Really the best Sally Beauty in Spokane. The staff is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and always wonderful to talk to.

Daneka is quite possibly the sweetest person. She’s so attentive and helped me color my black hair to hot pink. Her knowledge of the products in the store is amazing. I don’t know how my hair would have turned out without her help.

Went here to find hair color, Jennifer was amazing and very helpful. I then began to talk to her about my mother who is currently going through chemo and losing hair. Jennifer was very sweet and helped me find products for her hair and skin and even gave me tips on things to avoid such as baby oil baths which kept making my mothers skin worse and we never knew why.A suggestion to the owner to have the employees wear name tags, that way we can praise them more in reviews!Jennifer thank you so much!

Excellent customer service.

Here I am in Spokane I have very little time. I went to Sally to pick up some standard hair color. They did not have the right color so they sent me 35 minutes north to a Sally in northtown who they had called to check if they had the right color. The communication level was very poor. They do not have the right color so half of my day is wasted driving around. I would recommend before going to call find out exactly what they have and dont ever go just to check.

I received used (possibly returned) developer from a mobile order and I didn’t notice until I got home. There was no seal and it had dried crusted product around the cap and down the side of bottle. The staff was friendly and the store was clean but it was disappointing to find that when I went to use it.

This is the most out together store I have ever been in! Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Smoothest shopping trip ever.

I only shop at Sallys! The employees are always helpful and willing to give advice. And the prices and brand variety is awesome.

Sally Beauty is a great company to work for and to shop at. As a fellow cosmetologist and former employee the company always pushes you to succeed and to be successful. Ongoing training and extreme support from corporate and upper Managment. This location is one of the many great locations offered to the public! Go check it out! If they ever run out or happen to not carry the product your looking for they can order it for you or hold it for you at another location. In reference to some reviews below...I’m sorry your experience was negative. Sally’s policies regarding final sales on hair and for the most part, clippers is enforced by standards in the beauty industry. For health reasons hair and other items used cannot be resold to the public as it may have been used on someone’s head or hair. Color of extensions can vary depending on brand but the advisors at the store have many options to help you out in changing the tone of its not exactly the tone you wanted. Especially if you purchased the human hair extensions. Stop on by they would love to help you out! Happy holidays y’all! 💕

Great customer service

Staff is friendly and helpful as they can be. Kinda frustrating buying clear nail polish that was dry all the way through. I stopped by to pick up a quick replacement (it cost less than $2) and they told I had to bring it back the dry for a refund or replacement..No thanks, just went to Target next door and got twice the polish for the exact samples price.

I went into Sallys with a ton of questions about hair dye (and a photo on my phone of the color I was looking for). Kiki helped me through it all -color selections, tools, instructions, all of it. She was incredibly patient, kind and really went above and beyond to help me. She made my experience wonderful!

Karlyn was amazing and customer service was absolutely wonderful.

I go in to the store about twice a week the manager and associates are very helpful and professional always get me what I need and are very kind and respectful definitely will always go to this store when I need any hair color or other hair supplies

I went in today to buy hair toner and the women there was very rude and told me I couldn’t toner my already bleached hair because it was too dark. She then proceeded to tell me I can try it but she pointed out a color that was way to dark but I am trying to go platinum. Won’t be going back.

This places great the girls are working there are just the greatest. Its my favorite place to get Beauty Supplies and sometimes I just go and visit because they are so friendly.

Horrible service. Two employees had a verbal confrontation in front of me at the front of the store and I literally hid behind a isle awkwardly waiting for them to stop so I could check out lol
