The store is really clean and nice. The staff seems helpfully, prices are steep but kinda what you would expect. Wouldnt necessarily buy anything from here but it was a good experience.

I was told they would be closing for an hour from 3-4pm even though their website stated no such thing while the employee literally stood in the doorway and blocked my entrance. I was wearing a face mask and as I looked inside could clearly see plenty of people shopping inside with no intention of leaving. I was dressed appropriately enough and I had more than enough money to spend but maybe I just wasn’t part of their ideal demographic. Whatever it may have been the whole situation just left a sour taste in my mouth and I felt discriminated. Take your money elsewhere.

Fairly pricey but there are some really really cute clothing items and just quirky things in general. I bought my record player and records there and I absolutely love them. Not the biggest selection of records however

Genuinely the worst shopping experience EVER. Snotty, entitled “managers” spent 45 minutes talking to a single customer that were obviously friends of the THREE managers working. After watching a single customer get cashed out for 45 minutes my fiancé and I left the items there on the ground and the staff had the audacity to ask if there was a problem.

I love the items they sell here. Super trendy and cute, just know that it is a little pricey. Like most stores at the mall. Theres this rustic chill about this place and even has an elevator! The design is really nice.

Love this place... The young folks are funny and do a great job of making sure you get the help you need. Sure they are a bit easily distracted, but for the most part they are great at making sure you get the size you need and help you order it online if you cant.

Clean and and isn’t cramped. Employees are friendly but not pushy. Wish there was a better sale section.

A little too hipster for me but the sale section never disappoints. I like to stock up on fun random gifts during days when they offer an extra percentage off the clearance section. .99 socks! 🤘

The store was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was our entire time in there not one employee attempted to assist or even greet us.

Some interesting things, definitely worth ducking in if bored or headed to the downtown mall, (theres a walkway upstairs to the next block). Prices a bit high, but can find some good deals too. A lot of open space, which helps it feel calm, although it also means there is less items in the store.

Fun place with interesting gifts and clothes for men and women. Enjoyed wandering around viewing fun items from books to jewelry to makeup.

Michaela was the most helpful sales person. She even helped me to send a picture of 2 jackets to my grandson, to choose from. Buying gifts for my grandkids is easy here.

The guy there was so nice... and they actually had a newsboy cap in an xsmall I had to buy it.

Super expensive, small selection and only doing 1 or 2 things Id consider wearing. Maybe im just too old for that style. Also I was in the store about 15 minutes and not even one staff member acknowledged me! Overheard them chatting amongst themselves, very immature!

I love urban. They have amazing clothes and a beautiful store. Tho it is pricey i think what you purchase is something youd love. When i went there was like nobody there and it usually isnt busy. The workers didnt come to offer help which was fine but odd.

Lots of fun things to look at and nice clothes,some are a little pricey but you can usually find some bargains as well.

Love the store and I know they dont individually have much control over this, but urban outfitters needs to control the prices a bit, a really thin and flimsy stitched bralette is way overpriced for how quickly itll fall apart, still absolutely love the store though!

Check every item very carefully because they know they have clothes with defects on the rack.if you buy something broken they dont care they wont even just let you swap it with the same item.Clothes made from sweatshops that are falling apart in the store..nothing original just fake cheap vintage looking items marked at ridiculous prices.staff is nice but they dont really know anything. The only way id buy anything is if a sale item was on sale and i had the $5 rewArd you can earn. I mean they have items with deodorant stains...holes...snags all over,broken zippers and they keep them on the rack so ridiculous!

Ive been in now a number of times and the experience mirrors itself each time. Walk in, no one greets you even when the store is nearly empty. Want to try on clothes? Good luck finding someone to guide you to the dressing room. Upon check-out the one time I did buy something the cashier seemed unfriendly and extremely transactional with little to no customer service skills. I normally would give this a pass had it been busy and crowded but this time there was literally no one else in the store with me besides the 2 employees. Speaking of the two employees and mirroring my first statement, they seem to be perpetually understaffed with only 2 or 3 people working at any given moment. All that with the extremely overpriced, cheap quality clothes I wouldnt suggest people go shopping here unless you absolutely have to.

They are racist,sexist,homophobic, use plagiarized designs and people photos without permission.the clothes are so badly made they fall apart on the racks. Not for my age group and I have a hard time spending $40 on a tiny shirt for my daughter that looks like it might survive three washes.
