As a fellow retail employee, I understand A LOT about customer foot traffic being necessary, especially right now in smaller businesses. Which is why it’s so disappointing when you get no help from the employee’s in them. Spent about 20-25 minutes inside the store, no greeting, no interaction, though I made it very clear I was shopping. Had a few things picked out, and ready to go, stood next to the register, with not even a glance in my direction. Instead all four employees were gathered together, & simply saying ‘Feta Cheese’ and ‘Ham & Cheese’ to exiting customers. Ended up leaving with nothing.

Looking for something unique and esoteric? This is the place. From tarot cards, crystals, dreamcatchers, singing bowls, jewelry, clothing and more. Love to shop here. Always find something unique.

This is my favorite shop at the northtown mall! They are always extremely friendly, very helpful and patient. We spent a good deal of time there and were having difficulty getting my wheelchair through some of the tighter spaces and one of the employees went around and moved things out of the way for us! If you want a place where they will go above and beyond and have some absolutely gorgeous and unique items for your home as well as clothing this is the place.

Really love the atmosphere and everything inside. Only wish they would have more dresses/Thai pants available. Maybe I only come when they’re very low on inventory, who knows.

This is the best little shop for all you crystal lovers! It also has sounds bowls for chakra healing and necklaces and tarot cards and kinds of other treasures, I love this shop I can stay shopping in it all day!

A nice, spacious boutique style store. They offer a huge selection of all natural cotton clothing, lounge wear, and various gifts for the spiritual practitioner in your life. From bound pleather/leather journals, to interesting styles of backpacks and clothing, to incense and jewelry, theres a myriad of things to choose from. And if you get peckish, the food court is kitty corner from the store.

I love this store! The staff is extremely helpful if you ever have any questions! They are extremely good at reading the customers and sparking conversation with those who want to talk! Overall great store, environment and staff!

This place had some really nice bohemian chic attire, accessories, and decor. The employees were very nice and everything available in the store was of very nice quality. It was a little overpriced for what I normally like to pay. Sizing here was not as size inclusive as some stores, but everything was still really nice!

I stopped in at Earthbound Trading Co. while I was wandering the Northtown Mall looking for a gift for one of my relatives. They have a good selection of crystal jewelry, some floor seating cushions, and art for decor. I really liked some of the leather bound natural paper notebooks and the price for them was pretty reasonable. Definitely worth taking a look if you have time...

Always come here for incense! Miss the larger selection they used to carry of 20 plus flavors to pick and choose from though. Now theres only about 10.

Visiting from Pennsylvania, doing a lil shopping at the mall and We walked into this awesome little store. We were immediately greeted by Caleb, who just made the shopping experience 5 stars! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Caleb needs a raise, he is a keeper!

Really cool and unique store! I highly recommend you at least visit and you may find the unique item you didnt know you were looking for like I did.

The Lady there was pushy and rude when I went in there was a sign that said EB tags are buy one get one free but when I went up to purchase my items were not buy one get one free the lady was just very rude about it asked me where the sign that I thought I had read was when I pointed to it she told me that the sale was for one side of one jewelry stand but the sign clearly said “ALL EB TAGS BUY ONE GET ONE FREE” but either way bad experience in general all there stuff is over priced and their staff hovers excessively as if you where going to shoplift any moment if I could give 0 stars I would many of my friends have had similar experiences as well

Decent prices but seriously needs to stop following every single persone who walks through the door around the store asking every three minutes if were finding everything fine. One may call this good customer service but the bottom line is it is annoying... Nit everyone walking into the store is trying to steal !!! Get a grip... Stop assuming!! It makes the whole shopping experience just ni fun and i ended up just putting down all the items i had and walked out... Might want to work in that in the future.

Didnt know where to look first. I was pleasantly overwhelmed with all the gorgeous smells, whimsy gifts, home decor, clothes, accessories, etc. I also enjoyed reading stories about the different artisains who made the products, from all around the globe. Was able to find a unique gift at an affordable price. I will definitely be back...

This store is awesome! You cant go wrong buying gifts in this place. Super friendly clerks too!

All the stuff in here is mass produced. The quality of the merchandise is fair at best. One of the garments I bought my wife had a split seam we didnt see until we got home. All the stuff looked cheap, but mostly it was expensive. The staff were nice and not pushy. Not much stuff for guys even if you like the kind of stuff they sell. Fair selection of incence.

I love this shop, always something new inside. This is a great place for new-age supplies and incense.

This store is so cool, lots of interesting stuff and some of your deals are really great. The only problem is that some of your younger staff is really dismissive and short with us. Not all of there staff is like that, but definitely still worth stopping by and checking out what they got!
