Great experience purchasing a new pop-up tent trailer in April. Paul Chapman was courteous, helpful and easy to work with. He answered all our questions. Stacey Wilson did a great job walking us through the trailer and explaining how everything works. We have used the trailer a few times and have not had any questions. We appreciate the great service.

Good people. They do good work. They are currently under staffed with a lot of work to be done. Too bad nobody wants to work in this country anymore. Our country is falling apart. Where are the millinaials? They think their to good to do these kinda jobs and they need to go to college and in the mean time we dont have people that want to be truck drivers. And other jobs like this Cause their too good to be one....God help us.

We told staff right away we werent ready to purchase. Brandon did show us around but didnt put great effort into answering our questions. They have some great options though. For the price its nice to see what I one could get when ordering exactly what they want.

We had been looking for a replacement RV since having sold our RPod. I stopped by RnR on East Francis to see what they had in stock. Needless to say that finding good inventory is difficult during these uncertain times, but RnR had a good selection and on top of it lots of product indoors out of the weather which makes the buying experience even better. I had the fortune to meet Bryce Baggaley, a very knowledgeable and forthright salesperson who made my experience with RnR very pleasant. No pressure or gimmicks just good honest salesmanship which I truly appreciated. Luck was on my side and a few days later they had just the model we were looking for and we are happy RV campers. These guys are great. I had a problem with the fridge on my travel trailer. For the life of me I couldnt figure out why it wouldnt power on. After talking to Reed (in the service department) a few times on the phone and still not being able to figure it out, he worked it out with their very busy schedule to get me in to help with a diagnosis. Within 2 hours of me dropping it off he called and said they had it fixed and working.Extra note: Reed made a great exception for me as our trailer is older (1988) and they have a policy that they dont work on anything that old. (Understandably so)Next year when were ready to upgrade to something newer we will definitely be going back to RnR.Thank you Reed Skinner, you are amazing and you deserve a raise. Wow! Talk about Customer Service!! Brandon Sprague was incredible!!! We let him know our budget and exactly what we were looking for and he found it. Everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. When Adrian took us thru our orientation we discovered two light bulbs that didnt work & they were immediately replaced. We even drive off with a full tank of gas & propane. We are now on our second short trip & are loving every moment, cant wait until we go full time & retire.

We got great service here, our salesman Bryce was super, took time to explain things, very patient, not only went did he go the extra he literally went more, he drove another unit over from a different town for us to look at. He was not sure if that FR3 would work, there was one point that was a deal breaker and as was once said chose wisely .The people in parts were equally as great. JJ did our.pre-insp. and explained operations of everything. Meagan the parts manager was awesome, she sold us our 1st motorhome over 10 years when she was just a pup and she remembered right off.This truly service I could right a book about how great they all.If your looking for an RV this would be the 1st place to stop, it may save you alot of the.

Whenever we shop there it is best if we know what were looking for. We find that the clerks are not very knowledgeable about RV accessories. The prices are a little pricey, but competitively priced.

Bryce was amazing! So patient and educational. He really knew his stuff. We did not feel rushed through the RV show. He showed us what we were looking for in a reasonable price range. We had a few hiccups with the finance department not listening to me but Ryan handled that immediately and professionally. It was smooth sailing from there. Our orientation with Adrian was great! I was just getting ready to head out on a trip when my trailer jack broke internally. The trailer was under warranty and I was able to get a jack replacement and get back going on my trip. The staff was excellent in understanding my problem and getting my trailer repaired and getting me back on the road. Much thanks to the staff!! Great products and wonderful people to work with!!

Weve been working with Jason, the service advisor, his technicians, and his crew and they are amazing! Jason has explained things thoroughly and has patience and really works with the customers needs. His crew was able to come up with Brainstorming Engineering ideas, that were able to work on a complex problem on our RV. I would recommend anybody to not only go to the northside RnR service center, but also to work with Jason and his crew because they are the best. Number one!

My wife and I recently purchased a new RV from RnR Superstore. We were very pleased with the process and cant thank Brandon and Ryan enough for their assistance in making this purchase happen. Brandon was very responsive to our calls, questions, etc. And, I really cant say enough about Ryan in the finance department. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to obtain the best possible financing package for us; even working after hours with the lenders to get us approved at a great rate. - These guys truly understand Customer Service.

RNR has a real after the sale problem with delivery and service! Shoddy quality check, showed up after driving 1000 mi to get the unit we wanted, parts missing, ordered incorrectly for the replacement. The tub containing the propane and battery was not even secured to the trailer. Complete miss on the service delivery department. It’s a shame because their sales and finance teams are great. If you want after the sale attitude, complete incompetence and frustration this is the place for you.

We needed a replacement window on our travels through Spokane. Salesperson Jeff ordered it for us, kept in contact through email, had the window ready for us when we arrived. The parts desk staff were Friendly and helped us out with the oversized box.

Wanted to give Bryce Baggaley 5 stars for his professionalism. Last weekend, he spent a couple of hours with us as we were RV shopping. He was very patient, open and honest, provided outstanding information, and we never felt pushed. We appreciated his efforts in making our RV experience educational and fun.

We had a very good experience at RNR. Our Salesman was Bryce, he’s been in the business for years. He took the time to hear what we were looking for and showed us several options and price points.Then Sharon handled the paperwork and arranged the banking with my bank. I didn’t have to do anything.A few days after picking out the trailer we returned, signed and had a 2 hour orientation session in the heated service bay. It was efficient, thorough and enjoyable.

We had a great experience with Bradon as our sales rep. We came in from Alaska after contacting the store. He had several units for us to see on that day. We later purchased the Rockwood RW Ultra lite. He has always been there to help before the sale and after. I would recommand calling Brandon today if you are looking for a new or used unit.

The most frustrating website to visit. One of the main factors in a purchase is the length so when the majority is 0’ there’s no moving forward. It’s annoying, not user friendly and just made me go elsewhere.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Keystone Cougar RV from RNR RV Center in North Spokane. Curtis, our salesperson was great. Listened to what we wanted in a new RV, showed us great options, both new and used, and spent the time needed to help us make a decision. Ultimately went with a new unit. Service department did a great job walking us through every feature and system (over 3 hours) before we left with it. Instructions for use and suggestions were great. Also spent time in the parts department picking up several items that will make camping with the new RV safe and fun. I would highly recommend them.

This is simply a five star business. earlier this summer I needed a specific fifth wheel base Same day, JJ in parts at N Spokane took the search on and found what I needed Somewhere else and had it waiting for me. Another time I could not find an awning part (sold out everywhere even online), Marty in parts at liberty lake took the search on and got it to me. Then there is the service department at N Spokane, Jason Corey works hard, aims to satisfy, But most importantly made it his priority that my used-rig was safe and ready in time. Katie in reception doesn’t hesitate to walk you where you need to go and double check things for you along the way. And Gary in service, Hats off to him, this guy drops everything to make good on another team member’s word. Don’t waste your time calling around...Happy Camping!

I say our sales person because when he was with us his focus was entirely on us. He had exceptional knowledge of the coach. If he couldnt answer a question, he was able to quickly get the answer. After buying our coach and after leaving RnR, he remained responsive to texts, emails and phone calls/voice messages. Whether taking floor measurements after we left, coordinating with other departments or answering questions you only think of later, we quickly realized we could count on him just as he told us we could. We purchased our first brand new camp trailer at RNR in 2017. After we outgrew that trailer we decided to go see what they had and fell in love with our 2021 sunset trail. Brad was our salesman and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We felt zero pressure and he was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. Aside from the trusted brand name trailers they sell, the warm atmosphere and feeling like family will keep us coming back for allof our camping needs. I recently bought a new RV and everyone that I worked with was very kind, polite and professional. Adrien did a great job walking through everything with me and ensuring my questions were answered.

They have great customer service and were very straight forward. Very easy to work with.

RnR Rv superstore advertises that they want to buy your used RV. The problem is that they (Steve Pace) wont even listen or try to work with or even pretty much tell you it is not a nice unit without even looking at it. Here is a pic of my trailer I want to sell them. Everything works as it should nothing needs to be done to it. A friend of mine works at camping world and him and I went through everything on it and its ready to roll to the woods, lake or wherever. Do not waste your time with these jokers as they just want to try to steal it from you or tell you its too old. Funny thing is they have a older heavier trailer on their lot right now that is pending sale for $13,000. mine would go on their lot at that 13 or higher. I told him I wanted $6900 for it and he scoffed at that number telling me they would have to put $5000 into it. Cmon now. This dealership even has a link on their website to put your info in to tell you what its worth. I never got a response back no did I get a number from Steve Pace. Bad business practices with these guys and gals. Thanks for reading and I hope it saves you time and humiliation with these rude bunch.

Went to buy several rv improvement items but the 3 people working sat around talking the whole time and never came out of their little office area to offer help finding anything. Went somewhere else to buy what I needed.

Sharon, Bryce and Jay-jay were awesome with helping buy our first camper. Bryce listened to exactly what we wanted and made sure our vehicle would be able to tow it. He also showed us exactly how to take it down. Sharon is a magic worker and helped us so much with financing. Jay-jay showed us exactly how everything worked and made sure we had no questions when we left.

Our entire experience was GREAT! Bryce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about RVs. After camping in our 1970 Aloha the past 5 years, our new camper will extend our camping season so we can make even more family memories!

We called RnR RV in Lewiston and while checking pricing on a camper we liked that was also offered by other dealerships, I was threatened by John Draper who told me that if I bought a camper from another dealer, not to bother bringing my camper to RnR for service or warranty work. They would just leave it on the lot for 6 months and probably another 6 months after that. Terrible customer service.So I checked out RnR up in Spokane just assuming or hoping that I ran into a terrible salesman in Lewiston. Ended up buying a camper from Spokane. We got a loan through our local Potlatch Credit Union and went to Spokane to complete the sale. We told the salesman and the Business Manager Sharon Ensley that we already had a loan and they just needed to send our loan officer the MSRP sheet. They told us they needed us to fill out an application even though we had already gotten a loan and that they werent running our credit. Even though I was a bit skeptical, I trusted them when they told us it was for identity theft protection for the bank. Going through the paperwork process, the Business Manager repeatedly used the name of our loan officer back at Potlatch Credit Union and claimed she got all the paperwork she showed us from her. Come to find out later, Sharon Ensley called the main Potlatch Credit Union branch and applied for a indirect loan instead of using our direct loan from our local Potlatch branch. She basically cut out our loan officer for the kickback. Not this really changes anything with our loan as its still through Potlatch Credit Union but I dont like being lied to. It wasnt even a matter if confusion but flat out lies. They claim to be the honest dealer warning of the other guy who would lie and screw customers. Well, if you have a choice, find another dealer....any other dealer.

Just purchased the perfect RV with very low miles and tons of features. Curtis was excellent in getting back to me on availability, pricing, and all the bells and whistles. He even let my pooch sit in his lap on the test drive. Sharon is awesome in financing and closing. Fun folks. The dealer even replaced the backup camera with an upgrade when they saw it went out between test drive and picking up the rig. Walk through and overview of operation of the motor home was very thorough. Drives great in a blizzard---cant wait for better weather.

We recently took our RV into RNR RV for repairs where we met Jason Corey, our service writer. We are not new to RVs but we are new to R N R. My husband I were surprised when we were met with such friendliness and warmth. Over the years we have dealt with several companies in several states as we traveled and were pleasantly surprised to meet someone like Jason. We told him our problem, that we were not in a hurry we just needed things fixed. Over the past time Jason made several calls to us keeping us informed as progress was made or not made. He never left us hanging. Our problem turned out to be electrical and was very difficult to trace down, but they didnt let us down. Today we got the good news, problem found, repaired and we could pick up our RV. Thank you to the repair man, management and to you Jason Corey. First time we have had an RV in for repairs that we have come away feeling so thankful for the service we have had, not to mention the kindness, Recommend R N RV for sales or service for anyone in need. I have to say that Megan and Jerry in the service/parts department went above and beyond to help us get a recliner sofa to fit in our rv. We knew exactly what we wanted but couldn’t find anybody willing to order it until we went to R n R. They researched, found the exact color to match our other furniture, and ordered it. There’s a lot more to the story, but my point is we highly recommend R n R and these two employees if you need service/parts.

The Service Department here is the worst Ive ever seen if I could give 0 stars I would! We purchased a $100,000.00 dollar RV this summer only to find out air conditioner wasnt working since its under warranty didnt think this would be an issue to get takin car of its now been well over 2 months and we have gotten no where Dennis in the service department wont answer our calls and wont call us back and when we asked for his manager (Andrew Service Department Manager) to figure out how to take care of this he was so rude didnt care that weve been put on the back burner and told us to just go some where else or to call the air conditioning company ourselves and hung up on us when we asked to speak with the General Manager! This is absolutely the worst service Ive ever seen! We advise any and everyone to NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR GET YOUR RV SERVICED FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL I PROMISE YOULL BE SAVING YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND ALOT OF TIME! WE STILL HAVENT BEEN TAKIN CARE OF! Ive talked to a few others who will say the same!

Phenomenal service. Truly top tier.We had dealt with another rv location in town, and RNR really felt like a completely different caliber of service. They went above and beyond in answering our questions and concerns.Curtis was a model salesman. Not pushy, factual, honest, and truly felt like he was working with us and for us. We went in, with a couple options in mind, and he assisted us in coming to a selection.Jessie was instrumental in meeting our needs financially, and got us to a purchase price and rate that was within our budget. Very nice clean store. Employees were very kind and helpful. I already own a camper and just went for parts. The lady at the front counter was professional and polite giving us precise directions as to where to find the parts. Once there 2 different employees made sure we found exactly what we needed making the whole process much more simple. Overall would recommend!

Had our RV Serviced at R&R RV North Spokane 525 E. Francis. Service manager Jason Corey. They had it fixed in less than two days! Fabulous Customer Service.

Brad spent tons of time with us going over every question we had. He has tons of experience selling RVs and living in there. He was patient and never pushed us. Highly recommend him!

Worst customer service ever, If you have a problem they will never return your call. I left repeated messages daily and got no response from the sales reps to the Manager all the way up to the G M for the region. We went in on a Monday picked out a unit left a down payment. They told us we would have to wait a couple days as their finance manger was out. it took them until Friday to tell us we where not approved (due to some B S reason) (as we where approved for a bigger unit from a different company) I think it was because I called and complained about how long it was taking. when I tried to get My down payment back they told me they returned it and that the reason it was not in my account was due to my bank. I called my bank and they said nothing showed a refund pending from R N R. I called the G M and threatened him with further action. HMMM and then low and behold the money was back in my account. 2 days later Even the GM would not return my calls. I left 4 messages. So I say I would not shop here ever

They are a fantastic team of professionals who work with you to get you in an awesome camper that you love so that you can camp! We want to personally thank Jeff, Bill, Sharon, Curtis, and the amazing miracle worker who coordinated with the team to allow us to drive home the camper that we absolutely love and are thrilled for the Memorial Day Weekend so we can camp (which we did on the first night - of course)! Their combined camping/camper personal experiences and love of camping coupled with their knowledge of campers and camping makes them the ultimate sales/service/finance camping dream team! You guys are all very amazing and helpful and made us feel like not a second was wasted on a day right before a big holiday weekend. In our case, they went FAR ABOVE and beyond and we will remember this for years to come. We bought our Motorhome at another local business. Both the salesperson and finance guy there promised awesome maintenance and service post purchase....Yeah....Not happening! So, we started taking our rig to RNR RV - then in Airway Heights, now in Spokane/North Side. By far, one of the BEST experiences weve ever had!The Service staff (as well as the entire staff with whom weve spoken, for that matter) completely understand what customer service truly means! How refreshing! We usually speak with Mackenzie, Brad and Jason in the Service Department-North side, and never receive anything less than their best!RNR RV, in my humble opinion, is an honest business with great work ethic and integrity. They stand behind their work, communicate well with their customers to make sure everyone is on the same page, and do it all with a genuine smile on their collective faces. Many thanks to Brad Dykes for his great service during the several visits it took to choose our new Travel Trailer. Brad gave his full attention and knowledge to help us and we couldnt be happier with our choice. So glad we hooked up with him. Brenda was terrific in the store to help us select all the extra & right gear that we needed. Sharon was also a great support; her patience in getting all the paper work done was much appreciated. We had taken our tent trailer here to have the refrigerator repaired. When we brought the trailer home it would not pop open and appeared that the crank mechanism had been excessively loosened or the pin broke when they had put the trailer back down after repairing the fridge. Day of our camping trip and we have to being it back to have this fixed because the trailer doesnt open. They fit us in right away to fix it but then told us we owed $500 for the repair? When questioned about how we could owe money for something that they broke the manager got upset and told my husband to never come back there again. We dont plan to come back since they didnt treat our trailer with care and the manager provided such poor customer service.

We were treated so very well by Brad and Sharon and all other employees in other departments were courteous and helpful. Also RnR RV (Sharon) did all the paperwork and made the phone calls for us and there is nothing for us to do at this point, but to enjoy our motorhome and to decide where we want to camp.

They have a huge selection of travel trailers and decent amount of class A and class C RVs.When we told the salesperson (Paul) that we just wanted to get an idea of what size and layout we needed and wouldnt be ready to buy for another year he still helped us out. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Five stars is not nearly enough!!! We have been traveling about 3 weeks in our motor home, before arriving in Newport, WA, yesterday. After a nice evening, we went to bed exhausted. I woke up about 1:30am to no power and and an array of dead batteries. After a cold and sleepless night, we figured we had nothing to lose and drove the 40 miles to RNR. We were told what we expected, that they had no openings for 3 weeks. But service advisor Jason knew we were in a bind and found mechanic Kevin, who said he could take some time to see what he could do for us. We went for a late breakfast, and by the time we were finished, Jason called and said we were ready to go! It ended up being a minor fix, although to us owners, nothing is minor! We were soon on our way back to Newport, happy campers for sure!Although I have been RVing for over 30 years, rarely have I encountered such friendliness, sincerity, honesty, and a willingness to help, no matter what it took. I can’t begin to thank these folks for their kindness and understanding. Sometimes a simple “thank you” is just not enough.

Salesman was Ed Baltutat who was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and low pressure. All others at this RnR dealership were likewise polite and helpful.
