Fleet Feet was an incredible experience. My friend needed some nice shoes because her feet were hurting her when she ran. When we got there, the setup and vibe of the place was sleek but welcoming. We were greeted by Ben who helped us until our other guide (also named Ben 😂) could help us. He found us the best shoes, but it was the service that got me. My friend and I were actually missionaries for our church at the time, and sometimes we are discriminated for that, but they didn’t seem to judge or help us any less because of that. I still remember the experience even though it was about a year ago now. Thank you Fleet Feet for an incredible experience and the care you give your guests!

I would recommend reserving a spot online as my wait was 25 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. The associate was very thorough with evaluating my feed and had several insert and shoe options for me to try. I was very happy with my purchase.

I’ve been getting outfitted here for about a year, and I went to the Valley location before that. They have an excellent selection of shoes and the staff are very friendly! They listen to what you need and know their stuff. If you try something new and decide you aren’t happy, you have 60 days to decide. Love love love this store!

Ive been a Fleet Feet customer for several years and really enjoy the personal service I receive every time I come in. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful.

Quick and effective service to scan my 6th grader’s feet and provide some very comfortable running shoes. Friendly too! I did reserve a spot online, and they were quick to help me when I arrived.

What an amazing experience! We were checked-in by the most friendly and lovely, helpful woman, and then two more wonderful ladies scanned and fitted my feet and selected three different shoes for me to try on based off my foot shapes. They email you the scan too, so you can keep and have access to all the details about your feet measurements. I learned a lot more about exactly how my feet are proportioned, and Ive even been fitted for boots before. The three different shoes I tried on were all great, and I left feeling excited to go for a jog! There is a delicious coffee bar inside, as well as a host of other activity related merchandise to peruse while you wait to be fitted. Prices are a little steep, but the quality is definitely there. We will return for more shoes!

Ty got right to scanning my feet and giving me 3 suggestions for insoles on my work boots. I didnt think it was possible, but I literally walked out with my new currex insoles feeling almost 100% better than when I arrived. Amazing shoe buying experience. I was visiting Spokane and ran to the store from my hotel. I was worried that a sweaty customer would not be received well but it was quite the contrary. I had purchased a new pair of shoes and inserts, they didnt quite fit properly a month or so into owning them. I stopped back by and two of the employees helped me get re-fitted into a better pair! The lady that helped me was so nice. I explained to her my foot pain and she recommended this roller. She tested it out on me and it helped with my pain in just seconds. Professional, informed, educated sales staff. My experience is that you can buy 3 pair of cheap running shoes that never quite feel right per year for $120 or work with Fleet Feet staff and spend $120 for a single pair fitted perfectly that last a year. Plus a perfect fit preserves your feet, ankles, knees and hips. There is no such thing as a good, cheap pair of running shoes.

I was expertly fitted for the right shoe for my foot. I have foot issues that need a specific fit to help elevate the foot pain I experience. Just did my 5 mile walk for today in my new shoes and they felt great!

Good place to get running shoes - a bit expensive but they do go the extra mile to try and find you a good fitting shoe by doing foot scans and watching you walk with and without shoes. But much like the oil change places, they also go the extra mile trying to sell you extra stuff you probably dont need like inserts and socks, however they are low pressure about it and accept no for an answer when you turn down the accessories. This is my go-to place for running shoes in town when I dont buy them directly from the manufacturers online.

The prices here are ridiculous. Got the same pair of new balance mens shoes at dsw for $40, fleet feet price $130, talk about ripping people off!

I had a positive experience here. It is a little confusing when you first walk in because they have like a whole system and the only place to find that out is online. Once you finally get someone to help you it is pretty awesome. They make very personalized and specific recommendations. It is pretty hands on though so make sure you trim your toenails and wear a new pair of socks. Sorry about that Chris, I hope I didnt traumatize you to badly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to put in a decent number of miles a week

I took my wife here because she battles plantar fasciitis and has very high arches. They did a very thorough evaluation of her feet and did a fantastic job getting her set up with inserts and quality running shoes. They have a coffee shop in-house which is nice too. A little pricey but worth it if you have feet issues.

Best customer service!

Emily helped me find a new pair of running shoes and socks and I love them! I have been running for years but never came in, always opting for cheaper options. Well, I am now a convert. I pretty much always have blisters on top of blisters but even on the first runs in the new footwear I was blister free and a few weeks later only a couple of little ones on especially hot, long runs. And the ride feels great. The staff are really knowledgeable and patient. It takes awhile to do the scan and everything, but its worth it. My feet are so much happier.

Fantastic shoes and really helpful staff. I have a pair of Brooks that were recommended to me for my wide flat feet that have been wonderful and every time I have questions about crosstrainers or Inserts or anything at all these folks have made my training so much more comfortable. I just bought some Nike crosstrainers, so thanks to Abby and the rest of the crew for all the help even while Im deployed.
