Great selection of products. When you are looking for something specific this is the place. Replaced my old wrought iron stair handrails with wood. Got all I needed in one stop. Next to buy is composite decking for under the hot tub. They have a great choice of colors. Always great service by knowledgeable associates.

They always seem to have what we need. Purchased 2 10 mahogany trim pieces for our canned ham trailer. The gentleman went to the yard and got more stock so we could pick thru and get just the right ones for our project.

Worst customer service experience. Apparently they dont wanna help or sell anything here. Even went to front desk and waited for fifteen plus minutes for help. 7nderstaffed and no knowledge. Ask for hemlock boards at 7 feet and 12. You sell it by the foot so you cant cut me what I want cause your to lazy. No but I can buy a 16 foot board to make a 7 foot board? What the f**** ya sorry ill shop somewhere that accommodates the customers needs!!!!

Brought a door in to have a new one made. Wanted the identical door but reverse swing of the one brought in. Windsor ordered the wrong door, fine, no big deal. They of course were defensive. I asked them to order another, he said he would call back to confirm. Never did. I called back. Yea it’s ordered. Perfect. Door arrives, asked if we could return the one they ordered wrong. Nope. He said I’ll give you a discount. Same price as the one they charged that was wrong. No discount. Said we could return it but they won’t give money back.Abrasive to not only myself but others in the store as well. Hopefully they can learn to be kind to others and good customer service—I know they have it in them reading other reviews. I thought maybe it was just an off day on customer service but it was unfortunately two for me.On a good note, I at least finally got the right door.

Came to get materials today, and the manager enforced the kings mandate to mask up... I have a real medical reason, I was told to go outside and I would be helped in the parking lot.... After contacting the Manager, i was told to LEAVE A MESSAGE .... Heres my message... customer service at windsor plywood is horrible.

Great service speaks for itself. Always friendly staff, willing to accommodate. I needed two round pieces of wood cut and they did it free of charge, I offered to buy the guy a case of beer and he said no. I will come here for any lumber needs first.

Spent 15,000 in the last year and a half and my father in law has done just about the same.this particular project I had purchased flooring and the salesman was great. we were in for something unrelated to the flooring and we got on the topic of not having the floor we purchased for much longer, he suggested we make sure we have enough.and I quote you can always bring it back if the boxes arent opened regardless if its in stock or not.I did bring in reciepts that were past the return date(longer project than expedted) but it was always implied that if our project took longer, returns were a breeze. while I feel good buying, rest assured if you have any returns or what I thought was a simple issue, they will do there best to make you feel like crap. they said and I quote its not enough for us to sell, what are we going to do with it so with six rentals and unending projects I am happy to find another place to do business. and I would use caution if you think you need to ever return anything, at the very least expect to be interigated.

Its never good when you are quoted a shop rate and then go back in to pick up the wood and its double. The manager says well thats Joe for you and turns around and walks away.
