It was great. Were just out of sizes for many of the tops. Many ts and hoodies my granddaughters like though.

Not only are they helpful. Friendly and attentive, they go out of their way to make you feel special. I went to get an early Christmas present and it wasnt where it had been. When I asked if the returned unsold merchandise she was so knowledgeable pointed me to the clearance stand and there it was!!! I left with a big smile!!

Oh my gosh, the store is much more open now !! Better lit, I think the music wasnt up as loud. There s quick little t-shirt kiosk out front that I thought was great.Three generations of shoppers much happier with this new set up !! Staff was welcoming and helpful, AS ALWAYS !

Staff was friendly enough but they are very pushy and constantly ask what you need even if you ask to shop alone they follow you around. I was able to find what I needed and the store is clean!

God i love this place so much. More like all hot topics but still, they have friendly employees and they are overall amazing, perfect to buy band merch, horror or anime stuff even skirts and harry Potter stuff you can get earrings and all here and its just amazing

Very nice and helpful employees but they are low on items. Low stock on pops and others items in the back of the store.

Didnt even get to go in. They were at capacity. But hot topic always has something unique to find. Some of it is a bit pricey for the novelty given it isnt always high end material you get but worth stopping if there is no wait.

Im really impressed with the safety that hot topic employees have showed recently. They were kind but still held shoppers accountable for not wearing masks correctly, which I appreciate so much. And their anime selection this year is great, esp studio ghibli stuff!

Super friendly staff and clean store. Not the variety of t-shirts or body jewelry I feel they used to have.

So I needed a new belt and decided to visit hot topic for their awesome selection. Found the perfect belt and went to stand in line at the cash stand. When I walked up 2 separate employees were ringing up customers and I thought it would be a quick trip. When one was done, instead of being assisted I had to watch as the sales associate/possible manager, left and there were still 2 employees at the cash stand, only one ringing. I waited as the manager came back to talk to the other associate for about 2 minutes, then left. I was standing there for about 4 to 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When they did acknowledge me they told me they couldnt help me and to wait for the other associate. At that point I went and found a better belt at Zumiez instead. Cool items, absolutely deplorable when it comes to customer service. Doubt Ill visit another one.

I love this store. Its my place to go to find some of the cooler TV show shirts abs sweaters. I shop for people that love that store. It has body jewelry, shirts, makeup, etc. I rate it a 4 star because I am not a daily shopper of hot topic. I rate the environment 5 stars. I rate the items available to buy at 5 stars. The staff almost all of the time is helpful and friendly. I give it 5 stars. Price of items I give it 3.5 stars being it is in a mall,prices are natural higher. Overall a place I recommend to shop for unique items.

I like this store alot great anime cloths wish they had more in stock of different animes.

They have all the coolest band shirts and some not so cool. If your in to Goth, Vampire, or Dark side stuff. Hot Topic has all your supplies covered. From make-up, to nail polish, even cloths. They even have some Nerdy cartoon stuff too.

I love the store but wish the prices were a bit more affordable. Unless you go when prices are discounted it’s not going to be easy on your wallet. However the store is great a little unorganized in places, and the music a little edgy sometimes. But the employees are friendly. Anthony there the last time I was in who was awesome helped me out immensely with finding something “Harry Potter” for my little brother for Christmas, who loves the scarf I got him.Overall good store.

Its not the hot topic of my I hate everyone teen years and that makes me sad, their t shirt game has stepped up but its too soft now. Dont think Ill ever but anything from there again but Ill still walk in every time Im at the mall.

Took my daughter in the other day to look at the Harry Potter items she saw through the window. Normally, she’s been a little skiddish around the store. Thankfully, one of the employees there, Bristol, took the time to talk to my daughter and helped her pick out things that she liked. Exceptionally sweet and helpful, she treated my daughter as she would any other customer: with patience and understanding. My daughter can’t wait to go again. Thank you Bristol, and great job staff!

Clothing for teenagers or those in there twenties. They do have t-shirts from movies and games.

When you walk into Hot Topic and there are more Rolling Stones shirts on the wall then current metal bands.... smh and walked out.

Ive gone to this store for year and I always have a good experience. Theres always some kind of sale going on, which is cool, and the people working here are always very friendly and like to start conversation. Its a very welcoming store. LGBT+ friendly as well!

The staff here are wonderful, willing to help you find things & help get things to the register. And sales are great. However loses a star for not being ADA compliant at all, if you have a wheelchair expect to have difficulty navigating the store in any fashion but especially past the register.

Last time I was at a Hot Topic (Im in my 30s so this store isnt always on my regular shopping route, haha) a member of staff was super rude to me for reasons unknown. However I was in this location recently, once for a purchase and again for a return and exchange. Each time the staff were really friendly and helpful. There is always is so much to look at when you go in here so its also a fun place to browse!

Great price and good quality

Hot Topic isnt my favorite store. The environment is not something I like very much, often metal music and a depressing atmosphere. The merchandise can be humorous and/or fun, often relating to pop culture, but often dark, violent or raunchy in nature.

Good place for graphic tees and band merchandise! I went there to find Why Dont We tees and they said they had them and pointed to a corner of the room, where there were millions of tees, which did not help any bit. Employees were ok but a little careless. They have great deals. Place is a great atmosphere, music a little loud tho.

Im pretty incredibly happy with the store. We were able to find the entire Ensemble for my wifes wedding outfit :-) she went as Wonder Woman :-) everything was on sale and we had a Halloween wedding :-) without Hot Topic, the wedding would have been nowhere near as cool :-)

The young ladies working in this popular & upbeat establishment had awesome customer service skills & made us feel welcomed!

So...I am a 46 year old Mom, used to be pretty cool myself back in the day, but you would never know it just by looking at me these days. I took the 13 year old in to Hot Topic and certainly felt out of place in my brightly flowered ensemble. However, the incredibly hip staff, never once made me feel like it. Each and every salesperson was friendly and there to help. We ended up bugging Katie off and on and not once did she make me feel like a pest. She was sure to tell us about all the deals and to also sign us up for a rewards card. Kudos to Katie!!! Her professional and friendly service was top-notch and her sincerity was what sealed the deal. Thank you Katie, you are good at what you do and Hot Topic is lucky to have you. We will certainly be back again and again.

Endless hours of memes flow through my mind when I visit. This store is the best place to look for a cool shirt.

It is what it is. They have taken the dyi out of subculture and made it trendy sickening. The only thing they have that is worth going there for is there 1 inch thick braces (suspenders). Several colors and it is hard to find them anywhere else in town. For the Oi punk or skin in Spokane.

Great familiar music, surroundings, funny interactive (but not annoying) Cashier and employees. Store contains good quality up to date merch and other supplies. I 1000/1000 recommend this store. From band shirts, Chokers, Nail Polish, Pops etc. Amazing!! Very pleased. I feel good wearing their merch, official and cheap. I am a PROUD costumer.

This is a great store to go to. They have AC/DC to Pink Floyd to anime. They have pretty everything to rock bands to television shows.

They were rude, snotty and wouldnt go out of there way at all to look for items. She kept saying look on line, well, with the attitudes of the 2 representatives in the store. I would go online to avoid them. But Im so upset over the treatment, I will not look online either.

Love this place! The stuff they sell is on top! Lots of P!ATD stuff if your a fan of that. But I have one concern. I asked them where I could find Why Dont We shirts and wristbands since they sold them there and the man just told us that if they had them that they would be shown across the walls. Which was almost impossible to do because there were a million t shirts. Left empty handed but I live for this store

This store is fluid, sometimes music is too loud sometimes quiet. Sometime the staff is rude, sometimes wonderful. Usually have amazing product choices.
