A owner who goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and knowledge. Im beyond happy with the boat he picked out for my 7yr old. He and his wife truly care about their customers and it shows. His prices are cheaper than I saw any where else to include online. We are fairly new to the area and will be giving our business to Kents. Ive been a boater for decades, look no further, this is the shop to do business with.

My wife and I are wrapping up a transaction right now and the service is so good I had to write a review as Im standing here. No joke.My wife and I came in for kayaks or a canoe. Kent and his wife spent two hours with us finding the right kayaks, paddles, PFDs, etc. They answered every one of our questions, no matter how basic they were, they were incredibly friendly, and explained what our options were, what we were buying, how to use it, and even helped us load it on the truck.As far as Im concerned, its the only place Id buy a kayak or canoe in the E Washington or N Idaho region. Were so pleased and are immediate customers for life. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Great local kyak/canoe shop. The owners were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy and are in this area do yourself a favor and dont even consider the big box stores. Their prices were slightly higher but not too bad and the one on one care we recieved would have been worth even more. You also get to support a local business owner as a nice bonus. Thanks Kent! My husband and I got our first two kayaks at Kents about a month and a half ago - we opted for the Feel Free brand, and drove 6 hours from Northwest Washington to get them. We spoke to Kent on the phone before making the trek, and he promised to hold the models and colors we wanted. When we picked them up, Kent and his wife (and their dog) opened the shop just for us on a Sunday, spent an hour+ talking kayaks, and then sent us on our way with cold drinks for the drive home. We love our kayaks and have already had many adventures. I know there will come a time when our first kayaks arent cutting it anymore, and when that happens we have both decided we will only make another purchase at Kents. You dont get that kind of service very often anymore, and we give them our very heart-felt thank you. Well see you again in a few years!

Dont bother. The doors are locked with a Ill be right back sign. Waited from 12 till after 1.And they close at 2!Dont waste your time. Its spring and they dont want to sell you anything

Could not have had a better experience with this Spokane family business. Nicest people, very knowledgeable and showed enormous patience as we bought a couple of kayaks.
