They were not willing to repair if certain parts are needed.Walt in particular gave attitude and being lazy and unwilling after all the business I have him. Not anymore. Grouchy old man!Great customer service guys.

After a regular oil change at Valvoline I was told my transmission was leaking a little fluid. My usual garage couldnt fit us in. 😠 After calling several garages, A1 was the only one who could fix it AND charge a reasonable price. We will be using A1 for all our future auto repairs. Thanks Walt!

I found this place a few years ago, and Ill never go anywhere else again. Excellent communication, the most specific estimates youll find in town, and if theyre time or cost estimates are off it is only because they end up getting the work done more quickly and for less money than they quoted. Pricing is the best in town. Seriously, this place is fantastic.

Awesome place and still impressed

Was recommended A-1 for some engine repairs. At first I was pleased with their quickness and pricing. When driving the car after it was fixed, it started to smoke really bad. Luckily I was able to pull into a different garage right away. Upon opening the hood they saw that the radiator hose was disconnected and there was coolant leaking everywhere. They reattached the hose, filled the coolant back up and also tightened some bolts that weren’t put back on all the way. When calling A-1 to let them know what had happened, they denied any wrong doing, saying they never touched the radiator hose at all. Walt then talked to the mechanic who confirmed that they had indeed removed the house. He had no remorse after saying “ I don’t see my guys doing that”, referring to not tightening the bolts and the radiator house. He sounded accusatory toward me like I had an ulterior motive or I had done something to the car. The only reason I called them was to let them know what had happened so that it hopefully wouldn’t happen to anyone else.

Had my kia taken for timing chain related issues twice. $1500 dollar repair EACH time and the issue still isnt fixed. They didnt honor their repair warranty the second time and claimed it was due to lack of oil changes even though I had valvoline receipts to prove they were done on time. I have receipts for everything if they want to challenge this review. Avoid this mechanic shop

Satisfied customer! Took my box truck on Wednesday and work was completed by Thursday. I wish I would have gone to A-1 Auto Repair sooner, I’ve spent thousands on my business truck at other locations, but the work wasn’t completed and/or was very expensive.

I went there to have my transmission repaired they told me it would be done by mid day to get late week it was not finished until a week after they had told me they would have it done and they sent my car to another shop instead of working on it there so they didnt even have it or do any of the work and worst of all the transmission is still having problems so its hard to tell if theyre going to be able to make this right and fix it.
