Went here to get a good used car. We are very happy with our experience. Pat our sales guy was easy to work with the car we got is so much better then I had expected. The financial services were great. I highly recommend buying from Wendel.**Update***Took my car in to have a clunk checked out could not be happier.... Not only did they fix the issue they also didnt charge me a dime! Best dealership ever hands down!!

The customer service is decent and everyone is friendly. However, their prices have gone up considerably for a simple oil change to $56.25. This. Is. Insane.I also felt VERY uncomfortable as literally no one was wearing a mask (they might put one on if they see that youre wearing one but then it comes right back off). As a person with a kidney transplant this literally endangers my life. Never mind that its actually a state mandate at this point. I would think as a business you wouldnt want to lose any customers but that clearly is not the case. I will not return because of the blatant disregard for human decency.

I called when the shop was closing. And spoke with the service lady she put me on hold to see if she could help me. And Joe the boss got on the line I explain my situation he said if you can get here before six I can do it for you. So I got there he took care of it he pulled the work order and the battery clean the cables and I was out of there within 15 minutes. This was such a lifesaver due to the fact that we only have two cars in both my husband and I needed our cars the next day. Thanks so much great experience

I was disappointed with the service. My appointment was on a Saturday and there was no shuttle available to drop us off somewhere as we drove in 80 miles for service and they said the appointment would take at least 90 minutes. They confirmed my phone number and said they would contact me as soon as the car was ready. We left and came back and after sitting awhile I went to check on the car. I was told our service guy had just went to lunch but my car was ready….I wonder how long it would’ve been if I hadn’t asked. Got my keys and had to walk around a bit to find my car! Next time I’ll send my husband 🤷‍♀️🤣

The staff at this service center are amazing! The level of customer service I received was impressive. Sean kept me informed as they investigated the issues that brought me to them. This team is thorough and extremely pleasant in explaining what was found and showed me a diagram in the area that needed repair on my Titan so I could better understand the parts needed. Not once did Sean make me feel like a nuisance because I asked for layman explanation. He was super! Everyone from Erica to Sean to Joe was helpful and friendly....my truck needs to return because some parts werent in but I wont mind. Itll be fixed correctly and its awesome to be in a place that has specialized training for my vehicle brand. The price was as I expected and researched it to be. Aside from expecting quality work performance/repair, I will return because of the excellent customer service and communication this team has with its customers. 5 STARS FOR SURE !!

In this age of incompetence it so so incredibly heartwarming and reassuring to find a place like Wendle Nissan. I have been using other shops in town and have been nothing but disappointed. This ended today. I am going to use Wendle Nissan for all my automotive needs from now on. It started when I stopped to buy a small part for my car. The sales guy Jeff Zielke met me at my car asked to help... walked over to the parts department and waited with me until he knew I was taken care off. Thank you!!!! So I made an appointment a few weeks later for my 100,000 mile check up. I Also threw in some other things I needed done. They handled it all as well as the recall on my car which I was not expecting... AGAIN Thank you!!! My car has never ran better. I will be back again and again. You guys Rock!!!

Robert was my sales person and I could not have been so lucky to meet him. I was not intending to buy anything, just looking at the Rogue. Not only did he convince me this was the car for me, but I bought one. His enthusiasm to make me happy and continue my relationship with Wendle Nissan was outstanding. I have met with him and taken two calls from him for any questions I may have and my driving experience in the Rogue. I buy cars about every 3-4 years, so I have purchased many. I have never been treated so well, almost like family at Wendle Nissan. The entire staff greeted me and even the mechanics introduced themselves and asked if they could get me anything. I get the impression that they’re pretty honest here. While my bill seemed somewhat steep for a battery and fuses. I bet they could have convinced me there was more wrong, and charged even more. They told me “we dodged a bullet on what could have been a much bigger issue”.Thankfully, the fuses that blew prevented something more major from going wrong with the electrical system.Also, you have to schedule your appointments two weeks in advanced probably due to covid/ work shortages. So in my case I waited a week… but they prepared me by telling me it may take two weeks. Thankfully, I didn’t need my car during that time.. so I didn’t have to rent a car or anything.All that being said my car seems to be running great in the 10 minute drive since the service.🙏

I paid the price by not taking my truck to Nissan Wendell first for an oil change. Valvoline stripped the skid plate bolts and my oil filter came loose causing an oil leak. Service was fast friendly and I’m confident it was done right. I’ll be back for service from now on.

We started our visit with Mitch Tracey...he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mitch was not available on our return and we worked with Todd Membrey. He was very helpful and knowledgeable also. He showed us features on our test drive and went over several things with us when we picked up the car along with telling us to be sure to contact him if we need anymore assistance. We had an excellent experience which has not been the case with another dealer.

Lied to me when my car was going to be fixed. It was supposed to be done in 3 days, instead 12 days plus they didnt even apologize for in the inconvenience and didnt give me their rental car. Paid 1,000 dollars for enterprise. No longer buying any Nissan. Bought a Subrau in Idaho, people treat me better than Nissan did.It was transmission replacement I made an appointment and still took longer. Plus no loaner car. Other dealers paid for my rental car while it was in the shop in the past. Wendle service manager said we never loan any loaner car all customers must pay for rental car out of their own pocket.

I went to meet with your salesman, Jim, to look a Nissan car. Im prone to anxiety attacks and car lots and car shopping is at the very top of my list. Ive got a dog who can stop an anxiety issue but was afraid to take her so I went alone. Turns out the experience was wonderful and I didnt need my dog at all. Everybody there made the process great and I never even came close to an anxiety attack.

Josh was absolutely fantastic. I’d go over 5-stars if I could. Came to Wendle for the first time with a Titan I purchased a month ago and am a complete newbie. I had an issue with a door handle bezel that they replaced right away for me and then I also got an amazing deal on new tires and a remote start. Ordered the parts for me quickly and kept excellent communication with me while I was waiting for the parts to come in all the way through install. Good morning, My husband and I had been researching new cars for the past 12 months, especially with all of the new safety features that were added in 2019. We attended the car show to see the following cars in no particular order: Chevy, Nissan, Ford, Subaru, Kai, Buick, Honda and Hyundai.The first booth that we visited was Nissan and Todd Membrey introduced himself. He was extremely professional and knowledgable about the Nissan Rogue. We spent 45 minutes with him, went on a test drive and were introduced to Chris Sanders, Sales Manager. Todd and Chris explained all of the special sales that were available during the Auto Show. We explained that we were going to look at 7 other cars, and we would be back to further discuss the Nissan Rogue.We were so glad that we had spent a significant amount of time with Todd. He had explained how all of the new features worked within the car and how these features differed between Nissan and other auto models. With all of this information we were able ask great questions at each of the other dealers and compare their answers. As we left the other dealers we would compare that particular car with the Nissan Rogue. At the end of 2 hours we were very comfortable with our decision and went back to Nissan to see Todd and Chris.They explained what additional inventory they had at the dealership - we made the decision to purchase a 2019 Nissan Rogue SL. Todd met us at the dealership, we selected the car that we wanted to purchase, discussed the manner of payment, completed the paperwork and then were introduced to Alex Sanchez, Business Manager. Alex explained the different services that Nissan offered for new cars, and what special services were offered through the auto show.Everyone that we met that day made our car purchase very easy. We picked up our 5 days later, Todd took up through all of the features, answered all of our questions and we drove off very happy with our new car and confident that we had made the right decision. This is the first time that we purchased a car at Wendle and will not be last.

Bought my truck and had it serviced at Wendle Nissan. They were super helpful in finding the right deal. Service has always been quick and professional.Had to update my review 3/31/2021.Bought the Nissan back in October 2020. Have been in for the headlight that wouldn’t turn off. They replaced the whole unit under warranty. Was driving back home and went to get on the freeway and we started loosing power. Complete lost power and had to pull over. Tried to start again and a weird sound was coming from the engine and it would sputter and RPM needle was jumping everywhere... then it would die again. Had to get a tow home then get it towed the next day at my own cost again! Waiting to find out what they found but I’m really upset because we have even had it less than 6 months and already had this happen. Supposedly they may be able to reimburse me for the towing depending on my warranty. I feel like this is way to many problems for a $50,000 truck that we haven’t owned that long. I thought it was certified used, but I feel like it’s a lemon.Update 4/3/2021Had to change my review again because the service department took just great care of me and my truck. They really made an effort to make everything right and went above and beyond. So thank you to Joe and his team for all that they did to make it easier on me.

We highly recommend Ben Azarr. He is quite knowledgeable. He let us test drive a vehicle we really wanted. We ended up buying a 2018 Hyundai Elantra with low miles and good gas mileage. We were there for about 6 hrs and waited until almost 10 at night for our papers to come back. We traded my wifes volkswagen jetta for the Elantra. Ben mentioned to us that we were only going to get 150 bucks for our vehicle but mentioned to us that he talked to someone and convinced them to give us 500 for it, in which we used it for a partial down on the car. We love the vehicle. We needed a vehicle for us to travel on a vacation. We were only wanting to window shop for a vehicle but ended up buying the vehicle. We love it. Back up camera, and everything. Amazing vehicle.

So back in 2015 when I bought my Nissan, I had a really bad experience with the guy that sold it to me. For whatever reason, at that time, they couldnt or wouldnt switch my salesperson and it left a really bad taste in my mouth for years. I still have that same Sentra and have been getting my oil changes done by them all these years. The Nissan service guys are amazing! My brake issue was fixed. This was the second time I had to take it in under warranty but I am satisfied now. I did want to note that I watched other vehicles come in to be processed for repair. Your staff put plastic coverings over the seat and the steering wheel presumably for cleanliness given the current pandemic. This was not done on my vehicle. Also, two technicians took my vehicle out for a test drive at the same time. I do not consider this limiting exposure.
