let me down. Im talking everything from fountain pen nibs to birdhouses and anything else you could imagine, added. Theyre framing department is very helpful, the cashiers will remind you to use a coupon. I didnt have my phone with me on this lady trip so the cashier used her cell phone to pull up a 25% off coupon for me.
